オレオレ詐欺防止対策

先日、吉川市で、犯人がタクシー会社を手配して，被害者を誘い出し、現金をだまし取るという事件がありました。

吉川市では、この犯罪被害を防止するために、タクシー会社と合同で、被害防止の訓練を行いました。

それは、運転手が乗客との会話から、詐欺と判断したら、警察に連絡し、現場で犯行を押さえるという作戦です。

Prevention from fraud

The other day in Yosikawa city a swindler cheated cash from an old person used a taxi. .

To prevent from the telephone fraud Yosikawa government asked a taxi company to have a program of special practice for drivers.

The aim of the practice is to realize the customer’s danger by talking with the customer, the driver contacts the police to report the swindler.

I hope the program will succeed.

99歳で４７の日本記録、２９の世界記録を持つスーパースイマーの長岡三重子さんが、この11月18日、ジャパンマスターズの競泳で、又また100歳の世界記録を出しました、しかも今回は自身の記録を15秒も更新したとの事、80歳から水泳を始めたとは、信じられませんね。

この日を目指して、週4日、毎回3時間の練習を続けてきたと云う長岡さんは

健康の秘訣は、よく食べ、よく泳ぐ事で、大好きなお肉やうなぎを食べて、今も、いつも通りの練習を続けているそうです。

Super swimmer (now)

Super swimmer Mrs. Nagaoka is 100 years old, she got 47 Japanese swimming records, and 29 world swimming records until now.

She got world new record again at Japan masters competition, on November 18^th.

And in addition, the record of this time was 15 seconds faster than the record that she had before.

She had been training swimming 4days a week for 3hours each for this purpose and she has still now on.

Can you believe that she started swimming at the age of 80?

She likes meat and eel and she says “for keeping health is eating well, swimming well.”

ごん狐の里に彼岸花　　　　　　　　　

ごん狐の童話で知られている半田市に住む小栗大造さんは、そのゆかりある矢勝川の堤を彼岸花で覆いつくそうと思いつきました。

当時72歳だった小栗参は、10年先を目指し一人で雑草を刈り、球根を植えていたところ、一人二人と手伝いが増え、最後には市をあげての応援で、地域住民の協力も得て、“矢勝川の環境を守る会”もでき、今では、２00万本以上の花が2キロメートル以上に亘って川堤を彩り、愛知県矢勝川堤は、日本有数の景勝地となっています。

現在84歳になった発想者の小栗さんは今も元気に管理者として見守っています。

Fairly tale and Cluster- amaryllis

Handa city in Aichi pref. is said as the home town of Gongitune on a fairly tale and Yakachi-river flows in the city.

Mr. Oguri Taizou had his dream to cover the river　bank with cluster-amaryllis, because the flowers were on the fairly tale with the fox, and he wanted to spread the story and invite tourists from all over Japan to his town, when his was 72.

At first, he mowed weeds and planted bulbs by himself, and gradually people helped him and at last Handa city office supported his activity.

Now 2 million cluster-amaryllises bloom extended 2kmeter long on Yakachi river bank every Autumn, and the beautiful scene has

become a leading scenic spot in Japan.

Mr. Oguri is now 84 years old, but he has been working on the management for the river bank as a member of a “Keeping environment city group” every year.

捨て犬が救助犬に

２０１１年１１月、収容されて殺処分直前の子犬がNPOピースウィンズジャパンにひきとられ、夢之丞と名ずけられました。　始めは、人におびえていましてが、徐徐に訓練をした結果、先日の広島の土砂災害には、救助犬として活躍しました。

A stray dog working as rescue

A little stray dog was taken in NPO Peace Wins Japan in November 2011 just before being slaughtered.

NPO stuff named the dog Yumenosuke and they trained him little by little gently, at first he was frightened of human, but at last

he was trained as a rescue dog.

As the result Yumenosuke was mobilized to Hirosima for the landslide disaster and he found a dead body under a destroyed house.

Actually, 80 dogs worked for rescue work for the 4 days in the stricken area .

