②苦肉の策で『支援措置なしで脱走』しました

④避難先の支援団体の職員さんから、支援措置の部署に連絡してもらうも対応拒否(そりゃないよ)

⑤転居先の自治体で、ＤＶ相談して支援措置を出してもらいました(弁護士なし)

場合によっては、弁護士さん経由で対応しない自治体もあるかもしれません。

全国一律で、対応できればどれほどいいだろうと思います。

モラハラで逃亡する際に、無視できない罪がいくつかある。

①窃盗罪

相手方の持ち物は、自分と関連する物でも持ち出すと窃盗罪になってしまう。

俺の場合は、『家族共用の印鑑・ＰＣ・ＩＣカード』があった。

同様に家族と共用の際は、個人用に変更するか。

出発前に、持ち出さなくていい状態にしておく必要がある。

それと、『持ち出してないよ』という画像を残すといい。

俺も持ち出したか、忘れる時あるんよ。

細かいことだけど、出発前に見直してみる事をお勧めする。

②誘拐罪（子供がいる人のみ）

これは、結構やっかい。

相手の了承を得ない別居の場合。

警察に事情を話しても、被害届を受理すれば成立する。

俺の時は、置き手紙・印鑑・ＰＣ・ＩＣカードを添えて。念の為、写メを撮った。

それでも、現時点での誘拐の心配は抜けない。

俺は最初、脱走するか判断が出来なくなり。

悩んだ末に、弁護士の無料相談で聞いた。

すると弁護士は『◯◯（警察署の名前）は、やる気ないから心配いらない』と言われた。

この言葉のおかげで、脱走を決めた。

封筒だけ見ると、軍人と民間人の手紙のように見えます。

よくよく読んでいくと、内容の大部分が軍関係のお話です。

しかも、ロシア軍の戦意喪失した理由や、当時の敵国人事が書かれておりまして。

軍を退いた人間に、軍事関係の話を書かれているあたりについて。

旧日本軍が戦意を維持し続けるために、こういった共有を認めていた可能性が見え隠れしています。

この手紙をどう捉えるかは、見た方によって違うと思いますが。

いろいろな方面からご覧頂くと、興味深いお手紙です。

手紙を書いた人物は、くずし字・漢文（一部）・旧漢字・江戸時代の武家言葉を使いこなし。

なかなか達筆な手紙を書かれております。

明治の兵士を浮かべても、言葉から侍の姿が浮かびます。

これは、当時の教育水準の高さを表しているのではないかと思います。

However, upon closer reading, the bulk of the content consists of military-related matters.

Moreover, it details the reasons behind the Russian army’s loss of morale and the personnel arrangements of the enemy at the time.

The fact that military matters are being discussed with someone who has left the service suggests

that the Imperial Japanese Army may have permitted such exchanges in order to maintain morale.

How one interprets this letter will likely vary from person to person.

However, viewed from various angles, it is a fascinating piece of correspondence.

The author skilfully employs cursive script, classical Chinese (in parts), archaic kanji and the language of the samurai class from the Edo period.

The letter is written in remarkably elegant hand.

Even when picturing a Meiji-era soldier, the language conjures the image of a samurai.

I believe this reflects the high standard of education at the time.

(If I were asked to write this myself, I’d have to say, ‘Please spare me the cursive script and Classical Chinese’.)
