こんばんは。鈴木杏菜です。
なんと今日がBSLA最終日でした！

そんな最終日の今日は夕方からCIBUという大学で日本についてのプレゼンテーションをして、その後に学生の授業を聴講させていただきました。
日本のプレゼンテーションは何度もやったものでしたが、オーディエンスが異なると同じトピックでも反応が異なるので工夫が必要だと感じました。
また今回参加させていただいた授業はMBAのクラスで、個別の企業のマーケティングに関する分析について発表や、カンファレンスのケーススタディを実際に役割を決めてやっていました。
少人数のクラスで学生と先生との距離がとっても近くいい雰囲気で授業が行われているように思いました。
学生の方はみなさん留学生で、私たちと同じく英語は第二言語ですが流暢に自信を持って発表している姿を見て刺激を受けました。

1ヶ月間ビジネスプランを考えたり、講演を聞いたり毎日忙しく充実した日々を過ごさせていただきました。

Hi, my name is Anna Suzuki.
Today, It is a last day of BSLA.

In the final day,we went to CIBU to make Japanese presentations and took a business class.
We made same presentations which did at NDHS, but audience was different. So, the reaction was quite different. From this, I learned that I have to change them for audience.
The class has only 9 students, so the distance between students and a teacher looks close and nice.
Furthermore, all the students are from different countries. That means they speak English as a second language. But they speak English frequently. As they do, I want to speak and study from now.

In this 1month, I spend very precious days in thinking business plans.
I appreciate

こんにちは！BSLA14thの尾崎彰俊です！

さぁ、3週目の日記ですね！さ～て、今日はどこに行ったかというと…

サンディエゴにやってきました！

サンディエゴはとても雰囲気がいいです。

自由時間に、私達はミッドウェイという、昔アメリカ海軍の航空母艦として活躍した船を見学しました。船が1つの街のようになっていたり、歴史やテクノロジーの凄さを感じられ、とても有意義な経験ができました。

夜は社会人の方との会食で、Aさん、Wさん、Hさんとお話をさせて頂きました。

業務の事からマインドの事まで深いお話を聞かせて頂きました。

明日はBSLA最終日という事で、最後まで沢山学びたいと思います。

Then, I’m writing a daily for the third time. Well… today, we went to…

San Diego!

I felt good atmosphere in San Diego.

In free time, We went to Midway, which was active as the U.S.Navy carrier. The carrier seemed to be like one city.

It was a wonderful time because I was impressed with great histories and technologies at the carrier.

At night we had a dinner with Ms. A, Mr. W, and Ms. H. Ms. We could learn about the details of business and mental of working.

Tomorrow is the last day of BSLA. So I’m going to learn a lot of things.

こんにちは。
BSLA14期の天城拓人です。ついにこのプログラムも終盤に差し掛かってきましたね。また一人仲間が所要のために日本に帰ってしまい寂しさを感じています。

28日目の今日は、日中は自由時間で街歩きをしたりプールに入ったりと、各々が思い思いの時間を過ごしていました。私は部屋を移らなければいけない関係で荷物の整理に追われていました。
帰国日にはまだ十日ほどあるのですが、これまで約1ヵ月暮らしてきたアパートの一室をきれいさっぱり引き払う作業をしながら、到着した初日のことやこれまで経験してきたいろいろなことに思いを馳せました。そしてそのせいで片付け作業の効率は落ちてしまったかもしれません。おかたづけあるあるですね（笑）写真は翌朝に撮った、ベランダからお朝焼け納めです。あらためてみても本当に素晴らしいロケーションです。恵まれた環境で生活させてもらってきたことを実感します。

そして夜にはゲストスピーカーとしてOさんという方に来ていただきました。自分たちが普段漫然と過ごしているだけでは知る由もない「真実」をたくさん知っている彼のお話には大変啓蒙されるところがありました。やはり何事にも自分の頭で考える姿勢を忘れたらいけないのだなと痛感しました。

明日からはサンディエゴに向かいます。

Finally this program is approaching the end. And I feel a little loneliness because our one of the fellows back to Japan yesterday.

Today, day 28, we had free time in the daytime so each person spent a time freely for example walked around the downtown LA or swam in the pool. But I did my cleaning away in my room because we had to leave our room. Though I have 10 days remain before I back to Japan, I was look back on my experiences related to my room daring my cleaning away. And it may bat effect for efficiency of my clean away but I think this situation is can occur everyone. This photo is morning glow from my veranda. So I realize again we had had perfect location to live.

And night time we had a guest speaker O-san. And he spoke to us various kind of “truth” which we can’t realize unless we live life with precise problem consciousness. So I was thinking about seriously that I should keep trying thinking with my own minds.

Tomorrow we will go to San Diego.

