New Goal, New Life

I cannot believe it's been two weeks, since I last updated my blog. Now that I got a job offer, I was super happy and was gonna visit my friend in Taiwan. However, my wish did not go well as I thought I wanted to be. There was too many things to handle before my new job starts. Had to finish up with my dentist, buy many types of new clothes and bags, study, and went Nasu with my friends... Oh God, I feel like I haven't done anything. Time went so fast that I don't even know if there's anything more I needed to prepare, before even realizing.

I should be very excited to start my new job and new life. My whole life style will change. There goes my negativity. Don't even know why and what am I so afraid of, but I guess I am unprepared..
I personally think that when people are scared to start something new, there's always a lack of information or study is involved that makes people feel insecure. This is exactly how I'm dealing with.

Tomorrow is my last day of the freedom フリーター lol...i made that up. I might as well be extra lazy than regular days and cherish the time which I cannot feel in the next decade...

Travel Overseas.

I've decided myself that once I get a job offer, I'll go travel somewhere in Asia. Since my good friend lives in Taiwan for a year to study Chinese, why not go visit her?

Then there're couple of other things to figure out. I don't know when I start a new job, and when the training will be. Especially, now that Golden Week is coming, I wasn't sure if I make a plan now and try to go visit her right this moment. Of course my parents and my bf weren't helpful at all, rather they were a bit upset with my decision...lol I know, I get it...I just REALLY wanted to go travel outside of JAPAN.

I'm not a type of person who lives in a moment, but there's sometimes, once in a while makes me wanna go or do something really really bad, as if I go nuts if I don't do it. LOL I guess I still got a child kinda heart that not a lot of people wanna handle. :/

Anyways, let's just say I have enough money to travel. Just need to go shopping and prepare for new clothes, bag, and shoes, and maybe some books, so that I'm all good to go. Yeeeaaahh that's what I'm gonna do! PEACE!

THE END.

Finally, my job searching has ended with happiness, relieves, and smile on my face!

I was almost desperate to job hunt, even though I (thought) was trying my best, no one wants to hire me. I can't agree more that they don't want someone who doesn't know anything about themselves and again, unprepared for interview. However, I am so grateful and lucky at the same time to finally encounter the company like this. In regard to where I used to work for, and from what I can offer to them was slightly the same as their needs.

I am guessing and hoping that I start from next month. Because it makes no sense and kind of a dumb thing if they let me start from this month which is before the golden week...
Well, this time, I will be very patient and well-behaved to be one of them and eager to challenge for new tasks and whatsoever. I'm not comfortable sharing what I will be doing in the next couple weeks. All I can share is that I am super excited to finally get out to the new world of my life and start a new career!

LIFE's GOOOOOD.

Until last week, it felt like I was in the depth of the ocean where it was so hard to see the sunlight and never thought of breathing. It's funny how life changes.

To be specific, I was feeling down from job search, because I've been failing too much just sending out my resume, which means I didn't even get to interview so you know how you feel about it. I have no idea what happened, but today, I got two interview appointment from two different companies. HELL YESSS...!!!!!! Those are the ones that at first I thought I failed. Surprised to hearing back from them at the same time, I was super happy to earn these chances.

As you all know, those aren't the only reasons why I put my today's blog title, as ' LIFE'S GOOOD.' Of course I AM super happy to have interview next week. Not only that but also I'm going to SPRING FREAKIN' GROOOOOVE this Sunday!!!! One of my recent favorite dj / producer, David Guetta is coming, also LMFAO.
Requirement.

Any requirement when you search for job? I thought there are a very few requirement for me, in order to get a new job offer. But, apparently I've been quite tricky about it. No wonder why i've gotten a few job offer.

Today, I went for an interview at a company which sell wedding gift, bottle cover and stuff like that. The number of employee is not very high but this company has been there for a quite a while. And I wonder, it's pretty embarrassing to say out loud that I certainly still NOT sure whether I'm suitable with this type of work environment or with bigger number of employee. The whole interview itself went pretty well, i thought. I think I'm capable of the job itself, and the requirements they need sound just right for me. The problem is I am not confident... I'm not confident if I can handle with high pressure job situation which especially is out of my experience and there is only one person I can ask or rely on. It's going to be pretty much right in between the company and business related customers, additionally the factory in Japan aaaand China. whoa, too much thinking and I'm not sure if I even wanna do this.

It has always been with team work with different types of people. Whether I wanna get into a new world or stuck in a big company and do the routine type of job... I know those are the options that I have now. Oh wait, furthermore, wait and see if I get more reply from different companies... I guess those are another choice I have. Still, I don't have much time...

Not Again.

What is it that makes my job hunt takes so much time and has been difficult is that I always pick a wrong company.

You never know until you get it in how you can deal with everything, but you can always guess the kind of atmosphere or type of people you will have to face with. I am always so bad ( or unlucky) at it... There's this company looks pretty good for me. They're not a big one but keeps steady status for what they sell and their products, which looks decent enough. Although the number of employees aren't so many, most of them are young, like average is about thirties.

