こんにちは。あいりです。

今日は企業訪問の日です！





まずアメリカの弁護士事務所で働く日本人の方を訪問しました。

Ｍ＆Ａを専門に活躍されている方で、専門的なこともわかりやすく教えていただけました。

グローバルに働くということがどういうことなのか、自分の中に指標を持てたように思います。





次は半官半民の組織を訪問しました。

ここではカリフォルニアの現状や日系人のコミュニティについてお話を伺いました。

半官半民であることのメリット・デメリットを質問することができたので、とても満足しています。

訪問させていただいたことで、憧れがさらに強くなりました！






私は今まであまり企業訪問をしたことがなかったのですが、こうしてさまざまな世界を見ることで自分の視野が広がってきたように思います。

このプログラムでお会いした方は誰もが信念をもってお仕事をなさっていたので、きらきらと輝いて見えました。

社会に出て働くのはまだまだ先の話なのですが、自分もいつかお会いした人たちのように、目的に向かってひたむきに努力できる人になりたいと思います。

ご協力いただいた皆様、貴重なお時間をいただきありがとうございました。

Today we visited some companies.


First, we visit a Japanese lawyer who is working in US.

He is a professional about M&A, and he taught us cleary about M&A.

I think I could have my idea about working at global.


Next, we visited a semigovernmental corporation.

We were taught about the present situation in California and community about Japanese-American.

I was satisfied because I asked him about the advantage and disadvanage of semigovernmental corporation.

This visitation made me have more admiration!


Acually, I have never visited companies such as this.

This experience broadened my outlook remarkably, because I met a lot of peaple and looked a lot of world.

Everyone who I met in this program worked with thier belief, so they looked bright.

After some years, I will start working.

Someday I want to be a woman who can make efforts to my aim like people I met.

Thanks our suppoter, thanks your kindness.

ラスベガスから帰ってもまだプログラムは続きます...！！

この日はまずダウンタウンへ行き、コンサルティング会社を訪問しました。LAに駐在中の日本人の方にお話を伺い、その後オフィスを見学しました。

コンサルタントの仕事や海外駐在について貴重なお話を聞くことができました。コンサルタントには人が好きな方が多いそうです...！

そしてここからは自由行動でした！

私はハリウッドボウルでLAフィルの演奏会を聴きました。なんと指揮は本物のジョン・ウィリアムズ！！客席はペンライトではなくライトセーバーで盛り上がっていました！



帰ってからは荷造りを始めました...
明日で終わりかと思うと悲しいです...

Today, we went to downtown and visited a consulting company. We met a Japanese consultant and looked around the office.
We could know about consulting and stationing overseas.
He said many of consultants like people...!

After that, we had free activity.
I went to concert of LA Phil at Hollywood Bowl!
The conductor was John Williams!!
Some audience had not pen lights but Lightsaber!

After coming back to our dormitory, we started packing.
I'm so sad thinking about the end of this program...

]]> https://ameblo.jp/bsla2014summer/entry-11922548088.html Tue, 09 Sep 2014 22:12:55 +0900 【8月27日】Grand Canyon and the night of Las Vegas 今日はラスベガス2日目、ということで午前中からHさんに運転していただき、グランドキャニオンへ行ってきました。片道5時間ほどかかる長い道のりでしたが、国立公園では、想像をはるかに超える壮大な景色が楽しめました。日本では見ることのできないような渓谷で、地球の偉大さと自分たちのちっぽけさを肌で感じることができました。メンバーはそれぞれ、きれいな景色をバックに写真を撮っていました。
その後、夕方ころ、ラスベガスに帰ってきて、ホテルのカフェで見られるショーや噴水ショー、そして21歳以上のメンバーはカジノやバーを楽しみました。私自身、カジノは人生初めての経験だったのですが、自分がいかに賭け事に向いてないかを知ることができ、もう一生賭け事はしない、と心に決めました。ラスベガスの夜は、華やかで、世界中から人々が集まる理由がわかかった気がしました。

Hello, I’m Hitomi Kamimura.
Today, we went to Grand Canyon. We really enjoyed beautiful nature that we can’t see in Japan. I was feeling how big the earth is and how small I am.
After we came back to Las Vegas, we enjoyed the shows, Casino and bar. The night in Las Vegas was so amazing and I understood why people came here from all over the world.

