Marwell Cross Gardens has been in the family for 70 years, a market garden until six years ago. The land was purchased with the intention of building a brand new home and this is the house that stands prominently there today.

Set within 3.75 acres of formal gardens and a paddock, Marwell Cross Gardens is a fine example of a family home set within the South Hams countryside.

The property was designed with modern day living in mind, paying particular attention to the living space and sociable garden space.

A particular feature in the house is the 23ft living area with its oak support beams and feature fireplace; from there you can enter the garden room, the study and kitchen.
          handbags e
Upstairs there are five bedrooms, two en-suite shower rooms and a bathroom, while below the lounge is a gym.

The gardens still have many trees from the market garden, and landscaping allows children to play with ease. a summer could provide the perfect space for a hot tub, and the veranda is a beautiful place to sit in privacy.

A barbecue space has a seating area and patio, and there is plenty of room for parking.

There's a paddock to the east of the house with three stables.

A fabulous family retreat at Ringmore near Kingsbridge, Marwell Cross Gardens is on the market with Maitlands Fine & Country (01752 342045) at Pounds 895,000.

Maitlands Fine and Country has won the regional award for excellent performance with the Fine & Country brand, at a national award ceremony.

Helen Moore Replica Gucci Handbags from Maitlands Fine and Country said: "We're thrilled to accept this award for our work in the area over the past twelve months.

"The results are testament to the hard work and dedication of the whole team."

Other articles:
http://fghmnbv.allmyblog.com/152-soil-samplers.html
http://home.q.yesky.com/space-9255093-do-blog-id-586486.html

Hubbs Announces Second Generat

Presently, the common challenge within the industry is, DO MORE WITH LESS. Well, doing more with less has always been one of the strengths of Hubbs since our beginning.

Hubbs Machine and Manufacturing, Inc., is pleased to introduce the new, cost effective, Sphere Mount "POLAR聶" Series of Laser Tracker Target Holders .

Hubbs Machine and Manufacturing, Inc., started addressing the needs for modern, quality, computer aided close tolerance industrial survey targeting in 1984.
        handbags w
In 1990 Hubbs manufactured the first Sphere Mounts to support Laser Trackers , the "SM"庐 Series. From that point forward, Hubbs has been the innovative driver in introducing a vast array of Sphere Mount Series products that support Laser Tracker . In doing so, Hubbs has set the bar high, regarding quality, extensive product line, options and service.

Hubbs agrees with the views of other respected innovators that it's the customer that decides the direction of the market, not the manufacturer. That's because, over the past twenty years, Hubbs has witnessed, and been a large part of, the evolution of the first generation of Laser Tracker Targeting directed by the customer majority.

The "SM"庐 POLAR聶 Series offers several features, the most prominent are:

Small footprint for mounting in tight areas.

A unique locating nest with a substantially increased included angle. This increased included angle creates a much smaller, yet sufficient, locating diameter at the bottom of the Spherically Mounted Retro-Reflector , (The "Polar" Region).

This "balance," of smaller, three point locating diameter at the bottom of the sphere, and lessening the depth of the nest, allows for negative rotation of the SMR, all the way around, in an unimpeded fashion, while still maintaining stability of the SMR and the stability of the Sphere Mount . Additionally, the normal close tolerance offset and concentricity are still held for the products that apply.

A small, sealed, easily removable cap is included to protect the nest from debris Toronto-Maple-Leafs and contaminants and for additional shielding of the three critical contact points within the nest from damage when not in use.

17-4 PH Stainless Steel standard, optional 1144 steel, with black oxide finish is available.

The most important feature is? It's the EFFICIENCY!

Very simply, we asked ourselves, do we want to take a big piece of 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, machine most of it away, provide benefit for the steel companies, machine manufactures, and cutter companies, or, provide benefit for our customers in offering a smaller, very cost efficient design option. We chose the latter. (No offense to the steel, machine and cutter companies.)

DO MORE WITH LESS! HUBBS CLASSIC LINE OF "SM"庐 PRODUCTS STILL AVAILABLE

The new "POLAR聶" option is in addition to our Classic Line of "SM"庐 products. Hubbs intends to include the new "POLAR聶," Patent Pending features, in many of its already recognized designs, where applicable. Visit for new product releases.

Add to Digg Bookmark with del.icio.us Add to Newsvine

For more information Contact: Derek Mabie Evolve St. Louis SEO 314-602-5852

Other articles:
http://hi.baidu.com/gfyuuok/blog/item/9cfb962e03775420d42af126.html
http://hi.baidu.com/gfyuuok/blog/item/464d39f4f172dace7931aa3c.html

Hudson is happy as TG vows to

  Byline: Chris Wathan

DATO Chan Tien Ghee has given personal assurances to Cardiff City's stars about the direction of the football club.

And, in a meeting just 90 minutes before yesterday's clash with Sheffield United, he vowed there will be money to bring in new players before the transfer window closes.

The City chairman flew in from Malaysia for yesterday's 1-1 Championship opener.
    watches y
And, after a summer of continued financial uncertainty, he immediately took the opportunity to ease the worries of the Bluebirds' squad.

