LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Kevin Hart and Josh Gad are set to star in an untitled comedy that Jeremy Garelick will direct for Screen Gems and Miramax.

Hart will play Jimmy, who provides best man services for socially-challenged grooms who, for whatever reason, have no close friends willing to stand by them on the day of their wedding.

Gad will play Doug, a groom-to-be who fabricates not just his best man, but his nine groomsmen as well. Together they must carry out a charade that is designed to make Doug look his best but threatens to destroy everything if it fails.

Project, which is currently untitled, was formerly known as "Best Man Inc." when it was developed at Miramax. Garelick wrote the script with Jay Lavender. They previously collaborated on the Vince Vaughn-Jennifer Aniston comedy "The Break-Up."

Will Packer is producing with Miramax's Adam Fields. Screen Gems president Clint Culpepper will oversee the project on behalf of the studio.

Hart will soon be seen in Screen Gems' upcoming movies "About Last Night" and "Think Like a Man Too." His concert film, "Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain," will be released in July.

Gad, who can currently be seen in "The Internship," next stars in Open Road's "Jobs" and Stuart Blumberg's directorial debut "Thanks for Sharing."

Garelick, who had a hand in writing "The Hangover," is also attached to direct the comedy "Sick Day," which remains in development.

Hart is represented by UTA and 3 Arts, while Gad is repped by ICM Partners, Brillstein Entertainment Partners and attorney P.J, Shapiro. Garelick is represented by UTA. Lavender is represented by Verve Talent and Literary Agency.

RIO DE JANEIRO, June 13 (Reuters) - Almost 250,000 Confederations Cup tickets bought on the internet by Brazilian fans have not been collected with only two days until the tournament starts, FIFA's general secretary said on Thursday.

Jerome Valcke told a news conference the development raised concerns ahead of next year's World Cup because Brazilian supporters, who have complained about the system, are used to turning up on match day to buy tickets before watching a game.

The problem has been made worse by the reduced number of places to pick up tickets with only one in each Confederations Cup host city except Rio de Janeiro which has three.

Huge queues formed over the last few days in a hotel in Rio and some fans complained of having to wait for over two hours to get the tickets, even with prior appointment.

According to FIFA, world soccer's governing body, 234,000 tickets had not been collected by Wednesday.

"Its good to have the Confederations Cup so the Brazilians can understand that they cant get the tickets on match day, and in the World Cup it will be even more important," Valcke told a news conference on Thursday.

"We need people to get used to buying tickets and to get them in advance," he said.

"Most people in Brazil are used to going to the stadium at the last minute and buying their tickets. That cannot happen in the Confederations Cup and, most importantly, in the World Cup, mainly for security reasons."

A record for the Confederations Cup of more than 800,000 tickets have already been sold out of the 940,000 available.

"We sold three times more tickets in Brazil than in South Africa (in 2009). It's a success," said Valcke.

The tournament starts on Saturday with the opening match between Brazil and Japan in Brasilia. Matches will also be staged in Belo Horizonte, Fortaleza, Recife, Salvador and Rio. (Editing by Mike Collett and Ken Ferris)

The green light given by the Legion d'Honneur's council means France's minister of culture may soon decorate Dylan - a symbol of 1960s counterculture - with the five-pointed star of the top "Chevalier" order.

He would join the ranks of singers such as Britain's Paul McCartney and France's Charles Aznavour to be so honoured.

The 17-member council determines whether nominations put forward by government ministers conform to the institution's principles. Its grand chancellor, Jean-Louis Georgelin, confirmed it had approved Dylan's nomination.

In a letter to the daily Le Monde published on Sunday, Georgelin called the singer-songwriter an "exceptional artist" known in the United States and internationally as a "tremendous singer and great poet".

Satirical weekly Le Canard Enchaine reported in May that Georgelin had rejected Dylan's nomination on the basis of his opposition to the war in Vietnam, where France was a former colonial power, and his presumed pot smoking.

