南葛ＳＣ　より身近に　キャプテン翼の高橋さんも登場　無料広報紙を発行

人気漫画「キャプテン翼」に登場するサッカーチームをモデルに昨年末結成された社会人チーム「南葛（なんかつ）ＳＣ」が、無料広報紙の発行を始めた。南葛ＳＣの魅力を紹介して地元のファンを増やし、さらなる飛躍の原動力にすることを狙う。

　南葛ＳＣによると、資金的に余裕の少ない社会人リーグのチームが、広報紙を発行するのは珍しいという。

　創刊号は、Ｂ３用紙一枚を二つ折りにした四ページで全カラー。一万部を刷り、協賛企業や葛飾区の公共施設、地元商店街などに置いた。

　所属する都社会人３部リーグでの戦績やメンバー紹介のほか、向笠実（むかさみのる）総監督（６３）とキャプテン翼作者の高橋陽一さんのインタビューなどを載せている。

　年四回の季刊で、情報量に応じてページ数を増やすことも検討している。南葛ＳＣ事務局長の田中洋介さん（４０）は「今後はチーム紹介だけでなく、葛飾の魅力もどんどん掲載していきたい」と話している。

沸騰する中国の教育改革---地域間、階層間の格差生々しく

中国教育改革研究の成果を集めた論文集である。教育課程改革、民間教育運動、成人教育などの状況が、新しい情報をもとに報告されており、最も包括的な現代中国教育研究の一つといってよい。特に現地に足を運んで描いた教育格差の状況が生々しい。
　世界ではじめて「試験」制度を発明した中国は、長く教育の普及が抑制された社会でもあった。１９４９年時点での識字率は２割未満。社会主義国家の建国以降ようやく教育の普及が進み、２０世紀末に８割強にまで上がった。
　その傍らで、都市と農村間の、あるいは民族的背景と結びついた地域間の、そして社会階層間の著しい教育格差が残存する。しかも改革・開放路線以降、都市優先の資源投下政策によって格差は拡大した。大都市で１時間数百元の個人レッスン学習塾が人気を集める一方で、地方出身の農民工の子弟が通う学校の学費は年間千元に過ぎない。格差は学校の施設・設備、教員の質、教育予算などにも及ぶ。
　教育格差の拡大は、先端的部分から優先的に社会開発を進める中国型開発政策の必然的帰結に過ぎない。格差が社会統合上危機的と思われる水準にまで達した今、どんな格差是正策が功を奏することになるのか。本書の執筆者たちの今後の追跡に期待したい。

　それを見ていた藤兵衛どんは、いいことを思いつきました。
「おお、そうじゃ。あのわらじを売ればいいんじゃ」
　さっそく藤兵衛どんは、貧乏神のあんだわらじを持って、村へ町へと売り歩きます。
「さあ、安いよ、安いよ。じょうぶなわらじだよ」
　わらじは、どこへいってもとぶように売れ、たちまちなくなってしまいました。
　だけど、くらしむきはすこしもよくなりません。
「やっぱり貧乏神がいては、貧乏からぬけだせんなあ。こうなったら、貧乏神さまに出ていってもらうだ」
　そこで藤兵衛どんは、わらじを売ったのこりの金で、ありったけの酒やごちそうを用意して、貧乏神をもてなしました。

｢責任(せきにん)を、そして人生(じんせい)を肯定(こうてい)するのは難(むずか)しいことです。けれども、あらゆる困難(こんなん)をものともせず、この肯定(こうてい)を行(おこな)った人(ひと)たちがいました。