Manager Dave Jones admitted Dato Chan, known as TG, gave assurances of his commitment and the club's financial situation during his stay in South Wales.

And City skipper Mark Hudson said the players were told that there will be new faces to follow recent loan signing Jason Koumas.

"TG came in before the game and it was great for him to be here for the first game of the season," said Hudson.

"And he assured us everything is in good working order and that we're ready to drive on.

"That sounds great to us and hopefully that can happen.

"We had a meeting an hour-and-a-half before the game and he came in and said the things we wanted to hear.

"That's great and hopefully we can see it happen now.

"We've managed to keep the majority of the side together and Jason coming in is great news. But we've been assured we'll be getting a few more, which will only benefit us."

Hudson insisted the players have tried their best to put the recent off-the-field worries to one side as the Championship kicked off.

And, speaking after the drawn season opener, he said: "We know what we've got to do when we step on the pitch.

"That is to win games and we can't let anything that goes on off the pitch affect that.

"Our priority is on the pitch and we have to forget about what goes on elsewhere.

"The board and the staff are there to deal with it, which helps take the pressure off us.

"Let's go and play the way we can, as we showed here."

But boss Jones did admit the players were looking for some assurances given the turbulent off-season, a period which included another High Court winding-up order over unpaid tax to HMRC and a transfer embargo from the Football League.

And, also commenting on questions over TG's long-term involvement, Jones said: "The players wanted to know about the financial situation and they've all been given that now.

"We had a meeting with TG, Vincent Tan's son and Gethin Jenkins and TG spoke about what's happening.

"And all the speculation of TG selling and getting out is total rubbish.

"He's fully committed and that's what he told the players before the game.

"There was the question over whether TG is in for the long haul and he is."
                         louis vuitton Monogram Mini
Hudson said he will be keen to get more bodies in at the club in the near future, Cardiff starting out against the Blades with only four players on the bench.

And the centre-back, who impressed as the game wore on, insiste
Other articles:
http://gfyuuok.blog.163.com/blog/static/16624039720106135218862/
http://blog.cnfol.com/gfyuuok/article/25968721.html

Music and dance fill marquee i

Founded in 1495 as a 'Grammatic Academy', the University of Santiago de Compostela is one of the oldest in Europe, playing an important part in the cultural life of Galicia and Spain. Like all modern academic institutions it continues to evolve, with the development of a research campus on a park to the north of Denver-Nuggets the historic core of the city. The park is a dense green lung studded with small, object buildings that form a suitably picturesque array in the landscape. Among them is a new Centre for Musical Studies dedicated to honing the skills of postgraduate students and training musicians for the Galicia Symphony Orchestra (GSO), one of Spain's most prestigious and long established ensembles.

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

Designed by Madrid-based Anton Garcia-Abril, one of an emerging generation of Spanish architects, the new building is a compact, hermetic cube, three storeys high. In form, scale and materials, it has a loose affinity with a neighbouring pavilion by Cesar Portela, but Abril's building is more rough hewn and inscrutable, its squat bulk wrapped in a chunky layer of pearl grey Mondariz granite, with slit-like windows incised apparently at random into all four sides. Large slabs of stone laid in broad bands 1.75m wide are used to create the impression of a solid, monolithic structure, like some weathered archaeological relic. In reality the slabs are 300mm thick and supported by a steel frame, but perhaps more interesting is the way in which the stone is turned inside out. Instead of a smooth, finished surface, the rough inner face of the granite is deliberately exposed, each slab marked with deep vertical abrasions. These scorings are the irregular imprints of drills and cutting tools, acquired during the stereotomy process, by which stone is cut and shaped.

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

Despite its mass and heaviness, the heart of this stone box is hollow, carved out to form a lightwell that cascades down through the building, bringing light into the deep plan and the foyer of a small subterranean concert hall. The double-height hall is dug into the slightly sloping site and its underground position ensures acoustic separation between it and the secondary rehearsal and studio spaces above. Light also percolates into the foyer through a horizontal slot cut along the datum where the building meets the ground on the east facade. Here, in a momentarily disarming illusion, the stone cube appears to be floating above the ground. The cube's imposing mass is also dematerialized at night when the slit windows that perforate the granite skin glow with soft light.
                           Replica Omega Swiss Constellation Watches
  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

  [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

The main entrance is a double-height proscenium on the north facade that connects with the central lightwell, offering a clear view through the building. There is also a secondary entrance to the concert hall on the east side, which is mainly for use by the public when attending performances and recitals. In warm weather people can spill out into a paved parvis, sheltered by the grassy banks of the undulating terrain.

Internal organization appears simple and logical, with various rehear
Other articles:
http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_692c72fc0100jhrk.html
http://ameblo.jp/gfyuuok/entry-10583117438.html

Even in forest, BPA plan spark

A major new high-voltage transmission line would still cut a swath through Clark County, but the Bonneville Power Administration has updated its idea about where the route might run.

As expected, BPA added a new route running predominantly through state and industrial timberland on the east edge of Clark County.

