Wada House
the most famous house in this village.



Built in the mid to late Edo Period, this well-preserved house is the largest remaining Gassho style house in Shirakawa-go. Documents and licenses still in the possession of the family show that the house was home to an official who dealt in raw silk and niter.

so I cooked these dishes :)


Roast chicken
material
・chicken
・soy sauce
・sake
・garlic
・ginger
・sanpoukan-jam(like a marmalade jam)

and marmalade over night

Preheat oven to 180 degrees ℃ / 350 degrees F
Baked for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Recently I am little busy , I couldn't cook for desert.
so, i bought a cake at department store!

meat loaf
beef and pork ground together 150g
ground meat pork 150g
ground meat chicken 150g
hijiki 2 tablespoon
lotus root 100g
carrot 1/2 piece
string beans 6～8 pieces
onion 1/2 piece

(A)
breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
milk 4 tablespoon
egg 1 piece
(B)
black sesame 1 tablespoon
white sesame 1 tablespoon
sake 1/2 tablespoon
suger 1 teaspoon
sesame oil 1 teaspoon
salut 1/2 teaspoon
soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon

(1) Hijiki goes back up the indication of the bag is water on time.(about 30min ～ 1 hour)
The lotus root barks it and minces a fault finely and exposes it to the water which
I put vinegar little in for three minutes.
The carrot barks it and minces a fault finely.
Cut the sheath kidney beans in 5mm width.
And mince the onion finely.

(2) Mixed with (A)

(3) Three kinds of meat ,(1) , (2) and pepper are mix in a bowl.

(4) Place a baking sheet in oven-proof paper, place the (3) in baking sheet
and reshape.

(5) Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, and bake for 10 min.
After that,lower the temperature to 180 degrees , bake for 30-40 minutes.



mayonnaise sauce
mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
milk 2 tablespoon
mustard 1 teaspoon

All mix , its done!

I am sooooooo recommend this mayonnaise sauce!!!!
I think also fit for salad!

I will cook for new year's dish :)

it's a japanese style dish XD

・Japanese amberjack fish broiled with soy souse, sake, sweet sake,suger)
・miso-soup( potato ,burdock , wakame)
・voiled vegetables(angelica keiskei , chinese chive) and kezuribushi of iwashi
・salad(chinese yam , kidney beans, laver , dried young sardines ,perilla）
・rice

it was cooked to perfection!!!!!
