height="1080"></a><div><div>本当にジャッジは一瞬で気が付いたら、ファーストコールに漏れていた。</div><div>恐らく上手く腹筋が出せていいなかったのだろう。</div><div><br></div><div>ファーストコール組がジャッジされている間は、圧倒的な敗北感で放心状態だった。</div><div><br></div><div>そのあとのセカンドコールの最後の方でなんとか呼ばれた。</div><div>個人的には絞りきれてなかったので、箸にも棒にもかからないと思っていたのでびっくり。</div><div><br></div><div>比較審査でセカンドコール組の真ん中に移動して終わった。</div><div><br></div><div>バックポーズのあとに、真ん中に移動になったので背中は評価されたのかなと。</div><div>実際スコアを見ると自分の1つ上までが、ファーストコールに呼ばれていたので惜しかったなぁ…</div><div><br></div><a style="position:absolute;top:50%;left:50%;object-fit:cover;min-height:100%;min-width:100%;transform:translate(-50%,-50%)"></span></a></article></div><p></p><br><p><br></p><p>↑この動画にちょろっと映ってます。</p><p>大会の雰囲気としてはこんな感じ。</p><p>そしてこのYouTuberに私負けました(涙)</p><p><br></p><p>まずめちゃくちゃ楽しかった！</p><p>いろんなタフガイにも会えるし、大会の裏側も見れるし</p><p>客観的に自分がどういう立ち位置なのかも知れた。</p><p>また再来年に成長して挑戦したい。</p><p>次はオープン部門で自分が全体として、どこの立ち位置にいるのか知るために挑戦する。</p><p>もちろんノービスも合わせて出ようと思う。</p><p><br></p><p>■課題</p><p>フロント</p><p>特にミッドセクション。</p><p>今回は絞りきれてないので、さらにミッドセクションはぼやけてしまっていた。ただでさえ弱い腹筋なので時間をかけて、週3くらいで厚みをつけていく必要あり。</p><p>また肩、背中の広がりがないので前から見たときのシルエットが弱い。下背から生やして、Vシェイプを作っていきたい。</p><p><br></p><p>バックは引き続き、マッスルコントロールを掴めてきたので厚みと広がりをつけてバランスを整えていく。</p><p><br></p><p>そしてそれらを上手く見せれるようにポージングを研究していく。</p><p><br></p><p>まだまだ伸び代しかないと実感できたので、やめらんねぇ。</p><p><br></p><p>私としては体を進化させるためのツールとして、大会に挑んだので</p><p>順位なんて正直どうでもいいと思っていたが、表彰式でだんだんムカついてきた。</p><p>そこまで入賞してる人と差はないと思ったので、全然いけるなと確信した。もちろん現時点の差は明らかだが…</p><p><br></p><p>フィジーク競技での勝敗も新たな楽しいポイントとして、感じられたので次は必ず勝ってもっと楽しい思いをしてやる。</p>

style="display:block">今朝のコンディション</span></span></span></h3><p>36.8℃</p><p>66.0㎏(-1.0㎏)※最低体重更新！</p><p>かなり皮膚が昨日より薄くなり、質感が変わった実感がある。</p><p><br></p><div>ケトジェニックの反応凄いな3~4日で2.5㎏は落ちてる計算になる。次のシーズンではローファット→ケトジェニック→ローファットを試して見ようかな。</div><div><br></div><div>なんか写真を見ると</div><div>腹筋に血管の玉？腫瘍？みたいなものがあること発見！</div><div>自分の体なのに、こんなの知らなかった。</div><div><br></div><div>明日からカーボアップをするので、恐らく大会前一番体重が低い状態なはず。ちなみにウエストは70.5くらい。</div><div><br></div><div>当初の予定では67㎏まで頑張っていきたいな～くらいの感覚だったのでびっくり。</div><div>逆に66㎏までいっても、パキパキ皮1枚スケルトン状態にならないのもびっくり。</div><div><br></div><div>来年はもう3絞りくらいして大会臨みたいので、バルクアップを見込んでまた66㎏を目指そう。</div><p><a