I always check what people "talk" about them BEFORE I even apply. But this time, I changed my plan. I, first apply then go over to hyouban website. What was I thinking... Because... Here it goes again, yelling around, moody, and irresponsible person or people is in charge. What a luck, I found this before the interview, THANK GOD.

It made me feel slightly relieved. Especially, that I'm always worry about the ones who has low number of employees has got a rotten people that mess everything around. For sure, every companies aren't like that. It seems that a high percentage of it is the ones that I always encounter with. I know this is something I will have to deal with, once I get into, but I just don't want to make a same mistake again. (like right after the hotel.. ya know..) And I know, this is why my job hunting has taken so much time since last couple of months.

Sooner or later, I'll have to draw a line to really make a change in my life...

But, of course the ones that I wanted is always high percentage of candidates, and always competitive position that I've failed so many times and made me feel sad.

Then I wonder, who'd read my blog if I keep it going with desperate job searching life with completely negative attitude. hahaha!
My Love Life

Well, I have never posted anything about my personal life before and decided to share a little bit about my boy friend. I'm not here to showing around him and my personal info. Just giving an idea of how my life has begun much better ever since I'm with him

.

Of course, I'm not revealing his face for just in case. And I don't think he would like that without asking a permission. This is the man I've been dating for almost two years. And the small face that showing is his dog, Miley. She is the most adorable dogs I have every encountered!!!!! She is such a lovable, human like dog..!!!

So back to the subject, I met him through our common friends. At first I didn't really like him as a guy, I really liked him as a person. Although I was seeing someone else at that moment, and was not going to date him at all. But then, things turned out up side down. I gave him a shot for one month as a trial...lol I didn't think I'd really go into deeper than that, but god who knows how it all turned out. He is probably the most decent, positive and nicest guy I have ever met in my entire life. There're some things in common, but he speaks no English so that was a minus point... The truth is that after what I've been all through, he seemed to have the most purest heart in the whole world. That's what I really liked about him is that he's all true, including his existence. It's kinda weird to say this out loud but I really appreciate everyone supported us. And am not going to dump this whole thing out and leave everything behind. So I'm ready to face with whatever that is about to occur... Not only about the job part, but also any other tiny things...

Standerd of Living

Today, I had lunch with one of my good friends in the states. She is visiting Japan to see someone really important in her life, who's in a serious condition now that immediately had to come and see her. It was so nice seeing her again. It's been two years since she left here, and I didn't even have time to visit her in Cali. We met here in Japan but both went to school in WA. Anyways, she has been dreaming about living in Japan, on the other hand, I have always dreamed about living in the states. We used to always talk about how cool it'd be to live like "SATC". haha! We were so young back then.

We talked a lot. Catching up with her life in SD, telling my story at the hotel I used to work for, and my love life. She was also telling me how expensive to live in Japan, with low salary, compare with how much she gets now in the states, however, paying back of student loan is not helping as much of course. Including everything like paying for rent, utility, and food and everything in general, she couldn't believe how people can live on their own. I, on the other hand cannot live on my own with no job, yet, duah and still not intend to move out because I am okay and have no problem living at home and whatsoever.

I really thought that each country has their own standard of living which every people of its country is supposed to afford. In Japan, everything is so expensive but people go shopping during sale season, or people just buy cheap stuff but still fashionable so that those people look decent. It's interesting to see how they all fit in the right place. Some day, hopefully I'll have a chance to work in another country. In the mean time, I better start working at some where to build up my new career path, in order to achieve my long term goal.

People live their own life and it is never about them.
It is always about you.

Busy February

Again, It's been a while since last time I blogged. Starting from early February, I've been quite busy with job interviews, part time job, and this thing that my friends and I have been working on, for one of the best friend's wedding party! I can't believe he's becoming a husband and daddy at the same time... (because he was kind of a wild one in the group) I'm super happy for him and really wishing the best of them!!

My personal life, especially with my job search has been much much better than when I first started. I finally got a vague vision of what I want and what not. Because before was more like I was sending my application to random places with random job position, depending on how I was feeling at each time. But now, I specify with something to do with English skill, multi-cultural environment and assistant job position, which can get me to the higher job position in the future.

Still, I cannot loose my motives to get into the airline industry. So I decided to give my effort into it, too while I keep on applying for assistant (or secretary type of job) position in Japan. At least I'm trying. That all it matters. Even if it doesn't work out, it's really shoganai, but better than doing nothing and complain it over and over.

This is how my life have been these days. Haven't really had a chance to keep up with my favorite tv shows, new girl and family guy, sometimes southpark...stuff like that. I really miss watching these shows. Maybe after everything gets a little bit more slow down. But I do keep on reading books in English. Ohh my gosh, I am soooo addicted to read the Milennium series. ( donno the spell..) I've been reading the second one, the girl who play with fire. That book really got something. Not only about the whole story, but I really think that the author is great at writing and showing the details and characteristics of each people, places, etc,. You have to keep on going and going and going until when you realize it's too late to go to bed. lol This book is THAT good. I'd recommend all my friends and family, whoever around me. Can't wait to see how the second one ends AND how all the people would be at the end of everything!!!!!!
