I knew the ratings on Rotten Tomatoes were low, but it stars Rachel McAdams, Will Ferrell, Dan Stevens and Pierce Brosnan, how bad can it be? So I saw it just for the cast and it's even worse than I was prepared for. What they writers had in mind could have been a satire of Eurovision, but it comes across as a parody of a parody, where the result is borderline caricature-esque. It's on Netflix, so no extra money wasted, but only give it a go if you don't fancy anything else.

Firstly, anyone rating this film less than a 7 just doesn't get what Eurovision is all about.

The movie is a silly, campy, goofy, feel good experience, exactly like the song contest.

It's not perfect, but it's great fun. The story is fairly obvious, but Will Ferrell has fun playing his usual goofy character, and Rachel McAdams and Dan Stevens provide great support.

The only award this movie might get a nomination for is the original songs, which hit all of the right Eurovision notes. The song writers have done a great job in capturing the essence of Eurovision.

Overall, don't take it seriously, and its very enjoyable.

Loved the ending too, very emotional.

This movie took me to a journey I hv never thought off and I won't forget this in near future.

A master piece from the director and a exceptional performance by the actor Matthew McConaughey & Anne hv watched on a bigger screen nonetheless a delight to watch.

This was an epic event to watch. The theater was full and not a word said, not a cell phone lit up, silence!

Start to finish an amazing Tour De Force in true Space Opera fashion.

The music was good. But here is why it got a 9 instead of a 10.

The conversations were drowned out by the music at key moments. Something was seriously wrong about that.

I will need to see the film once more to try and catch what was covered over by the music.

I do celebrate great SciFi and this is a celebration of the highest order.
