ゴガクルの頃は、純粋な語学学習から、時事ネタや日記などの「不純語学」まで、その時の気分で自由に書いていました。ここでも同じスタイルで良いのか迷います。

Back when I was on Gogakuru, I used to write freely about everything—from "pure" language learning to what I call "impure language studies," like current events or just my daily diary. I'm wondering if I should stick to the same style here.

À l’époque de Gogakuru, j’écrivais librement selon mon humeur : de l’apprentissage pur des langues jusqu’à ce que j’appelle la « linguistique impure » (sujets d’actualité, journal intime, etc.). J’hésite à garder le même style ici.

気になるのは、内容によってアクセス数に極端な差が出ることです。「え、なんでこんなに見られているの？」と驚きます。

One thing that bothers me is the huge gap in views depending on the topic. It surprises me, like, "Wait, why are so many people reading this?"

Ce qui m’a surpris, c’est l’énorme différence de vues selon le contenu. Je me disais : « Tiens, pourquoi y a-t-il autant de monde ? ».

そこで、このブログ利用者内の交流を、と考えました。が、実際にはそうなっていなかったようです。設定を間違えていました。

Originally, I wanted to interact only with fellow users of this platform, but it seems that hasn't been the case. I realized I had the wrong settings.

Au début, je pensais n'interagir qu’avec les utilisateurs de ce blog, mais apparemment ce n’était pas le cas. Il semble que je me sois trompé dans les paramètres.

ということで、最近はアメンバ限定公開の設定にしていましたが、今日の文は公開設定にします。が、どうでしょう（・_・）　いまだ使い方がよくわかりません。。。

（１）感想文

本日の新聞（文化欄）に「言葉にしなきゃ始まらない」（朝日2026年1月5日）という記事があった。

言語化が求められる社会になってきている。が、この言語化を求める社会の欲望と、言語化をスキップしたい個人の欲望とは、両立している。それは言葉を生み出すためのコストが大きいので、スタンプ送信やAI返信でコストカットし、人はそれを最適解として選んでいるからだ。

こんな感じの内容だった。私はゴガクルを始めてから「言葉」に関心を持ちだした。おかげで、外国語や外国を視野に入れて考えるくせがある（＾＾）

で、気にかかった文が２つ。まず、コレ。

去年、「言語化するための小説思考」を出版した直木賞作家の小川哲さんは、流行の要因は「言語偏重の現代社会の構造があらわになってきたからだ」と指摘する。

ここにいう現代社会は、現代の「日本」社会のことだ、と感じる。欧米は元々「言語化」を教育の中で行っているので、今さらだろう。欧米文化とは異なり、教育システムも異なる日本ならではの苦労かな、という気がする。

もう１点は、コレ。

言葉をあやつる人間は、それ以上に言葉によってあやつられている。気持ちを言葉にしたいのに、言葉にした途端に気持ちはこぼれ落ちていく。言うべきか、言わざるべきか、それが問題だ。

この気持ちとは心情のことだろう。心の動きも脳みその動きだと思うと、言葉にした途端にどこかしらに到達した感じがあるし、ある程度のところまで行けば達成感がでてくる。気持ちを自分一人のために言葉にするのなら、言葉にしようかしまいか迷わないのではないか。上の文はなんか妙に感じる。

（２）AI英訳　①

Today's newspaper featured an article titled “You Can't Start Without Putting It Into Words” (Asahi, January 5, 2026) in its culture section.

Society increasingly demands verbalization. Yet, this societal desire for verbalization coexists with the individual desire to skip it. This is because the cost of generating words is high, so people cut costs by sending stamps or using AI replies, choosing this as the optimal solution.

That was the gist of it. Since starting Gogakuru, I've become interested in “words.” Thanks to that, I've developed a habit of thinking with foreign languages and countries in mind (^^)

Two sentences caught my attention. First, this one.

Tetsu Ogawa, the Naoki Prize-winning author who published “Novel Thinking for Verbalization” last year, points out that the reason for this trend is “because the structure of modern society, which overemphasizes language, has become apparent.”

