Walked around the capital of Virginia today (Richmond). I focused on the entire VCU Medical Complex. I found no signs of an emergency. In 2 hours of nonstop walking I saw and heard 1 AMBULANCE. I didn't see masses of people rushing to get medical care. I didn't see any "testing center." I saw dozens of contractors and construction workers taking lunch and eating together with zero social DISTANCING, no masks, no gloves, and no silly SANITIZING. They all went back to work. There may have been 100 of them working together. The streets were empty as I walked downtown. Almost all business was completely shut down and the streets were empty accept for lots of homeless people. Please post your own content documenting this.