どーも。３周目の Yo です。ここに投稿する私の日記は最後です。

今日はラスベガス３日目。

もはやどこから書いていいものやら。日付超えてからも全員がカジノやクラブで遊び続けて全員が帰宅したのは午前4時ごろでした。

そこから数時間の睡眠をとり、ラスベガス最後の予定。



カントリークラブのオーナーであるHさん夫妻とお食事してまいりました。

お二方ともエネルギッシュな方で、圧倒されてばかりでした。

自分の長所、欠点を見つける。

自分がやろうと思ったことをとことんやる。

共に働く仲間を大切にする。

実際に今きらきらとしている彼らを見ていてその重要性を再認識しました。



その後は5時間以上かけて帰宅。今日はもう遅いので寝ます。

おやすみなさい。





Hi, I’m Yo. It’s last time to write my diary.

Today is 3rd day of Las Vegas.



I don’t have any ideas to write. They all played casino or go to club overnight, and all of us came our hotel at 4:30 am. We were crazy enjoying.

After that we took a rest for 2~3hours and went to country club.



The owner of it is Mr.H. We took for lunch with him and his wife.

Both of them were very energetic.

Find our strong and weak point.

Do our best to do something we want to do.

Think our party preciously.

I recognized it because of their attitude.



And we came our dormitory at 11 pm.

It’s time to go to bed.

チーム① 3M
CO2を電力エネルギーとして利用可能なメタンガスに変換する機械の開発・販売

チーム② Im me now
SNSが普及した現在に生きる人々に、もう一度オフラインならではの充足した時間をもたらす新機能の提案

チーム③ LARVE
飢餓・貧困問題を解決に導く、昆虫を材料とした新食品の開発・販売

各チームとも違った視点から「世界を変える」ためのプランを熱く発表していて、非常におもしろかったです。
その後Kさんからフィードバックを頂き、本日は早めの16時解散でした。

明日は企業訪問です。おやすみなさい。

As for each group yesterday, seem to have put on a last spurt into the night,; but the result as state of things!！

The sale of the machine which converts CO2 into available methane as electricity energy.

Team② Im me now
New suggestion to promote a breakaway from SNS.

Team ③ LARVE
Sale of the new food which assumed the insect which led the issue of starvation to the solution materials.

Mr K gave feedback to me, and it was early 16:00 dissolution today afterwards.

今日は明日２４日が本番のGroup Business Planの作業日でした！



最後のグループワークということで、気合いが入りました！
我が班は一日中寮にこもり、カップラーメンを昼食にはさみつつ作業しておりました！


夕方頃に夕食の差し入れが！！！！！




ちらし寿司とチキンです！
酢飯、いくら、鮭。日本の味はやはり最高です。心と体にじんと染みました。

おいしいご飯に力をもらい、その後も作業に取りかかりました！

明日はBusiness PlanのFinal Presentation！がんばります！



Hello. This is my third turn of the blog. I'm Saki.

Today was the day to work for the group business plan which will be held tomorrow, the 24th!




As the final group work in BSLA, we had more energy to put on it!
Our team stayed at the dorm all the day, ate cup noodle as a lunch, and kept working on the business plan.

In the evening, dinner was served for us!!!!!



Chirashi-zushi and chicken!
Sumeshi, ikura, salmon. Japanese food is the best. I got power both physically and mentally.

After that, we kept working on it filled with Japanese-food-energy!!!

Tomorrow will be the business plan! We will do our best!

