先の報告にもかかわらず、警察がユチョンの性的暴行容疑が晴れたことを否定しています。

７月７日、江南地区警察署の担当者は、”それは真実ではない。ユチョンに対する捜査は依然として継続中だ。彼の容疑が晴れるかどうかは決まっていない。”　と述べました。

これに先立ち、SBSは、ユチョンが彼に対して性的暴行で告訴がなされていた１番目と２番目の告訴が解かれユチョンの容疑が晴れていると報道しました。　

更に報道されたのは、最初の告訴人、彼女のボーイフレンド、そして、彼女のいとこが、恐喝のため、逮捕状に直面したことを報道しました。

A rep from the Gangnam District Police Station stated on July 7, "It's not true. The investigation against Yoochun is still ongoing. It has not been decided whether he will be cleared of charges."

Earlier today, SBS reported Yoochun had been cleared of charges in the first and second sexual assault cases filed against him. It was further reported that the first accuser, her boyfriend, and her cousin were facing arrest warrants for blackmail. However, none of these updates can be confirmed after official word from the police.

Yoochun's agency C-JeS Entertainment also commented, "We will give our official statement when the police investigation has finished."

According to CBS No Cut News on July 1, management agency C-JeS Entertainment is undergoing a tax investigation by the Office of National Tax Administration for off-shore tax evasion.

The Seoul regional office of the National Tax Administration is reportedly handling the case and will be looking over tax and accounting documents to acquire evidence of unpaid taxes.

The report also states that the National Tax Administration is specifically focusing their investigation on profits from JYJ’s overseas concerts.

C-JeS Entertainment has also been embroiled in controversy related to JYJ member Park Yoochun who has been accused of sexual assault.

前回、6月13日、"A" は告訴について話し、6月3日夜、6月4日早朝にかけ性的暴行に遭ったと主張しました。
しかし、それが明るみになると、6月14日(正確には15日)告訴を取り下げました。

チャンネルAの報道によると、"A"は告訴を取り下げたあと始まった捜査の過程を通し、"A"いわく彼女は言いました。性的暴行に入る性的行為を強要されました。

"A"は言いました。風俗の女主人がドアをブロックしたので、外に出られませんでした。
パク ユチョンは無理矢理、私をトイレに連れて行き、私は性的暴行されました。

"A"は詳しく説明をしました。女主人は朝5時頃まで彼女を部屋から出られないようにしました。

その時、他の女性従業員はみんな既に仕事から帰っていました。

どうやら、女主人 とパク ユチョンの知人たちは、事件の時間に彼と一緒だったと疑問をずっと持っています。

けれども、捜査を通す間に、"A"は申し立てを変えられるかもしれません。

First Alleged Sexual Assault Victim Reportedly Presses Charges Against Park Yoochun Again

Channel A has reported that the first individual who submitted charges of sexual assault against Park Yoochun, hereafter referred to as “A,” has once again pressed charges after dropping them earlier.

Previously, “A” pressed charges on June 13 regarding alleged sexual assault that occurred on the night on June 3/early hours of June 4. However, it was revealed that the charges were dropped on June 14.

According to Channel A’s report, during the investigation process (which started after “A” dropped the charges), “A” said she was forced into the sexual act which classifies it as sexual assault.

“A” said, “The adult entertainment bar madam blocked the door so I couldn’t get out. Park Yoochun dragged me to the bathroom and I was sexually assaulted.” “A” further explained that the madam prevented her from leaving the room around 5 a.m. when all the other female employees had already left work. 

Apparently, the madam and Park Yoochun’s acquaintances who were with him at the time of the incident have been questioned.

A source from Gangnam Police Station commented on the report and said, “In the case that a lawsuit is dropped, it is not possible to sue with the same reason. However, it is possible that during investigations “A” can change her statement.”

Park Yoochun was questioned by the special taskforce on June 30. Further questioning is being scheduled for him.

South Korea's disgraced K-pop star, Yoochun, was released Friday after a gruelling eight-hour interrogation at a police station over alleged bathroom raping. Police pledged a new round of questioning later.

The singer-actor wearing a black shirt and black trousers was released at 2:30 am and walked away without responding to a FLURRY of questions from journalists who had waited overnight at the police station in Seoul's Gangnam district.

"First of all, I'm very sorry for causing concerns to many people," he told Thursday evening as he arrived at the police station.

The scandal has sparked rampant speculation since it surfaced on June 14, becoming the hottest talk of the town. So far four women have sued Yoochun who started his mandatory military service last August as a public service worker in Seoul's affluent Gangnam district.

Yoochun's management agency, C-JeS Entertainment, has insisted all the suits were based on groundless allegations but said Yoochun would leave the entertainment community if he is found to be guilty in any case.

The singer-actor has filed a libel suit against the first woman who sued Yoochun of raping her in the bathroom of a private membership bar in Seoul's Gangnam district. She dropped her suit later, but three other women filed separate rape suits against him.

According to recent reports, Park Yoochun has retained two lawyers for his defense.

Yonhap News reported on June 30 that two lawyers have taken his case: Im Sang Hyuk (from the law firm Shin & Kim) and Lee Kwon Woo (from Min & C).

Im Sang Hyuk is a legal consultant for JYJ. When JYJ was separating from TVXQ, Im Sang Hyuk was the one who handled the lawsuit against SM Entertainment. He also has experience with film and drama copyright, working with the plagiarism case for the 2015 film “Assassination” as well as assisting with copyright matters for China’s remake of “My Love From the Stars.”

The second lawyer, Lee Kwon Woo, is a former police officer. As someone with experience with police matters, he is expected to provide counsel regarding the police investigation process.
