My new workplace doesn't provide staff meals, so I've started cooking for myself.
There's no kitchen, just a induction cooker and a microwave in my room, so I make simple hot pot dishes.

I put in a lot of vegetables, such as locally grown radishes, cabbage, mustard spinach, Moroccan green beans, and New Zealand pumpkin, which is pluffy and delicious.

I've also included deep-fried tofu and udon noodles.

With just these ingredients, I get a balanced
 diet and feel full.

I also eat natto and seaweed every time.
I love the sweet and sour flavor of mozuku seaweed, so I sometimes eat it as a snack.

I sat on a bench in the waiting room of the station and ate a hot dog I bought at a convenience store for 120yen.

It was so delicious that I got impressed.

I wondered what kind of poor country guy I was.(laughs)
