I woke up early and got ready for school as usual.

my first class was Japanese.

For the first half of the class the English Teacher Echigoya-sensei and I talked about what I did at the school trip.

For the Second half she asked me what I wanted to do.

I asked her that I wanted to learn the sasseru form  (To make something do something form).

At first she didn't know how to teach me, so she reasearched it and then she taught me. In the end my mouth figured out the pattern, but my brain still didn't get it. 

After that I had math, which was easy because the subject was on exponents, but I didn't understand the last topic.

after Math I went to the art room to paint a self portrait for my art class.

Once time ran out and I cleaned up, I went back to my class to eat lunch with my friends.

Today was a calm day during lunch. 

we ate and we played. after lunch I went to the library for self study, I talked to the librarian for a short while about Japanese art and christmas illuminations.

following that was P.E. in which I played soccer.

After soccer it was homroom and we had to take a survey replying how the hotel and the trip was. 

Soon after school ended and I cleaned the hallway with my friend.

Next I went to the shodobu club to meet a girl who likes visual kei music. we talked a lot and after that I helped out a little bit. 

Ending the day miyuki picked me up and we looked for a recipe to cook for  my school. We decided on chili.

Then came dinner which was broccoli, rice, and mabodofu.

After that I did some homework, took a bath, and nnow I started writing this.

The Rotarians took my bags and we headed to Kanuma. It was a two hour ride. The outside scenery was magnificent. From the window, I saw a large Buddha statue, and an abundance of overflowing green plant life. In the middle of the trip we stopped and took a break at a rest stop.

One of the Rotary members bought me a grape jelly soda, which was difficult to drink because it coagulated , but it was extremely delicious. We continued the trip, and once we were close to my new residence we stopped at a Japanese restaurant. My Family ordered a tenpura dish for me, and I tried many new things including chawamushi (a salty egg pudding), and fried tofu.

I tried speaking with one of the Rotarians in Japanese who was telling me that his workload lessened because I had arrived. So I told him in Japanese that its great because he gets to have free time for  himself, but it turns out that in Japanese the word free time (hima) has a negative connotation and I was calling him lazy. Thus, everyone at the table laughed hysterically. 

   Finally, I went home with my first host family and unpacked my bags.
