It really is hard. darn hard to get your point across in court. I mean, if the "funnel" mean lawyers, are not properly armed and equipped, you can't convince the Judge!


Anyway, just a thought on how we can never be prepared enough or smart enough for that matter- we need to polish our smarts as much as possible, everyday.

I was sad n the beginning ... then I had to do some mental re-runs of the past... the sadness was still there but I have observed different perspective of how events transpired.
