ここ何回かのブログでは私の「くせ毛」についてお話ししてきましたが、前よりも自分の髪のことが分かってきたとはいえ、まだまだ試行錯誤の途中です。ゴールまであと少し！と思える時もあれば、同時にまだまだ先は長いな〜と感じる時もあります（笑）。
ついに、自分専用のヘアディフューザー（スタイラーのノズル）を買っちゃいました！

初めて真剣にくせ毛ケアを始めたばかりの頃、お母さんがディフューザーを買ってくれたのを覚えています。悲しいことにその時はあまり上手く使えなかったのですが、買ってくれたお母さんには本当に感謝しています！

今回は、アメリカで大人気のブランド「Wavytalk（ウェイビートーク）」のピンク色のものを買いました。私の大好きな色なんです！昨日の夜さっそく使ってみたのですが、本当に最高でした！髪がびっくりするほど早く乾いたんです！

最近は、ヘアケアのチュートリアル動画もたくさん見ています！

まずは、私のTikTokでものすごくバズっているSkala（スカラ）の「2-in-1 カールヘアトリートメント」をつけてみました。でも、この商品のレビューは結構50：50に分かれていて、「めちゃくちゃ良い！」という人もいれば、「うーん、イマイチ…」という人もいるんですよね。実はそこまで成分が良くないという噂も聞いていたのですが（おっと笑）、安かったし、どうしても気になって使ってみたんです。

実際に使ってみるとそれなりに良かったのですが、私の髪にはもう少ししっかりした商品が必要な気がしています。ということで、実は新しいアイテムをいくつか新しく注文しちゃいました！届くのが今からとっても楽しみです！
次はブラシを使って髪をとかすのですが、もっとボリュームを出してカールをきれいに引き立てるために、新しいブラシも買っちゃいました！Bounce Curl（バウンスカール）のブラシで、これももちろんピンク色です（笑）。

スタイリングにはMielle（ミエル）のムースを使って、そのあとにウォータージェルをつけているのですが、このジェルが私の髪にはあんまり合っていない気がするんですよね（笑）。なので、ジェルも新しく買い直しました。

私の給料が〜！（笑）でも、髪のためへの投資だからよしとします！

それから、いつもfino（フィーノ）のプレミアムタッチ ヘアオイル（ヘアセラム）をつけています。ものすごく軽いつけ心地で、本当におすすめのセラムです！

そのあとにディフューザーで乾かすのですが、どうしても疲れている時は、少しだけ乾かしてからナイトキャップ（ボンネット）をかぶって寝ちゃいます！

今日のテーマは「乾燥肌」についてです。私がおすすめするスキンケア商品をご紹介します。みなさんの参考になればとても嬉しいです！

肌質は人それぞれ違うので、ある人に効果があっても、別の人には合わないこともあります。自分に合うものを見つけるのは時間がかかるプロセスですから、焦らなくても大丈夫ですよ！私が少しでもみなさんのお役に立てればと思っています。

ですがその前に、お伝えしたいことがあります。みんなの肌はそれぞれ違って、それぞれ本当に美しいということです！自分が「欠点」だと思っているところも、決して悪いものではありません。みんな違った肌質を持っています。誰かと自分の肌を比べるのではなく、お互いに情報交換をしながら、助け合っていきましょうね！🏝

私の肌は、本当に冗談抜きで「砂漠」状態だったんです（笑）。身をもって痛いほど学びました。カリフォルニアの気候はとても乾燥しているので、肌がさらにカサカサになってしまうんですよね。

学生の頃は、授業中に肌が粉を吹いて（皮がむけて）しまって、すごく恥ずかしい思いをしたこともありました。それから本当にたくさんの商品を試して、今ではやっと、とても健康的な肌を保てるようになったんです！

それでは、お気に入りの商品をひとつずつご紹介していきますね！

まずは、洗顔（顔を洗うこと）からスタートです！🌊

正直に言うと、洗顔料はそこまでこだわりがなくて、色々なものを試すのが好きなんです。実は、いつもお姉ちゃんのものをこっそり借りちゃっています（笑、へへへ）。

でも、自分でよく使うのは「ビオレのマシュマロホイップ（泡洗顔）」や、「ソフティモのクレンジングクリーム（ヒアルロン酸配合）」です。

洗顔のあとは、優しくパッティングするように肌の水分を拭き取ります。そしてすぐに、保湿とツヤ肌を叶えてくれる「d'Alba（ダルバ）のホワイトトリュフファーストスプレーセラム」を吹きかけます！⭐️

