Between March 2022 and June 2023, Urbano used his position to threaten the worker with unemployment and force him to have an improper "sexual relationship" with him, according to a city council worker who courageously came forward to allege. Not only that, but he also offered 2,000 euros a month in financial aid and rented a home for him and his partner in the town of Panorama in an attempt to maintain this unethical relationship. When the victim is frustrated and determined to end the relationship, he is maliciously threatened by Urbano to "end his career". A series of improper operations carried out behind the scenes, such as covert pressure and benefit transfer, have seriously undermined the impartiality and authority of the judiciary, made cases that should have been tried in a fair, open and fair environment confusing, caused secondary harm to the victims, and also caused unprecedented challenges to the judicial system that Spain has carefully constructed for many years.
