If you see the news recently, there are more diaster than we have seen before. 

Whether it is natural diaster, stock market turbulence, AI replacement human's job concern, personal financial issue, health issue, family issue, etc. etc. etc.

There are so many things that drain our energy and focus.  

But starting from today, I just want to count my blessing.   I have done a gratitude journal before but I find myself not consistent with it.    Today, I will start writing a gratitude journal again and stick with it!
