Public Lecture of Quantum Mechanics

Hi! Long time no seen. I am preparing for the public lecture of science which we're going to hold next Saturday. It will be mainly about contents of novel prize winning research. This year, two Japanese have won the novel prize, respectively, in physics and medicine. Of course these two topics will be lectured, besides some research areas which has a possibility to win the prize are going to be lectured. Me? I'm going to talk about quantum mechanics which was the hot topic of novel prize in physics half from one century ago. It is almost impossible to explain the outline of quantum mechanics in 10 minutes! I have to condense the essence and talk like a TED. See you again. Next time I'll write about my progress of studying physics.

midnight pizza !!

Hi ! It's about 12:50 am. Now I am doing quantum mechanics, in concrete terms, Born approximation of scattering theory with eating pizza ! With eating pizza, yeah ! It is such a fortunate time eating pizza at midnight. I've been participating in statistical mechanics seminar which had finished at 24:00. I'm really tired now, and it is obvious that I can't stop eating pizza. Get fat ? Who knows, who cares ! I love pizza !! I wanna marry pizza ! I have to finish my homework of English, my homework of group theory, and reading the fifth chapter of quantum mechanics before sleep(with eating pizza, of course). So see you soon.

can't sleep !

Hi ! It's 24:00 now, but I can't sleep yet. I've decided to finish preparing for seminar during weekend, and concentrate in problem solving and self-education at weekdays. In spite of that, I still have a lot of pages of textbook to read. I've done only about 1/3 of the statistical mechanics, and none of the general relativity. It means that there are 20 pages of statistical mechanics, and 30 pages of general relativity left. They are about application of canonical distribution to imaginary gasses and ferromagnetic, Lorentz transformation, tensor of energy momentum and Minkowski space, and so on. Those are all interesting topics, and I'm really looking forward to learn, while ironically, I'm sleepy now that my (almost taking rest) head won't let me process those complicated numerical expression, and logic of abstract ideas of physics. I'll do my best. See you soon !

Second post

Long time no seen ! These days I've been studying statistical mechanics, and joined a seminar about it which I'm carrying out with the graduate student of Waseda University. He is majoring in nano science, and conducting an experimental research of superconductor, while studying a quantum field theory, particle theory, and so on, in order to go into particle theory in PhD (wow !). By the way, the semester began. This semester, I'm taking a class of statistical mechanics, solid state physics, group theory and representation theory, mathematical physics, quantum chemistry, artificial intelligence, and English of science, side by side with seminar of general relativity, marketing, and as I mentioned earlier, statistical mechanics. Today I have to answer to the questionnaire, and finish reading the fourth chapter of "Statistical Mechanics 1" before getting in to bed. So see you next time.

Hello world !

Hello, my name is Hamu. I'm a junior student majoring in physics at Chuo University. My motivation for updating this blog is to progress my English writing skill and summarise what I had studied that day(mainly physics). Today, I have nothing to write here because I hadn't studied physics yet. So see you next time(wish it would be tomorrow).
