500PPH Pellet Plant

ATPP660

This is the smallest pellet plant that I can consider a "commercial" pellet plant. It is capable of sustained operation for a full 8 hour shift each day, every day 365 days per year producing 660 lbs per hour. Don't get me wrong, it will need maintenance every night if you work it that hard. But every plant needs regular maintenance if you want it to work reliably. This mill includes a hammermill, pellet mill, counterflow cooler, sifter sorter, conveyors, cyclones, air locks, impulse dust filter, and piping. It comes all set up on a metal skid with a ready to connect electrical control center. It fits inside a shipping container if the uppermost pipes and cyclone are removed. 1100 PPH Pellet Plants

This is the ATPP1100 pellet plant. It comes in two varieties. This one is without the dryer. This one comes mounted on two steel skids. Thus when it comes to setting it up, you just slide the two skids together and marry the pipes and electrical connectors and flip the switch. It is as close to a turnkey operation as you will get without having to pay for a crew to come and put it together for you. You'll have to use your imagination to put a flash pipe dryer with this mill. But I have put them together before and they seem to work pretty well.>>>oil expeller