次に使うトナー（化粧水）は、ROUND LAB（ラウンドラボ）の「白樺水分トナー（Birch Juice Moisturizing Toner）」です。

これは軽いつけ心地なのに、ほんの少し とろみ があるテクスチャーなんです。肌に水分をしっかりと吸い込ませたい私にとっては、この絶妙な質感が本当にお気に入りです！

そして私は、とにかく贅沢にたっぷりと使っています！「ちょっと多いかな？」と思うくらい多めに使っても全然大丈夫ですよ。たっぷり使うことで、本当に肌が見違えるほど変わるんです！

次はいよいよ「スキンブースター」です！これは美容液のようにとろみがあるテクスチャーで、Torriden（トリデン）の「ダイブイン 低分子ヒアルロン酸 ブースター」を使っています。

そして最後ですが、普通ならここで乳液やクリームを使うと思うので、少し意外に聞こえるかもしれません。でも私は、なんと「豆乳化粧水」で仕上げています！サナ なめらか本舗の「豆乳イソフラボン含有の化粧水」を使っているのですが、これが本当にものすごく保湿力が高くて、肌に自然なツヤを与えて、芯から潤してくれるんです！

そして日中の紫外線対策として、日焼け止めはSun Bum（サンバム）を愛用しています。

私のスキンケアは、大好きなこの5つのアイテムだけで完結します！以前は本当にたくさんの化粧品を買い込んでいたのですが、特定のスキンケア商品に肌が依存しすぎてしまうのが嫌だなと思ったんです。ある日、思い切ってアイテムを絞ってみたところ、私の肌にとってはそれが大正解で、劇的に調子が良くなりました！

Let me tell you a little funny story. Actually, when I was born, I had perfectly straight hair! It was shiny and really easy to manage. It was super long, reaching down to my hips, but one day in fourth grade, for some reason, I suddenly wanted to cut it short. Around that time, I was starting to notice my hair getting a little frizzy, but it wasn't that bad. However, the moment I cut it, I immediately regretted it (laughs).

But my kind mother took me to a hair salon. The moment the hairdresser started cutting my hair and wet it with water...it was as if my hair had completely transformed into something else! I was in complete chaos. Then the hairdresser said, "Oh, you have curly hair! Make sure you get it straightened with an iron later." At that point, my hair looked like an exploded rice ball, or rather, an unbelievable "bomber hair" (a fluffy lump) (laughs).

My mother straightened it with an iron, which made it a little better, but ever since that haircut, my hair has become instantly frizzy and tangled every time it gets wet.

To give you a little background on my family, my father has very curly hair, but my mother's hair is only slightly wavy and not curly at all. Moreover, my father always just scrunched his hair with gel and tied it back in a ponytail, so there was no one in our family who knew the proper way to care for curly hair!

Because of this, every time I brushed my hair, it seemed to get bigger and bigger. I remember feeling sad, like I had become a "road closed" sign, blocking the view of people behind me. At the time, I had no idea how to take care of it, so I just assumed that "straightening it with a straightener" was the best thing I could do.
When I entered middle school, I thought that "straightening my hair would make it more manageable." But my straightening skills back then were so terrible that even though I was trying to straighten it, my whole head of hair still puffed up (laughs). One day, a boy said to me, "Your hair looks like it could be used as a pillow." Looking back now, it was incredibly rude and weird! (laughs) But don't worry, I've now perfectly mastered the art of using a straightener!

Later, when I was in my first year of high school, my older sister told me, "You should stop straightening your hair!" and showed me lots of videos about how to care for curly hair. So, we decided to start with the right tools and went to a store and bought a bunch of hair care products! Of course, it was a lot of trial and error at first. Even though I started styling my hair as curly, I wasn't used to my natural curls at the time, and deep down I lacked confidence. But my friends were all so kind and complimented me, saying, "Your hair is so cute!" That really helped me and boosted my confidence!

Then, unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, but I used that time at home to really focus on my curly hair and take good care of it. ...Having said that, I actually succumbed to the temptation of straight hair again and went back to it (lol). I know you're probably thinking, "You're going straight again?!" I'm so sorry! *cries*

To make matters worse, I dyed my hair various colors, which severely damaged it. My hair was probably saying, "I've had enough!" I have another story about how I overcame this hair damage, where God miraculously helped me (I'm not exaggerating!), so I'll tell you about that another time (laughs).

After all those twists and turns, I now usually have curly hair. I do straighten it occasionally, but I'm trying my best to reduce how often I use a curling iron! If you look at my Instagram, you might think, "Is she really curly-haired?" because all the photos I post are of me with straight hair, but it's true! Believe me! (laughs) I've also pretty much perfected my styling routine now.

I'm 21 years old now. You might think, "At 21, you should know how to take care of your hair by now!" (laughs), but this year I want to seriously confront my curly hair and focus on growing it into something beautiful!
