Diablo 3 was released for 2 weeks. We have learned too much from it. Now we come together to talking about the online game.

Here are some of the lessons learned from the first 24 hours of the game. I personally beat the Normal difficulty to my Demon Hunter. I got two friends I'm questing with so I have a slight advantage, as multiple people in a group provide benefits to leveling.
1. The game is not easy - After the beta was assumed that the Normal difficulty will be extremely easy and the only gear that players will want is DPS and various Magic Find gears that will allow them to get better gear. As it turns out the game is somewhat challenging and it's important to have defense gear and abilities in place. Some of the best-selling items are not necessarily the top DPS rare weapons, but affordable armor that has survivability stats.
2. Quick Turnaround is key - I can't stress this enough: having one of your items eating up one of your auction slots for 48 hours is crippling. Most items become obsolete fast and storage is expensive, meaning that you won't be selling too many high-ticket items. By the way, create other character and use them to store your items so you don't have to buy expensive stash updates. Selling lots of quick-turnaround items at around 5Kwill net you more than trying to sell your items at a high price. With the current salvaging materials and pricing your expect to get about 100-200 gold per salvage. If can sell the same items for over 1, 000 gold, you have profited.
3. Artisans not a good short-term investment – I mention in a previous post I believe that the Blacksmith and the Jeweler will be great money makers at later levels, but a huge gold and material sink in the early stages of the game. My impression as well as that of other players is that this is indeed true, and not spending your precious gold on the artisans initially may be a great strategy. Jeweler does allow you to upgrade gems, which is helps, but so far it's still not a great source offlow.
4. Vendor goods sell well - Some of the most profitable sales were goods that I got from vendors. Dyes, rings and amulets do well mark up 5 to 10. Every time you log into a game, the vendor items get randomized, so grabbing items with high stats and placing them on the AH could work very well.

Sanctuary is the setting for all of the diablo games. In the original adventure, players took the role of a lone and unnamed warrior who sets out to defeat the lord of Terror, Diablo, but there's plenty of back story involved before the events that players can affect.
Diablo was one of the Prime Evils of the world, alongside Mephisto, Lord of Hatred and Baal, Lord of Destruction. The Lords were captured by the Horadrim, originally created by the Archangel Tyrael in order to prevent these lords of the Burning Hells from taking over the world. Things get even more complex due to the battle between the High Heavens and the Burning Hells that forms the basis of this classic conflict of good versus evil and in turn created the world of Sanctuary.
Long before the adventures of the unnamed hero, Sanctuary was created through the union of an Archangel from the High Heavens, Inarius, and a Prime Evil, Lillith. Falling in love, there was a union of demon and angel for a brief time. Inarius, having the foresight to see it would never last, created Sanctuary as well as a huge crystal known as the World stone, which would protect the world from the threat of the high Heavens and Burning Hells. This proved wise as the union of angels and demons led to incredibly powerful and dangerous creatures known as Nephalem. Much conflict ensued amongst Inarius, Lillith and their minions which eventually led to the prime Evil Lords being thrust into the human world of Sanctuary. Fortunately, the creation of the Horadrim, a brotherhood of Magi, by Archangel Tyrael, trapped the three Lords into soul stones before burying each of them in different locations.
The events of the first diablo game are set into motion due to the disruption of Diablo's burial plot, previously underneath a monastery. Long forgotten, the town of Tristram is established next to it and the monastery destroyed in favor of a cathedral for the highly religious king Leoric.was then able to use his powers to control the archbishop Lazarus in order to make the man destroy the soul stone and unleash Diablo's true power. Possessing Leoric and his son in order to spread chaos and destruction throughout the realm, it's left to the unnamed hero to save
Unfortunately for the hero, things don't quite go according to plan. In his efforts to contain the lord of Terror, and as the conclusion to the first game, he forces the soul stone into his own skull to trap Diablo once and for all. This leads to the shock ending of the hero being possessed by evil, thus forming the basis for the second game.
