リンゴのバタークリームケーキを焼きました♪　リベンジです。
今回はパウンド型を使って焼きました。
またまたリンゴの切り紙を作ってデコレーション

しっとり食感で美味しい　リベンジ成功です♪

It's a sweets which I made on Sunday.
I baked an apple cream cake again with an apple which was still left.
It's a return match!
This time, I baked it in a pound mold.
Decorated with powder sugar using cutout paper apples.
The apples' shape was not outstanding so much.
I could see lots of apples on the cut end.
It was quite beautifully baked!
It was good moist cake.

猫のアートは葉っぱで出来てるみたいです。

さて、この日のモーニングはパン二種セットかサンドイッチのセット
こちらがパン二種

トーストとミニクロワッサン。温泉卵とサラダ付き。
ふんわりトーストにはりんごが入ってて美味しい♪

こちらはサンドイッチのセット

卵サンドとハムサンド。フルーツとサラダ付き。
マスタードがちょっぴり大人味でした。

こちらの食器はいつも素敵です。
この日、気に行ったのはホワイトとブルーのプレート。
ドイツのフッチェンロイター、「エステール」シリーズのもの。
上品なデザインで、エンボスになってます。

分かりにくい場所にありますが、小さいお店なので、お客様でいっぱい
手作りパン＆コクのある美味しい珈琲で、安らげます

Weekend Cafe!
I went to a hideaway cafe "Kiharu".
Today, I discovered a pretty wall hangings which I had not noticed.
The art of the cat seems to be made of some leaves.
By the way, there were two kinds of "morning set" today.
I chose "sandwich set".
The sandwich was a little bit adult taste with mustard.
The selection of tableware of this cafe is always good.
Today, I liked the white & blue plate the best.
It was a German brand, "Hutschenreuther", from a series of "Estelle".
Elegant design with embossed patterns.

The cafe is in the place hard to find, but quite popular.
So it was a little bit crowded.
I spent a cosy and relaxed time there.

大垣にある卵にこだわったレストラン、「Oeuf Oeuf」（うふうふ）さん。
こちらのオムライスが美味しい、と聞いてたので行ってみました♪

セレクトショップと同じ建物で、わりとコンパクトな作りです。
ガラス窓が多くて狭さは感じません。


サラダや一品もの、メインをいただいて。。。
最後に念願のオムライスを。

手前がふつうのオムライス、奥がカレーオムライスです♪
とろとろ卵が上品なお味でした

オムライスだけでなく、メニューはいろいろ豊富♪
居心地もよい素敵なお店です
ごちそうさまでした。。。

I don't know why but I often see the image of the omelette with rice on TV recently.
So, I wanted to eat a delicious fluffy omelette with rice.
We went to the restaurant "Oeuf Oeuf" which specializes in egg cuisine.
I had heard they serve beautiful one, so I chose the restaurant.
The restaurant shares the building with a select shop.
Not so big, but cozy with some big windows.
We ate the omelette with rice after eating some dishes.
The egg was soft and fluffy, and the sauce was mild.
Apart from the omelette with rice, the menu contained a rich variety of dishes.
So I would like to come again!
It is a comfortable and lovely restaurant.

優しい色合いのガラスは、カットが細かいので、キラキラして綺麗☆

センターのガラスは少しだけほかのガラスよりも大きいです。

1900年代初頭のものと思われます。
チェーンや留め具のスタイルも古くて変わっていますよ。

-Vintage necklace-
Today, I introduce a peach color cut glass necklace.
Fine cut glasses of a light shade of pink shine brilliantly.
A glass in the center is slightly bigger than the others.
It could be dated to around the early 1900s.
The style of the chain and clasp are old and unique.

何センチくらいの積雪かしら？？？


軒下のお花は大丈夫でしたが。。。


外の子はほとんど埋もれちゃいました


PM6時から予約してあったネイルサロン。
通常は3時間ほどかけてやってもらうのですが、
デザインをなるべく簡単なものにして、早々に帰宅しました。

冬にぴったり？
温かみのある赤＆ボルドーのシンプルネイルに変身です♪


めったにしない、赤系ネイルですが、
短くカットした爪に合って、キュートに仕上がりました。
気に入ってます

It was the first heavy snow this year last night.
How many centimeters was it snow?
The flowers under the eave were safe though in outside, snowed.
Though the flowers in outside were snowed, some were safe under the eave.
I reserved the nail salon from 6 p.m.
Normally, it takes approximately three hours for care and color,
but I selected easier design to go home as fast as possible.

