strength

Special Interview MADONNA from AERA English.

Q: I have a question abouto your phisical and mental strength . You are turning 50 this year. What the secret behind being at the top of your game both phigically and mentally?

A: I think a big part of it is the recognation that I'm not the owner of may tallent, I'm just the manager of it and that I know that I have been blessed with many gifts. And Ithink as soon as you think that you own what you have, it will go away. So I think that's part of it. The other part of it is that , I have a great sence of curiosity about the waorld. And I am always trying to learn new things and put myself in the position where I am working with people who know more than I do.

Q:...Do you think　women as strong as they should be today? Or do you think we have a long way to go ?

A: I don't think that soregth is gendar specific . I know a lot of strong men and I know a lot of weak men. I know a lot of strong women and I know a lot of weak momen. I think most people underestimate thier own strength , and don't tap into the reserves of strength that they actually embody. I think that it is a gift to have strength and be able to tap into it. To be able to know that it's there and to also not use it. To not abuse it , so to speak. To use it in the right place. Sometimes also, what we define as sorength is not strength . Sometaimes to be storength is to do nothing, and vice versa. Sometimes , to do too much , or to use your storength is a weakness. So there is a contradiction there. But I do admire people who have emotiomal and mental strength and use it wisely.

↑

It moved on me.