Georgelin acknowledged to Le Monde that he had originally thrown out the nomination and cited what he called a "controversy" but did not elaborate further.

The culture ministry did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Dylan's ballads like "Blowing in the Wind" became anthems of the civil rights and anti-war movement in the United States, while the musical innovation and cynical lyrics of "Like a Rolling Stone" established him as a counter-culture icon.

Culture Minister Aurelie Filipetti had nominated Dylan - who in 1990 was given a lower rank of the award - for the highest "Chevalier" distinction.

The singer was awarded the top civilian honour in the United States, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, in May 2012.

MIAMI (Reuters) - The Miami Heat head into Sunday's Game Two of the NBA Finals knowing another loss could leave them with a real uphill battle in the best-of-seven series and for Dwyane Wade the clash is already in the "must-win" category.

"It's very urgent. Obviously you don't want to go down 02 going to San Antonio for three straight games," said the Miami guard after practice on Saturday. "Odds are not that good. They are not in our favor.

"We're not a team that really says too much, but this is a mustwin game. For us we have to win this game at home. We have to come out and play a lot better and we have to also expect San Antonio to play a lot better, shoot a lot better, a little bit better from what they did from Game One," he added.

The Spurs won that game 92-88 with a strong fourth quarter performance after the Heat led for most of the game and Wade expects another tight encounter.

"After the first game when you come and you feel each other out, now you start to get a little understanding of what guys want to do and are going to do. So it will be a more competitive game, it will be a tougher game than even the first one," he said.

Miami came back from losing Game One in last year's finals to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 4-1 and they did the same in round two of this year's playoffs against Chicago and coach Erik Spoelstra believes his team has the experience to handle an early setback.

"There's a maturity with this group. It's not a guarantee, we don't take that for granted but our guys get angry," he said.

"They own it. We all own it together and then we just work together to try to get better. So we know that we're playing against a very good basketball team. We have to bounce back and play a better game," he said, adding that there is little room for error against a team of San Antonio's quality and pedigree.

"We played three quarters very competitively and then faded in the fourth and that's probably the deal with this series.

"We have great respect for them. We're in a hole right now that we need to get out of," Spoelstra said.

League most valuable player LeBron James was held to 18 points in Game One, although he did put up a triple double, but he has faced calls to be more aggressive - words he isn't paying much attention to.

"I don't really read too much of what people say," James said. "I do what's best for the team. What's best for the team, it doesn't always result in a win.

"I wish we could go 160 in the playoffs. That would be awesome. There's challenges that come from the game. You learn from game to game in ways that you can get better. I want to win just as bad as anyone.

"I'm going to put myself and my team in a position to win. I have to try to make the plays. I can't worry about if people are saying, you should have done more, you should have been more aggressive, because you got a loss. Winning and losing is part of the game," he said.

MIAMI (Reuters) - For San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich the rush to judgment and hasty generalizations after the opening game of the best-of-seven NBA Finals are clearly an annoyance.

Popovich, who has won four NBA championships in his 17 years as coach of the Spurs, is too polite to mock the questions from members of the media seeking an instant storyline.

But it is clear from the 64-year-old's answers and facial expressions that the two-time NBA Coach of the Year finds little to generalize about from Thursday's Game One victory over the defending champion Miami Heat.

"I don't think we're as good as you say. We looked at the film today, and I thought we had just as many dry possessions as we had good ones," he told reporters after practice on Friday.

"Often times a team that wins a game gets too much credit for being really wellexecuting and for having the energy and all that sort of thing.

"If it's the losing team, you catch hell because you didn't execute this or that, or you ran out of gas or something. And I think both notions are probably misplaced."

A wonderful individual effort from Tony Parker in the final seconds sealed Thursday's 92-88 win for the Spurs and Popovich says that play and the four-point margin of victory should caution against reading too much into the Spurs' road win.

