wewyesterday was so crazy day. hm why if you ask me? lol well its because yesterdayi had an appoint ment with my friend to go to a place named kendalisodo.  The distance that place from my home is 12-16miles (20-25km`s) in my planning i can make to that place in 1-1.5 hours.

Okmy crazy day start from the departure, in the appointment we need to gather first in a place called gsg at 12.30pmb4 we go to kendalisodo.  That day idkwhy but my mood was bad, with my bad mood i feel so lazy to go to anywhereinclude to go to kendalisodo. From the morning i think about it over and overto go or not . when my watch shows it alrdy 11.30 am i decided not to go xDespecially after my parent there is a traffic jam in the way. Because of this igo play again with my compie.well but damn with my conscience in the last minute(around 12.15pm) i decided iwill go although it will kill me xD. i m preparing  everything quickly. Lucky me last week i wentto my grandma place and the stuff i need(my bathing stuffs towel soap etc)still packed because of that lol. so i only need to prepare the clothes ineed and around 12.30pm i went to gsg.Around 1 pm i arrived there.

When i arrived i felt so embarrased because i already latefrom the appointment time. but that was just my feel because some of us notstill not there too xD. We need to wait until 1.30 pm until everyone comeomg. at least i feel relieved i was notthe last xD.

So we departured from gsg around 2 pm that time, in my plan wewill arrive near before 4 pm so i can relaxation first when we there. But youknow what? that plan was just will be a plan forever and ever xD. 1 most criticalelement i forgot was "the traffic jam". The traffic jam was from gsguntil kendalisodo dX. there was a traffic jam because the long weekend we will have(becausethis monday is holiday lol)

The street was so so so so crowded. i almost crazy therebecause the sun heat and the corwd that made me stressed xD. If i i dont haveany passenger that  100% i ll go back xD.The trip i planned for 1-1.5 hours must be extended to be more than 3 hours xD.Lucky me i didnt use my car if i use that maybe it ll be 5 hours trolololol.

well i still be gratefull cuz at least i arrive safely lol andthe activity we held there was so fun xD and it could ease the pain xD so i m still half crazy that for that xD

wew today once againi m proving my self is a klutz a real klutz oh god. 。・ﾟﾟ･(≧д≦)･ﾟﾟ･｡

this morning i had atest in a course, advanced financial accounting. Sound a difficult course eh?no believe me that course is my easiest .i got this semester. The lecturerfriendly too so i can enjoying this class lol.

In this course wewill have a post test in every meeting. sound not fun eh? nope actually thispost test score will be use in the calculating my final score. Every perfectscore in this test will add 1 point in my final score. The perfect score inthis course is 100. and the course have 14 times meeting, if i m doing well atleast i can save up to 10 points, and my final test will not be so hard. (〃∇〃). hahahaha.

well but that wasjust the plan xD. idk why but i think now a become more klutz and klutz （/TДT)/ ;noooo: Untilnow we already had 3 test. and in that 3 test i did soooooooooo bad. how so? ami not study? nah i was studying in that 3 test, and i m confidence(until now)if i can make that. But sadly my luck not following my proven skill lol.. Itreally hinder me. for the example in the last test(today), i did it so wellfrom the first and until the last step. and i`m confidence if mine will get theperfect score that time, haha i sang my winning hymn in my heart, and lookingmy friends who still not finish and trying desperately hahaha. well i feel sohappy that time well it until we check and matching theanswers....................... tatatatatata well i m doing it so good, i hadall of the steps but but omg. in the first step there is a journal that will bethe base of the answer. the journal is:

well in that part idid well but in the next part there is a calculation to calc the goodwill ofthe company, the calculation is :

Goodwill = CT+NCI-INA

we got CT from theinvesting equity in abc company in journal above, NCI is from how many % wewill acquisition fro the company x INA.

and INA is my problemnow...............

i already know if wegot ina from total assets-total liability so in common INA is equity rights?(ifu still can follow this lol ok ok assets=liability+equity so you now the restright? hehe)

nah the problems herewas i did the calc but i use the book value.................in fact we must usemarket value .xD

shit i`m a klutz wheni know this although i already practice with many example in my home and i didthat so well with market value (Ｔ▽Ｔ;)
