. Was it still safe? . I realized one of the eggs has a hole on the shell while I was cooking. Amazingly the membrane of the egg wasn't broken. . I know this picture does not look appetizing.😅 . I've seen pork intestines at Chinese super markets in Edmonton, but I've never seen cow intestines.🐄🐂🐃 . Until this week. . I found frozen cow intestines at A-mart and bought them without hesitating.😃💖 . It seems that the intestines were processed properly. They didn't smell after they were defrosted.👏👏👏 I cleaned them carefully and fried a few pieces for tasting. I bought 1kg of "Tosa Binchotan" (charcoals, Tosa, Japan) at the Knifewear. The purpose of using the Binchotan is; . • to purify water • to cook rice more delicious • and to grill meats over the charcoals They also can be used for purifying the air but I need them a lot more to do so. .