"Down the stretch, we were fortunate. Tony hit a heck of a shot. So it's not like anybody kicked anybody's butt. said Popovich. "It was anybody's ballgame and we happened to be fortunate to get it."

Another storyline from Thursday's opener was Miami's Chris Bosh going 0-for-4 from beyond the arc and managing just 13 points on 6-of-16 shooting.

Asked how his team had contained the eight-time All-Star so well, Popovich burst another bubble.

"One has to be careful to not use too big a brush to paint somebody's situation. We didn't shoot well, and they didn't shoot well," he said. "Part of that is because at times good contesting and good defense, and other times people just miss good shots. They missed some wideopen shots. We missed some wideopen shots.

"So it's always a little bit of both. I don't think we contained Chris Bosh. He had some open shots he didn't make.

"So the labels don't really work for me. It's a matter of both. Sometimes shots are just missed and sometimes they are contested and the defense gets credit."

Nelly will perform the crossover hit "Cruise" with country duo Florida Georgia Line during the CMT Music Awards. The imaginary, but once impenetrable, lines between American music genres are blurring more each day, and Nelly's happy to serve as an eraser.

"Obviously our views today aren't the same as our grandparents', so when you look at the way the youth migrates and the way everything intertwines, the Internet has brought so many people together around the world in the same place at the same time," said Nelly, who's also scored a hit with Tim McGraw.

"Music was only in line to be integrated like that. It's a beautiful thing because you want your kids to be multifaceted. You want your kids to experience a lot more than you did as a child," he said. "So I welcome it. My kids are Taylor Swift fans. They love Florida Georgia Line. But they also love Lil Wayne."

More than any of the legion of country music honors shows, the CMT Awards have helped push boundaries. Nelly's not the first rapper to appear, and rockers like Lenny Kravitz, who will perform with co-host Jason Aldean, are common as well.

The fan-voted awards show will air live at 8 p.m. EDT from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Aldean hosts with actress Kristen Bell.

Miranda Lambert, Eric Church and Luke Bryan lead with four nominations apiece. They're among 10 nominees for top honor video of the year. Six finalists will be announced for the award at the top of the show and fans will vote for a winner at the network's website during the broadcast. Voting in other categories has closed.

Aldean and Kenny Chesney are among the acts with three nominations.

The awards usually are overshadowed by performances, off-brand celebrity appearances and the occasional weird mashup.

Take Wednesday night's announced kickoff segment. It will feature country heavyweights Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and Luke Bryan and ... Dr. Drew Pinsky, Kelsey Grammer, Lorraine Bracco and Vince Vaughn.

The network doesn't describe what this unlikely group of eight will be doing together.

Underwood will pay tribute to the victims of the Oklahoma tornadoes during the show. And Swift, Bryan, Keith Urban and Hunter Hayes and Lady Antebellum with Darius Rucker also will perform. Presenters include Sheryl Crow, Ed Sheeran, "Dancing With the Stars" winner Kellie Pickler, brothers Kevin and Michael Bacon, and Lisa Marie Presley.

A sharp new photo released by the (ESO) today (June 3) depicts the suspected gas giant (called HD 95086 b) circling its young star (named HD 95086) in infrared light. The star has been removed from the image to allow the planet shown as a bright blue dot at the bottom left of the picture to shine through.

HD 95086 b was sighted by ESO's Very Large Telescope in Chile. Based on the planet's brightness, scientists estimate that it is only about four or five times more massive than Jupiter. []

Most exoplanets are discovered via indirect means, such as detecting a dip in a star's light when a planet passes in front of it, blocking part of its face, or finding a slight wobble in a star's movement caused by the gravitational tug of planets orbiting it.

"Direct imaging of planets is an extremely challenging technique that requires the most advanced instruments, whether ground-based or in space," Julien Rameau, an astronomer at theInstitute of Astrophysics and Planetology in France and lead author of the study announcing the discovery,said in a statement. "Only a few planets have been directly observed so far, making every single discovery an important milestone on the road to understanding giant planets and how they form."