建国から６０年にあたるそうだ。しかしめでたいと思う人があまりいないのは、パレスチナ領有をめぐる紛争がいまだ解決されぬどころか、一時は希望と見えたオスロ合意と、これに基づく和平プロセスが完全崩壊するに至って、出口の全然見えぬ状況にあるからだ。どうしてそうなってしまうのか？　これを政治史に即してではなく、ユダヤ民族国家として出発したイスラエルが抱える諸問題に限定してとりあげ、政治思想、政治理論の水準で論じたのが本書である。
　著者の関心は、近代の「ナショナリズム運動のいわば臨界点で誕生したイスラエル国家」に、日本を含む国民国家がはらむ矛盾点を透かし見るとともに、それら矛盾に向き合った知識人たち、マルティン・ブーバー、ハンナ・アーレント、エドワード・サイードといった人々の思索を俎上（そじょう）にあげ分析することで、問題点を掘り下げるところにある。
離散（ディアスポラ）のユダヤ人が、ホロコーストの経験を経て国家を建設する。となれば、その国家は「ユダヤ人国家」でなければならないと同時に、非ユダヤ人を排斥し抑圧する国家であってはならない——矛盾の一つは、たとえばこれだ。もし一つの地域に住む、文化民族を異にする人々が共存する国家を目指すのなら、わざわざユダヤ人国家を作る必要はない。イスラエル人、パレスチナ人が別々の国家をなすのか、それとも二民族が共存する一国家の建設か。現実には前者の方向が勝利し、いまにいたるわけだが、そこに費やされた知識人の思索は、国境を越えて多数の人間が移動を開始した２１世紀において、離散（ディアスポラ）の政治学として有効性を帯びつつあると、筆者はやや遠慮がちに主張する。
　遠慮がちなのは、次のような声がたちまち聞こえてくるからだろう。現実政治の世界に置いてみれば、そんなものはただの知識人の玩具じゃないのか？　たしかにそうだ。そのことは十分に認めた上で、しかし日本という自分の場所で、自分たちの生の問題として、考えられるだけのことを考えようとする筆者の構えには共感できる。

ボクシング清水がミキハウス移籍　ロンドン五輪「銅」

ロンドン五輪ボクシング男子バンタム級銅メダルの清水聡（２８）が自衛隊を退官し、１日付でミキハウスに入社した。同日、ミキハウスが明らかにした。５日に東京都内で行われる仁川アジア大会の代表選考会に出場する。

　五輪ボクシングで日本人４４年ぶりのメダリストとなった清水は今後、母校の駒大などで練習する。ミキハウスは五輪を目指すレベルの選手を支援するという会社の理念があり、サポートしようということになったとしている。

　日本ボクシング連盟の山根明会長は「清水選手の２大会連続メダル獲得に向け、連盟としても練習環境の面を含めて全力でサポートしたい」と述べた。

沢尻エリカ地上波の連続ドラマに主演する

女優、沢尻エリカ（27）が8年ぶりに地上波の連続ドラマに主演することが6日、分かった。女性たちの格付け社会を描くフジテレビ系ドラマ「ファースト·クラス」（4月19日スタート、土曜後11·10）で、ファッション雑誌の編集者役。

2006年のTBS系「タイヨウのうた」に主演してから約8年。昨年末には離婚も成立したエリカ様が、本格復活をかけて地上波連ドラの世界に帰ってくる。今回の「ファースト·クラス」は、自分が他人よりも優位であることを何気ない行為で示す女性を意味する“マウンティング女子”が題材。動物が上下関係を確認するマウント行為が語源で、女性向け雑誌で特集されるなど最近の注目ワードとなっている。

舞台はファッション雑誌編集部。下町の衣服材料店で働いていた吉成ちなみ（沢尻）はあこがれの編集部に入り、「底辺」と呼ばれる雑用係から編集部を自由に操る最高位の者がいる部内の格差を目の当たりに…。そして、ちなみが鬼編集長ら周囲の“天敵”と戦い、編集長に成り上がるまでを描く。

沢尻は「女性同士の戦いがあり、かなり辛い目に遭いながらも歯を食いしばって勝ち抜いていく役。女性の皆さんへの“応援ソング”となる作品だと思います。ご期待ください」と意気込む。同局の制作担当者も「攻撃されまくってボロボロにされる沢尻さん、傷つきながらも立ち上がる沢尻さん、相手を負かしていく沢尻さん、さまざまな姿が見られます」と予告している。

編集部で唯一ちなみの味方となり、恋愛に発展するフォトグラファーアシスタント役はKAT-TUNの中丸雄一（30）。沢尻とは初共演で、「男性には想像のつかない、女性同士の人間関係の裏側を知ることができるドラマ。男性視聴者にものぞくような気持ちで見てもらいたい」とコメント。

ちなみの“天敵”も個性豊かだ。傍若無人な雑誌モデル·MIINA役に佐々木希（26）、業界No.1モテ男のスタイリスト·磯貝拓海役に平山浩行（36）、恋愛依存症のエディター·川島レミ役に菜々緒（25）、したたかな副編集長·八巻小夏役に三浦理恵子（40）、鬼編集長·大沢留美役に板谷由夏（38）が決まった。