Simple design with warm red tone color!
It looks good in winter.
I rarely have my nail red colored, but it turned out to be cute!
It suits my short nail.

かなり大きくなっててびっくりしました。

店内も広々とした空間で、ライティングが個性的です。


窯焼のナポリピッツァはかなりもちもちとした食感。
周りの生地がこんがりとしてて香ばしい♪

こちらのピッツァは「モルタデッラ」。
ボローニャハムとモッツアレラチーズでコクと風味豊か、
バジルの爽やかさが効いてました。

こちらで最後に頂いたデザートが予想以上に可愛くて。。。

自家製レアチーズのケーキ。
見た目だけなく、お味も濃厚で個性的なチーズケーキでした。
奥にちらっと写ってるのはティラミス。
トロッとした柔らかめの食感で、たっぷりの量

カジュアルとリッチの中間的お店だと思います。
もっちり食感はかなり気に入りました♪

I went to a Italian restaurant "SPADA" which moved to Godo, Gifu.
I was surprised because it was bigger than I expected.
Inside the restaurant, it was spacious with stylish lightings.
Their speciality, Napoli pizza was chewy and moist.
It was nice brown colored and baked smell.
The pizza was called "mortadella",
It was topped with Bologna ham and Mozzarella, full of body and flavors.
And the eloquence of the basil worked.

I was quite impressed by the unexpectedly cute dessert.
Not just pleasant to the eye, the handmade rare cheese cake tasted rich and unique.
The tiramisu was quite big and also tasted good.

Overall, the restaurant was so-so.
It's good for both casual dinner and a small party.

The trio was made by "Midwinter", one of the famous British ceramics maker which is representing the 1950s.
One of a popular series of square shaped cup & saucer.
Stars of black, grey, pink, and turquoise are sparkling!
The silver hem is relatively rare.

色合いや鳥とかいるとこが気に入ってます


コーヒーとモーニングセット

手作りプリンがなめらかで優しい味♪

ところで、店名の「MANASAROVAR（マナサロワール）」
聞いたことのない言葉なので気になって調べてみました。
すると、どうやらチベット仏教とヒンドゥー教の聖地で「マナサロワール湖」という湖があるらしいです。
こちらが由来なのでしょうかね？？
神秘的です。（写真は拝借したもの）

このマナサロワール湖で沐浴すれば大梵天界に至り、
その水を一口飲すれば百の生における罪業をチャラにしてくれる、そうですよ。

罪深き人も、この湖に行けば浄化されるってことですかー？
それって｡｡｡

Weekend Cafe at MANASAROVAR!
After going shopping, we went to a cafe to have morning sets.
We can order it until 1:00 p.m., it's also good for a small lunch.
I ordered a coffee set and was good as usual.
The taste of handmade pudding was smooth and gentle.
By the way, I was concerned about the cafe's name of "MANASAROVAR"
so I quick checked with Web.
I found that there was a lake MANASAROVAR which was the sacred place for Hindu.
It is said that someone who bath by this lake can enter the field of God and
someone who drink its water can be be cleansed of their guilt.
It sounded a little bit strange for me.
Sinful human being is never be forgiven...
Anyway does the cafe's name of "MANASAROVAR" come from the lake's name?
I would like to ask next time I go there.

大人な雰囲気の中いただける、美味しい珈琲と手作りケーキ♪


毎回悩む、ケーキセレクトですが、この日わたしは「モカケーキ」を。
お連れ様はこちらのお店定番の「マロンのタルト」。

モカケーキは初めて頂いたかもしれません。
ふんわりしたスポンジに、ビターなコーヒークリームがたっぷり♪
とっても大好きな味でした。ぜひまた食べたいケーキです。

雪のちらつく日の夕方だったこともあり、とっても静かにカフェタイムを満喫しました

I went to "DUOMO café" on last midweek evening.
It was the café where we could have good coffee and hand made cakes.
Nice quiet place for grown-ups!
Every time I go there, I can not decide easily which cake I should choose.
I finally chose a moca cake for the first time ( I think )
and my boss chose a standard cake of "maron tart".
I really liked its fluffy sponge and bitter coffee cream.
It was a snowy evening, so the cafe was not crowded.
