BABY CLASS JUNE 2015- ACTIONS

It is getting warm outside!! That means we can go out and play!

Outside we can practice all these fun actions!!

We also have 3 new fun songs this month including our own actions version of HA HA THIS-A-WAY.

Also 2 songs from a source called DREAM ENGLISH which has many great songs for teaching English.
The songs we are going to sing are I CAN WALK and WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Have fun running and walking and jumping and flying!!!!

BABY CLASS MAY 2015- FOOD

This month we are learning all about FOOD.

We are also learning the words YUMMY and YUCKY. Many food words are the same in English and Japanese so we are focusing a lot on our pronunciation. Some of our new words are

PIZZA
SWEETCORN
STEAK
HAMBURGER
PANCAKES
DONUTS
SUSHI ROLL
FRIED EGG
CHOCOLATE CAKE
FISH

We have 3 super fun songs this month too.

DO YOU LIKE BROCOLLI?
In this song we get to practice asking Do you like......? And answering YES, I DO/ NO, I DON'T.

10 FAT SAUSAGES
Can you count to 10. This song includes counting and cooking sausages that POP and BANG in the pan.

HOT POTATO
This is one of my favorite songs from an Australian band called The Wiggles. We love to dance to this song!!

Why don't you try practicing these words and expressions at the dinner table with your family? You can ask your Daddy what food he likes!!!

In April we are learning all about VEHICLES

We also had fun learning about the different colors on TRAFFIC LIGHTS and what they mean

These were 2 of our fun songs this month. We turned mummy into a bus and she got lots of exercise bouncing us up and down!!

MUMMY & ME- JUNE

It is June now and rainy season will start tomorrow!! We love the rain because it means we can jump in the puddles!!

This month our theme is BATH TIME!!

We will learn many useful bath time words like

BATH
BUBBLES
TOWEL
TOOTHBRUSH
BRUSH
FACE TOWEL
WATER
CLOTHES

We will sing a fun song all about splishing and splashing in the bath. It is called Splish, Splash

We will also be learning a lot of actions that go with our new words, like, brush your teeth, comb your hair, get dressed, wash your face etc. This song, called This Is The Way, will help us remember all the actions.

And of course we will need to remember to wash all our body parts from our heads to our toes so we will sing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes.

Bath time is so much fun and now you can practice your English while you splash!!

This month is all about FRUIT

BANANA

Because fruits come in so many beautiful colors, we sang The Rainbow Song again

We also sang a fun song about how much we love fruit, called The Fruit Song

The final song for May was one of Haruki and Misaki's all time favorite songs by the Wiggles called Fruit Salad

Give it a try!! You will be singing it all day!!!

MUMMY AND ME- APRIL THEME

Hello!!

It is spring in Tokyo and the Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom.
Our classes are blooming too with many new students!

This month all our classes are sharing the same theme.

MARCH "MUMMY & ME" THEME

The theme for this month is FARM ANIMALS.

All our babies are having so much fun learning the animal sounds in English and our class is noisy with animal sounds.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Of course December is all about Christmas!!

We are learning many Christmas words like
