ＢＳＬＡの現地サポーターでもあるＴさんによるお話です。

Ｔさんは女性でありながら、非常に熱心にお仕事されてる方で、自身のコンサル業の経営者でもあります。

日本とアメリカの採用の違いや、Ｔさんのキャリアについて聞くことが出来ました。

その後も私たちの質問に丁寧に答えて下さいました。

Ｔさんのお話を聞いて、メンバー一同キャリアに対するモチベーションが上がったことでしょう！

そして今日もそれぞれのタスクに専念しました。

正直、とっても眠たいです。。。。(笑)

Today is lecture of guest speaker.

This is spoken by Ms.T who is local supporter of BSLA.

Though Ms.T is women, she is very eager in her work, and manage her consultant company.

We could heard about the employment difference between Japan and America.

By listen to her story, member would have increased to motivation of the career.

It became very helpful oppotunity.

And, we have concentrated on our task.

Flankly speaking, I am very very sleeping....

倉井亜弥です。

今日はみんな自分のタスクに精一杯向き合う一日でした。

マーケティングのプロジェクトとＫ先生のビジネスプロジェクトが同時進行で進んでいるわけで、限りある時間の中で効率よく作業していかないといけません。。

 最初のほうは夜遅くまで作業をするというのが鉄板でしたが、最近気づきました。効率が悪いということに！！

夜遅いと頭が回らないから作業が進まないー寝れないー次の日に響くという負のスパイラルが完成してしまいます。そこで始めたのが朝活です。

夜は思い切って朝早く起きてみんなよりも早く作業を始める

頭が回るので作業も効率的になり時間も省くことが可能になります

効果絶大です！！

今回は、睡眠は大切というお話でした笑

Hi, this is Aya Kurai.

Today is the free day that all member tackled each task hardly.

because marketing project and business project of K teacher were progressed concurrently, we musted tackle 2 projects in the limited time efficiently.

At the beginning of this program, it was the regular style to work till late at the night , but, I noticed that it is not efficient!

the brain do not work well because of staying up late so, works do not advance→ we can not sleep→　lack of sleep have bad affects to our condition on the morrow

Like this, we have possibility to have negative spiral.

So, I started Asatatsu(using earing morning time to do works) 

I had sufficient sleep even if I could not finish my today's task, but, got up early next morning and started try the tasks.

In the morning, the brain works well, so, working efficiency rose and I could cut the time.

It was so effective!!

The thing I wanted to say is sleep is important!!!

どうもこんばんは、福原徹です。

今日は先日の夜に合流したOBの鈴木さんと一緒にノートルダムハイスクールに向かいました。

日本語クラスJ1,J2対象に、JAPAN プレゼンを行いましたヾ(＠°▽°＠)ﾉ

発表内容は、基本的には同様の構成で進みましたが、先日発表しなかった日本概要のプレゼンが加わりました！！

ほとんどの班が先日の発表を受けて大幅に修正を行ったので、先日と比べてプレゼンの質は向上しました。自分の班のアニメ、漫画のプレゼンも大幅に修正を加え、高校生達に盛り上がってもらえました。みんな熱心に聞いてくれてとてもたのしかったです！ヾ(＠^▽^＠)ﾉ

全班のプレゼンが終わったらカフェテリアの一角を借りて高校生との交流を行いました。

折り紙を教えたり習字を教えたり着物を着させてあげたり空手を教えたり、メンコや剣玉をしました。

アメリカの高校生と日本語や英語を使ってコミュニケーションを取れて満足な一日でした(^O^)/

Yesterday night, Mr Suzuki who is pastmember of BSLA came to Grand Tower. And then, he went to Notre dame high schoolwith us.

We do Japan presentation for J1 and J2classes.

Contents were almost same with yesterday`spresentation, but we added “summary of Japan”.

Almost of all teams change theirpresentation a little, so the quality of it improved.

Our group which did “Japanese Anime and Manga presentation” also change the contents, and students was excited thanyesterday.

After our presentation finished, wecommunicated with students through teaching Japanese culture, Origami, Syuzi,Kimono, Karate, Menko and Kendama.

I was satisfied with communicating withthem in English and Japanese.
