<title>Will I Get Bored Doing P90X?</title>

<![CDATA[     Will I Get Bored Doing P90X?<p>Will I get bored doing <a href="http://www.p90x2workoutonsale.com/p90x-workout-dvd-c1.html"><strong>P90X</strong></a>? Most likely not and here’s why. P90X has three phases and the work outs change in each phase.  It is not a dramatic change but it is just enough to assure that you do not not get bored doing the P90X work out.  I did P90X for about 9 months before I wanted to try something else so I ordered Shaun T’s Insanity. </p><p> I did the 60 days straight through of Insanity and then I went back and added in some Insanity work outs into my P90X routine to create a<a href="http://www.p90x2workoutonsale.com/p90x-workout-dvd-c1.html"><strong> P90X</strong></a>/Insanity hybrid.  Did that routine until Insanity: The Asylum came out and then I ordered Asylum.  That is a 30 day program which I did to completion and now I am doing the P90X Asylum hybrid. I also mix in some P90X One on One work outs which also helps keep things fresh and I even did a little RevAbs.</p><p>My point here is, if you want to get bored then you most likely will.  If you switch it up from time to time you will stay motivated and most likely not have to worry about plateauing. Your body will just continue to get better and better.  Each of these work outs are unique in their own special way and will help you improve different areas of your fitness.</p><p>Personally, I love not having to leave the house to go to a gym or club to do an awesome work out.  If you keep adding work outs to your fitness library then you can rest assured, you will never get bored with P90X. </p>

<![CDATA[ Monica’s P90X Transformation and Results<br> <br>Monica says she worked out prior to the babies and was always fit but she says that she was never P90X fit. I find that this is very common among people who do <a href="http://www.p90x2workoutonsale.com/p90x-workout-dvd-c1.html"><strong>P90X</strong></a>.  P90X takes you to a whole different level for 99% of the people out there.  <p>It has for me as well.  I had always worked out but never like this. Now I am in the best shape of my life just like Monica thanks to P90X.  Monica used to make excuses after the babies and all of her muscle tone had pretty much turned to mush. </p><p>Then she found Tony Horton and P90X and she says that working out with Tony will change the way you think about working out. P90X has made Monica’s whole life better and now at 38 and with 3 kids she is in the best shape of her life and it shows. Monica says that if you are on the fence about doing P90X just go for it and do it.</p><p>What isP90X One on One? I get a lot of questions asking what is this work out is. Is it a 90 day system? Is it a 60 day system? </p>