こんにちわ！石谷卓也です。これが私にとって最後のブログです。悲しいです。

graduation partyでも話しましたが、BSLAに来て、二つ身につける事ができました。

一つ目は、朝早く起きられるようになった事です。

これはかなり重要だと思います。自分の将来の給料を倍にする可能性もあります！

二つ目は、論理的思考能力です。

「Why」BSLA中はこれをとことん意識してました。その結果として物事を論理的に考える力が身についたと思います。

また自分の弱点も知る事ができました。日本に帰ったらそれをアウトプットして体現化していきます。

プログラム終了まで後少し楽しんでいきましょう。

ちなみに今日はRさんのマナー講座を受けて、身も心もジェントルマンになっています。

Hi, I'm Takuya Ishitani.　This is the last blog for me.　I'm very sad!

I talked in graduation party,I was able to acquire two.

first, It came up to be got up early in the morning.

It is very important for me. maybe I think double future salary!

The second is logical thinking ability.

「WHY」I was conscious of it thoroughly during BSLA. As a result, I got logical thinking ability.

In addition, I was able to know my weak point. If I return to Japan, I output it and become embodiment.

I will enjoy until the program end！

ps.I take a manner lecture of Ms R today and become heart and soul gentleman.

BSLA 14th　26日目　Graduation Party

こんにちは！ブログ三度目、菅原優依です。

3月10日、26日目の今日はK先生のグループプレゼンの発表と、

日曜日でサポーターの先生方が集まっていただけるということで、一足先にGraduation Partyを行いました。

今回のプレゼンは準備期間も授業数も少なく、難しかったように思います。

特に他の班は完成度を高められていたにも関わらず、私たちの班は思うように形にすることが出来なかったので非常に悔しいです…。

BSLAに来て一番自分の無力さを痛感するプロジェクトでした。

と同時に学ぶことも多く、チームのメンバーには感謝しています。

最終プレゼンを終えてからは、Graduation Party!

みんなでおいしいケーキを食べ、

スタッフのさえちゃんお手製のハイクオリティーなムービーで思い出に浸り、

サポーターの先生方から一人ひとり卒業証書をいただいて、

簡単なスピーチをしました。

みんなの思いや学んだこと、意気込みなど、素敵な話をたくさん聞けました。

BSLA 14thでよかった！

そして夜はGriffith Observatoryへ夜景を見に行きました！！

言葉にできないほどの絶景！！

朝から晩まで盛りだくさんで、素敵な一日でした♪

Hello! I'm Yui Sugawara.

Today(March 10th,the 26th day),we had Mr.K's final presentation and Graduation Party.

We didn't have much time and many lectures, so it was very difficult for us to make business plans.

And our group couldn't make it pefect though other groups could, so it was regrettable.

However I could learn a lot! I thank our members.

After the preaentation, Graduation Party started!

Ate a delicious cake,

watched a movie of our memories made by staff Sae,

given certificate of graduation from supporters,

made a short speech.

I could hear our members' thought, things they learned, eagerness and so on.

I'm glad to be a member of BSLA 14th!XD

At night, we went to Griffith Observatory to view night scene.

I can't say anything!!

It was so special day♪

こんにちは！今日のブログ担当の花崎です。

今日はN高校の日本語クラブの学生さんとLittle Tokyoに遊びに行ってきました！

彼らは日本のことが大好きなだけでなく日本語もとても上手で、英語と日本語がまじりあった会話が始終飛び交ってました。

まず最初に、Japanese American National Musiumに行きました。

Japanese American National Musiumは日系アメリカ人の歴史について扱った博物館です。

初めて知ることがたくさんある、非常に面白い博物館でした。

日系アメリカ人がどのようにしてアメリカに渡り、どのように生活してきたか、どのような功績を残し、どのような差別を受けてきたかなど、Positiveな面とNegativeな面の両方からアプローチしている点が印象的でした。

また、写真や実際に使われていた家財具、学校の教科書などがとても多く展示されており、非常にわかりやすかったです。

Japanese American National Musiumに行った後はお昼を食べ、カラオケに行きました。

みんな日本の曲もたくさん知っていて、私はAKB48のヘビーローテションとFUNKY MONKEY BABYSのHEROをN高校の学生とデュエットさせてもらいました！笑

お互いの仲をうんと縮めることができてすごく楽しかったです。

Little Tokyoから帰ってきてからは明日のGraduation partyに向けて各自班で最終プレゼンテーションの準備をしました。

これからラストスパート、頑張ります！

Hi! Everyone!

Today we went to Little Tokyo with N high school students who belong to Japanese club.

They not only like Japanese culture but also speak Japanese very well.

We talked a lot in Japanese and English.

It was so fun!

At first, we went to Japanese American National Musium, which exhibits Japanese American’s history.

It has many interesting exhibitions, so I learned a lot of things today.

We learned how Japanese came to America, how Japanese have lived, how Japanese contributed to American society and how Japanese were discriminated.

These contatins positive aspects and negative aspects of its history.

In addition, there are many photographs, household goods, and textbooks used at that time.

They made us understand the contents of museum easily.

After visiting the museum, we had a lunch. And then we went to Karaoke.

