I will discuss about food culture.

私は韓国が好きなので日本と韓国では食文化はどう違うのか歴史的背景を絡めながら説明したいと思う。

Because I like Korean, so I will explain how different japan and Korean related historical background.

まず、日本ではマナーが悪いと言われることが韓国では行儀がいいという風に認知される事柄がある。

Firstly, there is different about manner japan and Korea.

それはまずお茶碗の持つか否かで分かれる。韓国ではお茶碗を持たないのがマナーである。なぜ持たないという文化が生まれたのかというと昔物乞いがお茶碗をもって食べていたことから悪い認識が生まれた。日本ではお茶碗を持たないと犬のような食べ方と同じになるのでお茶碗を持つのがルールである。

It divided about having bowl. Not having bowl is manner in Korea. The cause that the manner happens is homeless having bowl in old age. It is rule to have bowl because same way as dog.  

また、韓国には年上の人を敬う風習があり、父が手を付けるまで食べ始めなかったり、お酒を飲むときは年上の人の方を見ず横を向いて飲んでいる姿をドラマなどでもよく見かける。日本では年上の人や父がいても韓国ほど敬わない。

In addition, Korea has manners and customs to respect an older person. Korean people does not begin to eat until father attaches a handle and even dramas are good and see the figure which I turn to the side without watching it towards an older person when I drink liquor and drink. Even if there are older person and father in Japan, I do not worship it as Korea.

韓国といえばキムチという印象がありますが、まずそもそも辛い物が多い韓国の食文化の由来を調べた。そうすると驚くことに豊臣秀吉が朝鮮征伐の時に唐辛子をもちこみそこから体を温め健康的に過ごすには時辛い物が良いと知ったからである。歴史的にも関係がある韓国は日本が持ち出してから生まれた数々の食文化があるかもしれない。

Speaking of Korea, there was an impression called the kimchi, but at first in the first place checked an origin of the Korean food culture that there were many hot things. Then this is because it knew it at time that Hideyoshi Toyotomi has a red pepper at the time of the Korea conquest in being surprised and to warm up and spend a body healthfully from there if a hot thing is good. There may be the many food culture that Korea which is connected with each other historically was created after Japan takes it

こんなに近い国でも食文化の違いが大きいので他あの国でも大きく違う食文化がたくさんあると分かる。またもっと小規模で考えてみると家庭ごとの味や特徴によって異文化交流はできると思う。韓国のように全く真逆のマナーがあるがキムチのように相互に関係して文化があると思うので、食文化は歴史的背景、宗教、自然との関係などとそれぞれ関係するから、異文化な食でも興味を持ち否定しないことが大事であると考えた。

There are many different food culture in the world. In addition, I think that there is the cross-cultural communication by taste and a characteristic every home when I think in more small scale. There was a manner of the truth reverse really like Korea, but thought that what I was interested in even the meal that was cultures and did not deny was important because the food culture was related with a historic background, religion, relations with nature each because I thought that I was related like kimchi mutually, and there was culture.

モモという映画を見て分かった時間認識について説明しよう

Time is divided into polychronic time and monochronic time.

時間はpolychronic time とmonochronic time に分けられる

Polychronic time only one temporal axes and on time.

Polychronic time とは時間軸が一つしかなく時間に正確である

Monochronic time is careless about being on time and do not keep the promise.

Monochronic time とは時間にルーズであり約束を守らない

These are divided by a human being , culture and country.

これらは人間や文化や国によって分けられる

My teacher tallked about recognition in the Marshall island but the contents that Japanese could not understand.

私の先生がマーシャル諸島での時間認識について話してくださりそれは日本人には理解できない内容だった

Marshall people are apt to be late for the appointed.

マーシャルの人は約束によく送れるし約束前に人に会うと話し込んでしまう

It shows that they values human relations but that is not permitted in Japam.

それは人間関係を大切にしていることを示すが日本では許されない行動である

In Japan, they strict with time about work in particular strictly.

日本では時間に厳しく特に仕事の時間に関して厳しい

In my part-time job, thre is no rules but we gather 15 minutes before starting time for work.

私のアルバイト先ではルールはないのに出勤時間の１５分前にはみんな集合している

Japan and Marshall have a big diference in recogition of time because Marshall is different fromJapan in culture and al ifestyle

日本とマーシャルでは文化も違うし生活スタイルも違うので、時間認識の差が大きい

I think about recognition of time at the work in Japan and they are strict time to begin but finish time is way of Monochronic.

また日本での仕事の時間認識について考えてみると始まる時間には厳しいが終わる時間はPolychronic　time の考え方だと思った

Because there is much overtime work in Japan.

なぜなら日本では残業が多い

So, all life stlye is not polychronin time in Japan.

だからすべての生活スタイルがpolychronicなわけではない

I am going to study abroad in New zealand. And I often hear that New Zealand people is sloppy about time . I would like to check what kind of recognition of time in New Zealand.

私はニュージーランドに留学するつもりである。ニュージーランドのひとは時間にルーズであるとよく聞きます。だから、ニュージーランドの時間認識について調べたい
