Delicious vegan organic restaurant
No meat, no milk, no butter, no cheese, no egg

On the first plate :
Verbena Flan (with mango and rasperry coulis, cornflower, lemon zest, non-dairy milk)

On the second plate :
Mushroom tart, salad, chickpea patties, fennel with lemon sauce, some spicies, lotus in basalmic vinegrar.

On the third plate : (with kumbucha drink)
Tofu skewers (tomato, oinion, pepper, thyme), quinoa (minth, raisins, pea, oinions, pepper), fresh soup of rice and cucumbers, cucumbers)
