alt="ビックリマーク"><br><br>①『腸内フローラの乱れ』<br>・原因は、食生活の乱れやストレスが多いと、腸内の善玉菌と悪玉菌のバランスが崩れてしまい腸の働きに影響して、お腹の張りや消化不良を引き起こしてしまいます<img src="https://stat100.ameba.jp/blog/ucs/img/char/char2/039.gif" alt="ビックリマーク"><br><br><br><br>②『リーキーガット症候群』<br>腸管壁浸漏（ちょうかんへきしんろう）症候群とも呼ばれ、何かしらの原因で上皮細胞の隙間を封印しているタイトジャンクションが緩んでしまうと、腸壁バリアが破たんして隙間ができてしまいます。その隙間から、本来透過することがない老廃物や微生物成分などが体内に入ってしまう状態が、リーキーガット（症候群）です。<br>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><div><a alt="あせる"><br>(肌荒れや食物アレルギー、腸内環境の乱れ、感染症、化学物質などの環境毒素、薬品、精神的なストレスなど)<br><br>原因は、グルテンや加工食品、アルコール、カフェイン、唐辛子成分、カニやエビの殻に含まれるキトサン、繊維質の少ない食事もタイトジャンクションを緩めてしまう作用があると報告されています<img src="https://stat100.ameba.jp/blog/ucs/img/char/char3/020.png" alt="ガーン" width="24" height="24"><br><br><br><br>③『過敏性腸症候群（IBS）』<br>便通異常や腹部症状を慢性的に繰り返す疾患です。<br>主な症状は腹痛・腹部不快感、下痢・便秘などの便通の異常で、下痢型・便秘型の２のタイプに分けられます<img src="https://stat100.ameba.jp/blog/ucs/img/char/char4/634.png" alt="びっくりマーク" width="24" height="24"><br>また、これらの症状のうち一つではなく複数の症状が連鎖するように出たり、または下痢症状と便秘症状を繰り返すこともあります。<br><br>原因は、ストレス、不安、抑うつ、恐怖などの心理的要因や自律神経の失調などによって、腸の動きが乱れることが多いようです<img src="https://stat100.ameba.jp/blog/ucs/img/char/char2/029.gif" alt="あせる"><br><br><br><br>④『小腸内細菌異常増殖症（SIBO）』<br>SIBO（小腸内細菌増殖症）とは、本来大腸にいる腸内細菌群が小腸にまで大量に押し寄せてしまい小腸内で異常繁殖し、腹部膨満、下痢、腹痛、ガス腹、ゲップなどがあらわれる症状のことを言います<img src="https://stat100.ameba.jp/blog/ucs/img/char/char2/178.gif" alt="DASH!"><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;SIBOでは、悪玉菌にかかわらず善玉菌も過剰になっています。<br>たとえ善玉菌でも小腸内で異常に繁殖すると、不快を感じ続けてしまいます<img src="https://stat100.ameba.jp/blog/ucs/img/char/char3/070.png" alt="えー？" width="24" height="24"><br><br>SIBOの場合、プロバイオティクスやプレバイオティクスは慎重に摂取する事が必要になります<img alt="あせる"><br>(小腸内の細菌が増殖し、症状の悪化を起こすことがあるからです)<br><br>栄素の吸収場所で異常発酵が起きてしまうと当然吸収が上手くいかず、糖質、タンパク質（アミノ酸）、脂質の吸収が邪魔されるだけでなく、ビタミンやミネラルの吸収さえも阻害されてしまいます<br>気付いたら</p><p>「きちんと食べているのに栄養不足になっている<img