Bonneville also has excised some route segments while adding others. Its also added a couple of new options for the proposed northern terminus of the 500-kilovolt line, at a new substation near Castle Rock in Cowlitz County.
                                                            Prada Handags Replica
The extensive public input weve received has helped us develop a wide range of alternative routes that include new options through less-populated areas, BPA Administrator Steve Wright said in a prepared statement. We know that this is a lengthy and trying process, but we need to make sure we get it right.

   Opponents arent declaring victory.

Leslie Bell, a Proebstel-area resident who serves as a director of Another Way BPA, said shes already heard from residents of a gated community livid about the new easternmost route running near their properties.

There is going to be a handful of people who breathe a sigh of relief, Bell said. However, there are going to be a lot of new people who are impacted now. It just causes a whole new wave of upset people.

Bell said she is trying to convince the BPA to route the line through Oregon instead.

Wright is due to make a final decision on the project, previously estimated to cost $342 million, in 2012.

The ultimate alignment could change the cost, which BPA anticipates financing through enhanced borrowing authority granted by Congress last year. An alignment running through steep and remote timberland on the east edge of the county, for example, could be more expensive than lower-elevation routes farther west through heavily populated areas.

Bonneville officials said they will weigh the cost of each route against a variety of other factors including the human impact.

That clearly seems to be one of the most prominent things we hear from landowners, elected officials and others who are chiming in on this, said Doug Johnson, a BPA spokesman in Portland. Its something were keenly aware of.
   Yves Saint Laurent handbags
BPA has received thousands of comments from residents worried about health effects and the loss of property value.

Many of the proposed route segments include mile-wide corridors to provide plenty of space for BPA to select the most ideal spot for the ultimate 150-foot-wide easement.

Officials with the state Department of Natural Resources are not enthused about the possibility of running the line through state forests.

On Wednesday, the DNR generated a blog post reminding local residents that timber sales from state-owned timberland generate millions of dollars for schools, libraries and fire districts. Officials said a high-voltage transmission line would permanently remove a 150-foot-wide miles-long swath of timber from the states revenue base, while also complicating DNRs ability to manage the surrounding forest.
                       pandora charms
The DNR noted that in the past four years, it has directed $3.7 million worth of timber revenue to the Battle Ground, Camas, Green Mountain and Hockinson scho
Other articles:
http://appleyyqq.blog.com/2010/07/22/masked-raid-at-shop/
http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_692c72fc0100jmz5.html

Even I Feel A Twinge Of Sympat

  Byline: by Richard Waghorne

THERE is scarcely a family in the country unaffected by the pension levy and it truly would take a heart of stone not to feel at least a twinge of understanding for those who took to the streets yesterday.

Nobody out holding a placard has been shuffling multimillion euro loans between banks to deceive the public.

Nobody on strike was part of the Golden Circle that helped to bring the banks and the county into such disrepute and danger.

In the most strictly literal sense of the phrase, yesterday's strikers are perfectly right to say 'not our fault'.

And yet the tragedy of our current plight is that all that has long been entirely beside the point.

There is a certain wilful ignorance to those insisting that the current crisis is not of their making. Does it actually matter if it is or not? Because once the blame game has been thoroughly exhausted, though that will not be today or tomorrow, there is something that we will all share without exception - the consequences of what happens now. At this stage, those consequences are at best debt so serious that an entire generation will be burdened with paying it down, and at worse national bankruptcy, with all that means.

There is a certain wilful ignorance on display in the streets on the moral plain as well. If we are going to talk about right and wrong and unfair suffering, can we step back just Brazil enough to take in a wider picture? Though logically true that nobody protesting yesterday can be blamed for the country's current crisis, that is surely just as true as those who have lost their jobs outright.

RECESSIONS are by their nature rottenly unfair creatures. Some people will emerge out the far side almost unaffected. Some people will lose their jobs, homes, and the ability to support wives and children. Nor will it be their fault either. These people are not showing up on the streets in mass demonstrations, but they are the real victims of the downturn.

If it is possible to understand the sense of injustice public sector workers feel at the moment, they themselves should at a minimum understand the deepening sense of outrage when the newly unemployed see the protected sector fighting to retain their perks.

watches-g What would those on the streets yesterday really like to see happen next? Let us take them at their word and contemplate what it would mean for the country if the pension levy were reversed, which is the central demand. The results would be immediate.

The country's cost of borrowing on the international market - the same money bankrolling the public sector payroll, note! - would increase substantially. As it became crystal clear that the Government lacks the strength of appetite to bring the public finances under control, international markets would start betting on Irish bankruptcy, critical capital for our survival would flee the country at an astonishing rate, and any foreign executive deliberating on whether to cling on here or just fold up shop would have an utterly compelling reason to conclude that this country is essentially finished for the next decade or two.

None of that is in the least alarmist. We are borrowing this year at least eight times the mere E2billion 'savings' the Government has so far announced, of which the pension levy is one component. The mathematics of letting that gap grow are both child's play and lethal.

  Today, executives controlling mu
Other articles:
http://home.q.yesky.com/space-9255093-do-blog-id-577742.html
http://hi.baidu.com/gfyuuok/blog/item/e849901764f5d90f5aaf537c.html