今日は４つの予定があり、とても忙しい１日でした。

１．NDHS
ノートルダム高校訪問最終日でした。授業に参加して、生徒と一緒にアクティビティを楽しみました。(*´∀｀*)
アメリカと日本の比較をしたり、プレゼンをしたりしました。

２．UCLA
参加者数名でUniversity of California, Los Angelesに行ってきました。キャンパスはきれいで、広かったです。こんなキャンパスに通いたい！





３．Mさんにinterview
Weekly LALALAというフリーペーパーを発行している会社のCEOであるMさんからお話を伺いました。短い時間でしたが、キャリアのことや世界で活躍している日本人についてなどをお話ししていただきました。とても熱い方でした！




４．JUiCE Hip Hop Dance Festival
夜は全員でヒップホップダンスのショーを見に行きました。様々なグループが出演し、日本人も出演していました。間近でみたので、迫力がありました！




長い１日でした。

疲れたけど充実していました( ´∀｀ )b

We were so busy that we had a very tight schedule.

1.NDHS
Today was the last day for a visit to Notre Dame High School.
We participated in class and enjoyed the activity with the students.
We compared U.S. with Japan and made a presentation of it.

2.UCLA
Some of members went to University of California, Los Angeles. The campus is beautiful and vast. I wanna go to such a beautiful campus!

3.Interview to Mr.M
We gave an interview to Mr.M. He is CEO of the company, which publishes a free newspaper, Weekly LALALA.
Though we had few time to meet him, he talked a great deal about his career and Japanese who is active internationally. He had a passion about his job.

4.JUiCE Hip Hop Dance Festival
We all went to watch the hip hop dance show. Many group performed their dance. Some Japanese also performed.
We felt their great power because we watched from closeup.


It’s been a long day.

　本日8月21日（木）はノートルダムハイスクールにてジャパンプレゼンの最終発表を行いました。午前中２コマは上級生のクラスだったので日本語でプレゼンを行いました。みんなゆっくりと日本語を話すことを心掛けていました。また、チアリーディングのデモンストレーションやキャンパスツアーをしてもらい、彼らの学校生活に触れることができ面白かったです。
　午後は1年生のクラスでした。このクラスが一番、感触が良かったと思います。みんな発言に積極的で、盛んなやり取りが行われました。
　その後のカフェテリアでの交流会では習字、折り紙、かるたなどをしました。とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。ハイスクールの学生が楽しい時間を過ごし、いつか日本に来てくれることを願いました。

Hello. Today, August 21, 2014, we did final Japan presentation at Notre Dame high school. We did presentation in Japanese at two classes in the morning because they have studied Japanese over two years. Therefore, all we tried to speak slowly. We enjoyed the cheerleader’s demonstration and campus tour. It was interesting because I was able to know how their school lives are. We also give presentation at first grade class in the afternoon. Students in this class were so friendly that we also enjoyed our presentation. They all are willing to ask questions. After that, we enjoyed shu-ji, origami, karuta at cafeteria. We really had a good time with high school students. I hope that they also enjoyed our time and they will come to Japan someday. Thank you.

日本についてプレゼンテーションをしましたが、みんな興味をとても示してくれました。


ノートルダムの学生たちはみんな日本語がうまくて驚きました、、、！！




その後夕食にみんなでバーベキューをしました。


とてもおいしかったです。

さてさて本日は個人でのビジネスプラン作成課題の最終発表でした。

これまで試行錯誤しながら自ら考えたアイデアを、ビジネスという形で実現性や収益等の財務分析、
マーケットポテンシャル等をふまえて詰め、メンバー同士でもプレゼンしお互いにフィードバックし合いながら考え抜いたプランを皆発表でぶつけ合いました。

発表を通し、現地の講師の方からフィードバックをもらい、まだまだ収支計算や実現可能性の部分で詰め切れいていない部分がある事を痛感し、次回の最後のチームでのビジネスプランでは今回の発表で得た教訓を基に更に良いプレゼンとプランを提案出来る様頑張りたいと強く思いました。

反省点多々。。。。頑張らねば！！！


Hello everyone！I`m Tomokazu Iwazaki.

well, Today was a final presentation day to express our individual business plan.

So far, to making and thinking individual business plan was a continuous try and era and we think over realty, financial analysis, market potential and so on from a view point of business.

So, we presented our well thought business plan which was presented each member and exchanged our ideas.

Through todays presentation and feedback from local supporter, I felt keenly because my business plan was optimistic in revenue account and possibility of realization points.

Hence, I strongly thought that I want do my best to make much better presentation and plan in our next team presentation.

Many reflection points..........fight！！！
