It forms the shape of two hearts and is quite famous among tourists. It has been voted No. 1 tourist spot in Penghu consecutively. The air flow here was too strong that it was difficult to hold on your feet. It's beautiful spot and worth a visit. How to get there: The Cimei tourist shuttle bus has it's first stop here.