Another photo from ESO shows the star and its planet in context with other stars in the southern constellation of Carina, the keel.

The planet orbits its star at about twice the distance from the sun toand about 56 times the distance between Earth and the sun. The blue circle in the photo represents the distance between the sun and Neptune.

HD 95086 is relatively young star at only 10 million to 17 million years old, making the formation of theand the dusty disc surrounding the star potentially intriguing to researchers.

"[The planet's] current location raises questions about its formation process," Anne-Marie Lagrange, one of Rameau's team members, said in a statement. "It either grew by assembling the rocks that form the solid core and then slowly accumulated gas from the environment to form the heavy atmosphere, or started forming from a gaseous clump that arose from gravitational instabilities in the disc. Interactions between the planet and the disc itself or with other planets may have also moved the planet from where it was born."

The research will be published in an upcoming issue of Astrophysical Journal Letters.

The Food and Drug Administration said it approved the drugs, Tafinlar and Mekinist, to be used as single agents and not in combination after the medicines delayed tumor growth in separate clinical trials.

After decades with virtually no progress in the fight against advanced melanoma and little to offer patients facing a virtual death sentence, Tafinlar and Mekinist mark the third and fourth new drugs approved by the FDA for metastatic melanoma in the past two years.

Tafinlar, known chemically as dabrafenib, belongs to a class of cancer drugs called as BRAF inhibitors. Mekinist, known chemically as trametinib, inhibits a protein associated with cancerous tumors known as MEK.

Tafinlar was approved to treat patients with melanoma whose tumors express the BRAF V600E gene mutation. Mekinist was approved to treat patients whose tumors express either the BRAF V600E or V600K gene mutations. About half of skin melanomas have a BRAF mutation.

The FDA also approved the THxID BRAF test, made by France's bioMrieux , which will be used to determine if a patient's melanoma cells have the V600E or V600K mutation in the BRAF gene.

Analysts at Cowen and Co forecast sales reaching about $350 million for each drug in 2016.

An estimated 76,690 Americans will be diagnosed with melanoma and 9,480 will die from the disease in 2013, according to the National Cancer Institute.

FIFA approved sterner punishments at its annual congress Friday following recent problems in Italy and England. The new regulations say serious or repeat offenses by a club or its fans could also lead to a team being banned from a tournament, such as the Champions League.

The measures, which were passed by a 99 percent majority in a secret ballot of FIFA member countries, also dictate that players or officials found guilty of racist abuse in any game should be banned for at least five matches. The banned player or official will also be prevented from attending any soccer stadium during that sanction.

"We are doing something now," FIFA President Sepp Blatter said following the vote.

AC Milan player Kevin-Prince Boateng walked off the field during an exhibition game against a lower-tier team after abuse from fans, while an Italian league match between Milan and Roma was stopped because of racist chanting toward Milan's black players from Roma fans.

That led FIFA to set up an anti-racism task force under Jeffrey Webb, a FIFA vice president and the president of CONCACAF, with a mandate to look at stricter sanctions.

After the resolution was passed by FIFA's congress, it is now up to its 209 member countries to individually apply and enforce it.

UEFA has endorsed a tougher 10-match ban for racist abuse in matches in European competitions.

Seventy-eight players have now qualified for the 156-man field for the June 13-16 event at Merion Golf Club outside Philadelphia ahead of final sectional qualifying on June 3.

Day, the 2011 U.S. Open runner-up to Rory McIlroy, and Weekley were among 25 players to join the field by being within the top 60 in world golf rankings.

Weekley vaulted 56 positions in the world rankings to No. 55 by winning the PGA Tour's Colonial Invitational on Sunday, while Day was safely in with his ranking at 25.

Manassero became exempt for the U.S. Open with his victory in Sunday's four-hole playoff at the European Tour PGA Championship.
