In a new interview with Eurogamer

In a new interview with Eurogamer, Bungie investment lead Tyson Green revealed that the multiplayer mode for upcoming multiplayer shooter Destiny won't be available right out of the box. Instead, you'll need to unlock it, which could take "a couple of hours," Green says. But once you do unlock Destiny's multiplayer mode, all of your characters can play ESO Gold without restriction, Green says. This is a departure from Bungie's famous Halo series, where users could--and often did--jump right into multiplayer the day they got their copies.

So why require players unlock Destiny's multiplayer? Green says it's because Bungie wants to make sure characters have the necessary equipment so they don't get throttled on the battlefield."We found early on that people here in the studio, when they jumped on the game--these were people who were already really familiar with the game mechanics--they would roll a new character, play through the first mission then go right into PvP, and they would just get really beaten up by the other players because they didn't have a super ability yet and they'd only got an auto rifle from the first mission," Green said. That's another major difference between Halo and Destiny.

In the multiplayer modes for past Halo games, all players enter each match on a somewhat level playing field. They can find better weapons on the map, of course, but there wasn't much in the way of progression. This isn't the case for Destiny, as you'll discover unique weapons, equipment, and abilities during campaign that will carry over to multiplayer.Destiny's three classes (Hunter, Titan, Warlock) each have their own "focus," which carries your abilities--including a super ability--within it. Each class will have two focuses to start with, and new focuses can be unlocked over time through standard gameplay progression.

http://www.esosale.com/

The future of PlayStation will see the platform

The future of PlayStation will see the platform expand to become more service-oriented, Sony United Kingdom managing director Fergal Gara has said."I think that's good way of putting it really," Gara told OPM in a new interview. "We see PlayStation as aBuy TESO Gold brand, not just as a box.""Going out to 2013 and probably more appropriately 2014, 15, 16, 17 you’ll see start to see PlayStation 4 as a brand and a service, as a set of services, a set of experiences," he added.Gara said the PlayStation 4

itself is the most compelling "service" that Sony can offer right now, but explained that Sony has put the pieces in place to offer compelling, online-enabled services in the future."For the foreseeable [sic] PlayStation 4 will be the pinnacle in terms of the highest possible experiences, the most powerful service we can offer," he said. "But we can offer many many more. The Gaikai acquisition, PlayStation Vita TV capability. There are lots of pieces here that all point to that direction really. Which is: PlayStation experiences on devices, some Sony devices and non-Sony devices in time as well."Sony purchased Gaikai last year for $380 million. The Gaikai-powered PlayStation cloud service, which will allow users to stream games, will launch in 2014.

It will be available first on PS4 before coming to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.Gara is not the only one to believe the future of the PlayStation platform is in services. Sony president of Worldwide Studios Shuhei Yoshida suggested last month that the PlayStation brand is likely to evolve from hardware to a service, though a physical console remains important, at least for now, he said."We previously spoke about PlayStation going from hardware to something closer to a service, regardless of the device," Yoshida said at the time. "Of course, PlayStation will still be the center, but I think we would like to expand to different things."In addition, Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada has said much the same."I think in the future, it'll will be a contest of services instead of hardware," Harada said earlier this week. "When there's the PS5, it will probably be just a controller and a monitor. Then, the thing that will be left is the name of the service."The PS4 launches on November 15 in North America for $400.

link: http://www.esosale.com/

Do you remember 1 vs. 100?

Do you remember 1 vs. 100? It was the interactive game show on Xbox 360 that ran for two seasons in 2009, where one player was pitted against 100 other players for a chance to win 10,000 Microsoft Points.Microsoft might have TESO Gold announced that 1 vs. 100 wouldn't be getting a third season back in 2010, but general manager Dave McCarthy has said that Xbox One will receive something like it in the future."It has a good image here," said McCarthy in an interview with Polygon.

"The approach is something we really enjoyed. We will do something in the future for Xbox One that is like that, because spiritually we thought it was a pretty cool experience ourselves."Seasons of 1 vs. 100 lasted 13 weeks, with two-hour live episodes--hosted by Chris Cashman in the US--airing twice a week. Players could also sharpen their quiz ability outside of the live episodes when the seasons were running, but during the live shows the game would pluck the 101 participants randomly from those watching.I never got to be the 1, but I did make it into the 100 a few times. How about you?

"The notion of bringing a large number of people together in both a social and let's say a more casual gaming format is something we believe in a lot," added McCarthy."In some ways 1 vs. 100 was a little bit ahead of its time. From a production perspective it gave us a few challenges in terms of the sheer effort to bring that to market on a regular basis.

http://www.esosale.com/
Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions will follow later this month at launch. The game generated $1 billion at retail on launch day, though this figure represents sell-in, not sell-through.

Activision today took the lid off Devastation, the second expansion for Infinity Ward's first-person shooter Call of Duty: Ghosts. The expansion features a new hybrid weapon and four multiplayer maps and will launch April 3 first on Xbox 360 and Xbox One.The content is included with the $50 DLC pass and can be purchased as a standalone download for $15.
Master blacksmith Tony Swatton

Master blacksmith Tony Swatton, who has created various prop weapons for movie franchises like Pirates of the Caribbean and Batman, has forged a Halo Energy Sword as Elder Scrolls Online Gold his latest creation.Swatton, owner of Sword and The Stone, takes you through the process of creating the iconic Halo weapon in the latest episode of YouTube show Man At Arms (below).

