Fuel line does break down eventually. If the fuel line gets old it can crack under the cotton covering (very hard to see) and so the fuel pump sucks air instead of fuel.</p><p>The special cotton covered VW fuel line (5.5mm) is the best one to use, but I have found some very poor quality fuel line for sale recently, and a VW shop here said it's hard to get good fuel line now.</p><p>He said that the early BMWs also used 5.5mm <a href="http://www.antaibrake.com/"><strong>Best Semi-metallic Brake Pad</strong></a> fuel line and he gets his supplies from a BMW warehouse and sells it to VW customers.</p>

Again, durability is yet to be seen, but so far I am very pleased.</p><p>I just bought this log splitter and was pleased that it started right up for me and ran good for me with no issues. The only issue that i had was the Auto release in return mode will not always release when it comes to a stop. </p><p>Not a big issue for me. I will ckeck into the issue for a fix. This thing will bust through anything.