「ロンリープラネット」という旅行ガイドブックを見て日本に来た外国人観光客が驚いている事があります。

例えば、お猿さんが接待サービスをする「かやぶき」という居酒屋です、外国にはこの種の猿は居ないとの事。

他にも、老舗旅館の広い玄関口に、たくさんのスリッパがきれいに並べてある事とか、路上にある野菜などの無人販売所など、日本人の几帳面さや、正直さに驚きと共に魅力を感じてくれています。

海に囲まれている日本、４０００種もある魚の内、市場で取引されているのは、わずか５０種だそうです。

時折網にかかる深海魚は、未知と、不気味さ故に捨てられていました。

ここで焼津の深海魚専門の漁師として２０年のキャリアのある長谷川久志さんは、まだまだ食べられる魚があることを証明し、小売店や料亭に行き、自分でさばき、お客さんに試食してもらったところ、安くておいしいと評判になり、深海魚の販路を広げています。

焼津の面する駿河湾は、世界一深く水深２５００mあります、長谷川さん曰く“深海魚の種類は１０００以上あるから、まだ出会っていない魚も沢山いる“と深海のロマンを語っています。

障害児の為の最古の学校

今から８０年位前までは、障害児への教育は無駄な事と考えられていて、小学校にさえ、入れなかったのです。

この不公平な現状打開に立ち上がった松本氏は、1932年、障害児の為に全寮制（教師も共に）の学校を創りました。

そこでは、一般教育に加えて、個々の特質を伸ばす指導や、個別の治療、リハビリもできたのです。

戦時中は、都市部の一般の児童は、戦火を避ける為に国の支援で学童疎開をしましたが、障害児は対象外でした。

松本校長は、長野の上山田村で、何度断られても交渉を重ね、受け入れ先を決め、移動は国鉄に、治療器具の輸送は陸軍に頼み、子供たちの疎開を成功させました。なんと、その５日後、元居た世田谷の校舎は、空襲で全焼したのです。

終戦から４年後、学校は再建され、無事だった児童も戻り、都立特別支援光明学校となり、日本最古の障害児支援学校として、今日に至っています。

卒業生のなかには、有名な俳人をはじめ、各分野で活躍している方々もおられます。

現在、全国には、公立、私立合わせて1059校の支援校があり、障害児の未来

えの期待に手助けをしていますが、その原点をつくったのは松本校長だった事

を忘れてはならないでしょう。

The oldest special support school

About 80 years ago, handicapped children were ignored to educate, although Meiji constitution said every one has the right to have education.

Concerning about that, Mr. Matumoto opened the school for those

children in 1932.

The school had the dormitory, all students and teachers lived together, and there were appliances of physical treatment , too.

It was during World War 2, the government let school children evacuate from Tokyo to country side and helped their cost of transporting.

But the government didn’t let Matumot’s students do so.

Then principal Matumoto had to find a the evacuation place for his students, he went to small village in Nagano and asked the village chief to accept his students to stay in the village until the war-end, at first his asking was refused, but he tried to ask again and again at last they were accepted.

Fortunately, his action saved his students lives from the American bombing in Tokyo 1945 just 5 days after their evacuation.

Unfortunately, their school was burned down though.

4 years passed after World War 2, the school was rebuilt at the same place in Setagaya. It has been as the origin of the school for handicapped children.

Now there are 1059 public and private supporting schools in Japan, we appreciate his effort.

それは、保存状態もよく、娘さんの結婚式とか、数々の思い出の写真も無事だったので、ケビン

さんは、”信じられない、世界は狭いなあ！”と、大喜びしていました。

A lost sell phone in America got back from Japan

Last October Mr. Kevin Whitney dropped his sell phone into the

packing of corn from his pocket when he was working in the granary in Oklahoma, but he didn’t noticed that.

After 9 months, a Japanese worker of the flour mill company in

Tomakomai happened to find the sell phone among the corn. 

And he could know who’s phone it was, then he connected to the American shipping company.

As the result the phone was back to the Mr. Kevin through the shipping company, he was very happy, because not only the phone was back but also his important pictures were completely safe, like his daughter’s wedding or other pictures of family.

“I can’t believe it,
what a small world !” said he surprisingly with great joy and thankfulness.

みました。

こんな街中で珍しいことね、といいながら、約１時間後、帰り道で、また、おなじ蛇をみました。

それは、３０センチ位で、今度は、道の真ん中に横たわっていました。

その時自転車乗った男の人が、気ずかずに蛇を乗り越えていきましたが、蛇はつぶれもしませんでした。

よく見ると、それはゴム製の玩具でした。

きっと、子供のいたずらだったのでしょう

A little rare experience

On the other day, I went to the hospital to visit my neighbors with

my friend.

On the way there, we are very surprised, because we happened to see a snake coiled on the street side.

We said “It is rare that we can meet a snake in like a residential area .”

Then after about one hour on our way back home, we saw the snake again, at that time, it was not coiled, the 30cm long snake

lay in the middle of the street.

Just then a man riding on a bicycle ran over the snake, but nothing happened to the snake.

We watch it carefully, then we realized that it was a toy snake.
