最近、やっと病気との付き合い方がわかってきたような気がします。

2015年7月15日に投稿しましたが、私は肺がん患者です。

レベル3b期の肺腺癌と、2014年12月に診断されました。

転移はしてませんでしたが、直径8センチ大の癌細胞が右の気管支を塞ぎ、心臓に食い込んでいた為、手術は出来ず、放射線治療を受けました。

3b期の5年間生存率は20%だそうです。既に2年がすぎました。

2015年4月に一通りの治療を終え、その後、4週間おきの通院で様子を診てもらっていますが、変化はないようです。

無限に増殖する癌細胞が、放射線治療でその活動を止めたようです。

しかし、死滅した癌細胞は気管支を塞いだまま体内に居座っています。その為、その異物を排除しようと激しい咳が出る為、薬でその咳を抑えています。

残った半分の肺は、長年の喫煙の為、肺気腫に侵されています。肺の機能は常人の二割程度だそうです。少しの運動でも、すぐに息が切れて、動けなくなります。

ですが、酸素ボンベを背負って生活している人に比べたら、ましなほうです。

ある研究によると、人間は酸素が不足すると攻撃的になるそうです。

その為か、それとも死と直面して、やけになったせいか、退院のあと2015年7月から10月まで、異常な言動をはじめました。

実際、当時はアルコールに酔った様な酩酊感を感じる事もありました。

このフェイスブックへの依存度も異常でした。

狂人のような行動のせいで体重も10キロ以上落ちてしまいました。

そして、ある日、ある事をきっかけに、全てが嫌になり、誰とも会いたくない、誰とも話したくないという虚無感におそわれ、それまでの狂人のような活動を止め、まるで鬱病の様な生活を約15ヶ月間、今迄過ごしました。

最近やっと、少し元気がでてきたように思います。

これからは、しっかりと、自分という人間を生きていこうと思っています。

以前のように、頻繁にここにはこれないと思いますが、これからもよろしくお願いします。

It seems recently that I knew how to get along with illness.

I posted on July 15, 2015, but I have a lung cancer patient.

It was diagnosed in December 2014 with lung adenocarcinoma of level 3 b.

I did not have metastasis, cancer cells with a diameter of 8 cm clogged the right bronchus and digested my heart, so I could not undergo surgery and received radiotherapy.

It seems that the 5-year survival rate of 3b is 20%. Two years have already passed.

In April 2015 I finished a series of treatments, and then I went to the hospital every 4 weeks, but I do not see any change.

It seems that cancer cells that proliferate indefinitely have stopped their activity with radiation therapy.

However, the dead cancer cells remain in the body with the bronchial blockage. For that reason, because of intense coughing to eliminate the foreign body, drugs suppress that cough.

The remaining half of the lungs are suffering from emphysema due to smoking for many years. It seems that the function of the lung is about 20% of that of an ordinary person. Even with a little exercise, I will be out of breath and soon will not move.

However, it is better if compared to people who live with oxygen cylinders.

According to a study, humans are said to be aggressive if there is a shortage of oxygen.

Because of that, or in the face of death, I felt burned, I started abnormal behavior from July 2015 to October 2015 after leaving the hospital.

In fact, at that time I felt drunkenness like alcoholic drunk.

The dependency on this facebook was also abnormal.

My weight fell more than 10 kilos due to behavior like a madman.

And one day, one thing happened, everything became disgusting, I do not want to see anyone, I felt a sense of emptiness that I do not want to talk with anyone, stopped like a madman until then, like a depression I have been living a life for about 15 months now.

I think recently, I feel a little cheerful.

From now on, I firmly believe that I will live my own person.