N high school students know many Japanese songs, so we sung with them.

I sung “Heavy Rotation” by AKB48 and “Hero” by FUNKY MONKEY BABYS with N high school student.

We could be close with each other.

We had so delightful time, I think!

本日は昼にKTさんのlawofficeを訪問しました。日本人としてグローバル化に対応するには日本の魅力を失わずにいることが大切であることを学びました。夜はKさんのクラスでした。プレゼン未完成でありうまく詰められてなかったのが悔しかったです。次回は日曜日にプレゼン発表なので自己ベストを尽くしたいです。

We guys visited Mr. KT's law office. I learned I have to be proud of myself as a Japanese. In evening, we showed Mr.K our presen., but mine wasn't completed, so I regreted. Next we will do on Sunday, we'll do our best.

I’m Kageyama
Today we visited N high school again.

We participated in their Cultural festival with Japanese class students as performers.

We sang the song “Arigatou”, which is produced by Inoue Yosui and Tamio Okuda.

All of performances were more wonderful than I had expected .

There were 1300 people at the gymnasium, so we were a little nervous.

But, our performance succeeded too.

I think that this experience of performing together will become a big asset.

After that, we had an exchange meeting with high school students and played Japanese games.
For example, Karuta, Kendama and Hyakuninissyu.

We made friend with them.

I was sad , because it is last day that we visit N high school.

Tomorrow we will have Mr.K's class.

３週目で影山です！
今日はN高校に再度訪問し、Cultural festivalにパフォーマーとして参加しました。
私達は井上揚水と奥田民男の「ありがとう」を歌いました。
全てのパフォーマンスが私の予想を超えるほど素晴らしかったです。
1300人の全生徒の前での発表に私達は少し緊張していました。
でも、うまくいったと思います！！！
私はこのN高校の学生とステージを創り上げたという経験が将来大きな財産になると思います。

Cultural festival が終わると、高校生と日本の遊びを用いて交流会が開かれました。
かるた、けん玉、百人一首などです。
今日でN高校訪問が最後なので少しさみしいです

明日はKさんのクラスです。

こんばんは、なんとブログを３回目の鹿山です。早速本日の活動を報告します。

本日は朝からNDHSに行き、授業では日本のプレゼンテーションを行いました。特に視覚に訴えるとウケがよく、イメージ共有の重要性を実感しました。生徒たちは熱心に聞いてくれ、好奇心旺盛で昔の自分をつい振り返ってしまいました。

午後から、体育館で「ありがとう」という歌を発表しました。日本語クラスの生徒と総勢約20名での合唱でした。観客は暖かく迎えてくれてとても嬉しかったです。日本語クラスを取る生徒が増えてくれるといいな。

放課後はカフェテリアを借りて交流会を行いました。これで最後の訪問だと思うと悲しいです。将来日本に関わってくれるといいな。夜は課題に追われていました；(

Good afternoon. I didn't expect that I would write an blog for three times. This is Kayama. i'll report what we did today.

In the morning we went to NDHS, and did presentations about Japan in the classes. I realized the importance of the image cause the stronger visual appeal we showed, the more interested in contents Japan students seems to be. They are curious about Japan and listened to our presentation with enthusiastic, so that i happen to look back on my high school days.

In the afternoon, we and Japanese third class sang a Japanese song, Arigatou, together at the gym.I was glad to see the audience welcome and i wish more and more people took Japanese class as their options!

After school, we had an gathering to interact with one another at cafeteria. I miss talking to everyone in Japanese class when i realized the last visit to NDHS had been today.I strongly hope that some of them will have something to do with Japan in the future. After that we had no choice but to do assignment.

こんにちは。奥山裕大です。
今日はHさんのグループプレゼンの最終発表でした。
４つの班に分かれてそれぞれにジャンル設定を与えられていました。

最初はがむしゃらにアイデアを出していた各班も、回を重ねる毎に洗練されていったアイデアになっていました。
中には短期間ではあったといえ強い説得力をもったプレゼンを行った班もありました。

一方で私の班では、コンセプトとそれに対する理由がずれているところがあり商品としての説得力にかける部分がありました。後半にフィナンシャルプランに力をいれてしまったことが大きな理由でした。しかし、しっかりとした商品・会社のコンセプトがあってのマーケティングでありフィナンシャルプランです。今回はこの点で失敗してしまいましたが、失敗例と成功例を同時に見れたので収穫があった講義でした。

Today, we had the final presentation of group business plan.
At the first class, Mr.H gave us four prerequisites for each teams.

Some teams planed unclear ideas and confused, but their ideas have been sophisticated through some classes of Mr.H.
Some teams had good presentations which considered marketing plan and financial plan.

However, my team presented a unclear plan, especially about our concept.
It is because that we focused on the finance plan of our business after we had decided the concept. Our plan lacked some important points of marketing and financial plan based on a massive concept about products and company.
Since I could know what was a good and bad business plan at same time although we mistook the points this time, this lecture was very good for me.