He says he's been inundated with fan requests to make the Energy Sword. His Energy Sword is 2 inches wide and 39 inches long, and is made of steel. To get the appropriate blue/purple hue, Swatton heated the sword to a temperature of over 600°F. The handle is made of an ornate mother of pearl material, he said.At the end of the video, designers are shown using the Halo Energy Sword to cut through glass, a copy of the original Halo game, a bottle of Mountain Dew, and a cucumber. If Microsoft ever does decide to make a Halo movie, they might want to call Swatton.Swatton has previously created real-life weaponry from the Final Fantasy and God of War franchises. The next Halo game, the currently untitled project from 343 Industries for Xbox One,

launches later this year.Danish studio Press Play has announced its next title: Project Totem. The studio, previously responsible for Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, says Project Totem will be released this autumn for Xbox One and Xbox 360. The developer describes it as a "precise platforming game" with "tighter than tight" controls, and says the whole thing has been built using the Unity engine. In the game, which will run in 1080p at 60fps, players must control two totem pieces with one controller. The game will feature a single-player campaign and local multiplayer. The idea is the brainchild of brothers Asger and Bo Strandby, with Press Play studio director Rune Dittmer saying “it is one of those games, where the basic premise is hard to describe, but once you have the controller in your hand, it is so obviously fun that you immediately get it.

link; http://www.esosale.com/

The Phantom Pain prologue Metal Gear Solid V

The Phantom Pain prologue Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, which launches March 18, is not announced for the PC.For more Metal Gear Solid coverage, check out 's feature rounding up the story so far.Eddie Makuch is a news editor at , and you can follow him on Twitter @EddieMakuchGot a news tip or want to contact us directly? Email news@.comWhat might Hideo Kojima do after he wraps up development on Metal Gear Solid V?

He offered some insight into that very topic today during a Twitch Q&A session, where he revealed he would like to work on a new Silent Hill title or even a mobile game some day.Asked what franchise he would like to direct or reboot if he had the chance, Kojima said he'd like to take a stab at the supernatural horror Silent Hill franchise. "Hopefully sometime in the future I am able to work on this," Kojima said through a translator. The Silent Hill franchise is known for its horror elements and it sounds like if Kojima ever took the reins to the series, he would dial up the terror level even further. He said he would need to prepare himself to have daily (real-life) nightmares while developing the game. The most recent Silent Hill game was 2012's Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game Silent Hill: Downpour. The franchise is published by Konami--which is Kojima's current employer.

Konami's president previously even reached out directly to Kojima about working on a new installment in the series. Also during the Q&A, Kojima was asked if he would some day like to make a mobile game. He said indeed he would, and is interested specifically in making a "very practical free-to-play adventure game" that is "quite deep." However, it doesn't sound like it's going to happen anytime soon."I have no idea when I'll be able to do this, but maybe some day in the future," he said.Kojima ruled out puzzle and card games because he's "not too interested in those kinds of games."

Here is the thing though

Here is the thing though. The game is changing significantly over the next several months. I logged back in to find nearly all my spells had changed. I lost a lot of the ones I liked to use and feel that they kinda dumbed down the list. It is moving more to ESO Gold a cross between Elderscrolls IV and WoW, which is exactly what we don't want from this game.Honestly, I can't in good faith recommend it to anyone right now. It's a game that if you start today, won't be the same game come next Fall.

However, if you think you like where it's headed and don't mind playing though what is essentially a 2nd beta, go ahead and pick it up, or If u have read the Eldercrolls novel .I am sure u will definitely fall in love with the game .Hi, all! So far, there's a lot of speculation upon the most lucrative profession, and many beta testers have gone through trial and error to guess what the best profession might be Weaponsmiths. Weaponsmiths seemed to collect ESO gold for their goods, and a level-capped weaponsmith has a high probability of crafting rare items with high demand.

Armorsmiths may be speculated as a close follow-up profession, if not a viable equal, as they, too, will have a lot of purchasing power across player bases. Players will often turn to weaponsmiths and armorsmiths when weapon and armor providers aren't available, and they'll likely purchase their wares due to a common necessity across every MMORPG: survivability. Both weapons and armor play vital roles in both questing and PVP within Tamriel; healers, tanks and DPS characters all require viable weapons and armors to maintain operational stats needed to Elder Scrolls Online Gold push through quests and become valuable within PVP. Weapons and armor will be esteemed, and their available upgrades will be difficult to come by without turning to a crafter.Again, weaponsmiths outreach armorsmiths a bit.

Journey to Tamriel through the eyes of your fell

Journey to Tamriel through the eyes of your fellow ESO fans. Don't forget to check out the fiction and roleplay section on the official ESO Forums.AhmmasharaThey sat across from each other, at an old wooden table with years scratched in the surface with two pints and a pipe between them. It was just after dusk in Ebonheart, and the bar filled with drunks and hunters and men running from their wives who stank of just-earned money. Whores and singers with lutes and drums lined the walls and called to them, their eyes gleaming with gold and silver, sugar and wine on their lips.Broken Destiny (Imperial Story); You're mad Thadicus! You can't oppose the Empress!

You'd get us all killed! What if they discover our plan? Then what? We are crucified for our thoughts?! It was this day that would change my life forever.Fragments of the PastIt was late in the night and only the sound of rustling leaves could be heard in the forest of Glenumbra and somewhere in the distance a small campfire burned.

At first sight no one appeared to be near, until a figure in dark leather armour approached the fire and threw a couple of branches on it so that the fire became bigger and made her more noticeable. The woman didn't seem to be very special at first, fully clad in leather and a hood covering her head. On her hip was a long, sharp blade sheathed in a scabbard just as dark as her armour. She sat down by the fire and pulled the hood down, revealing not only her beautiful blonde hair, but something terrible, disgusting to some: a burn scar that completely covered the left side of her face, but luckily preserved the area around her eye and lips.Friend or Foe (Chapters 1-5)In this Rivenspire morning, chill ruled liked a tyrant, gusts of winds rushing otherwise peaceful snow along.