I feel this refers specifically to modern Japanese society. Western societies inherently incorporate “verbalization” into their education, so this isn't new for them. It strikes me as a struggle unique to Japan, with its different educational system and culture.

The other point is this:

Those who wield words are themselves wielded by words even more. You want to put your feelings into words, but the moment you do, the feelings slip away. To speak or not to speak—that is the question.

This feeling refers to one's state of mind. If you think of the movements of the heart as the movements of the brain, putting it into words gives you a sense of having reached somewhere, and once you get to a certain point, a sense of accomplishment emerges. If you were putting your feelings into words just for yourself, wouldn't you hesitate whether to speak them or not? The above sentence feels somehow odd.

（３）AI英訳の日本語化

特に気になったのは二つの文章だ。まずこれ。
昨年『言語化のための小説的思考』を出版した直木賞作家・小川哲氏は、この傾向の理由を「言語を過度に重視する現代社会の構造が露呈したからだ」と指摘する。
これは特に現代日本社会を指しているように感じる。西洋社会では「言語化」が教育に本質的に組み込まれているため、彼らにとってこれは新しいことではない。日本の教育制度や文化の違いから生じる特有の葛藤のように思える。
もう一点はこれだ：
言葉を操る者は、言葉に操られる者である。感情を言葉に込めようとするが、言葉にした瞬間に感情は逃げていく。語るべきか、語るなきべきか——それが問題だ。
この感覚は心の状態を指す。心の動きを言葉の奔流と捉えれば、、、

これを読んで、なるほどと思ったのが「感情」という語。新聞では「気持ち」とあったが、「感情」にした方が、わたし的には理解しやすい。が、気持ちと感情はおそらく違う。緑色の文も意味が違う、、、最後のは切れているからだけど。

（４）AI仏約　　せっかくなので、仏語にしてもらった。

Dans le journal d'aujourd'hui, il y avait un article intitulé « Il faut le dire pour que ça commence » (Asahi, 5 janvier 2026) dans la rubrique culture.

Nous vivons dans une société qui exige la verbalisation. Cependant, le désir de cette société qui exige la verbalisation et le désir des individus qui souhaitent éviter la verbalisation sont compatibles. En effet, comme la création de mots a un coût élevé, les gens choisissent comme solution optimale de réduire les coûts en envoyant des tampons ou des réponses générées par l'IA.

C'était en gros le contenu de l'article. Depuis que j'ai commencé Gogakuru, je m'intéresse aux « mots ». Grâce à cela, j'ai pris l'habitude de réfléchir en tenant compte des langues étrangères et des pays étrangers (^^)

Deux phrases m'ont interpellé. Tout d'abord, celle-ci.

Tetsu Ogawa, lauréat du prix Naoki, qui a publié l'année dernière « Roman-gaku : penser pour verbaliser », souligne que la raison de cette tendance est « la mise en évidence de la structure de la société moderne, qui accorde une importance excessive au langage ».

Je pense que la société moderne dont il parle ici est la société japonaise contemporaine. En Occident, la « verbalisation » fait partie intégrante de l'éducation depuis toujours, ce n'est donc pas une nouveauté. Contrairement à la culture occidentale, le système éducatif japonais est différent, ce qui explique peut-être les difficultés rencontrées par ce pays.

Le deuxième point est le suivant.

Les personnes qui manient les mots sont encore plus manipulées par les mots. Elles veulent exprimer leurs sentiments par des mots, mais dès qu'elles les formulent, leurs sentiments s'évanouissent. Faut-il parler ou se taire, telle est la question.

Ce sentiment est sans doute une émotion. Si l'on considère que les mouvements du cœur sont aussi des mouvements du cerveau, dès que l'on exprime ses sentiments avec des mots, on a l'impression d'être arrivé quelque part, et lorsqu'on atteint un certain niveau, on éprouve un sentiment d'accomplissement. Si l'on exprime ses sentiments avec des mots pour soi-même, on ne se demande pas s'il faut les exprimer ou non. La phrase ci-dessus me semble étrange.

英文より仏文の方が上手（私が異様さを見抜けていない？）ような。　読んでいて驚いた・勉強になりそうなのは青字に。これで流したら、学習にならないね（＾＾；）
