今週は、菅生でＳ耐ですが、行かないので、トレーニングに精をだしました。

週頭に、マウンテンバイクをカスタマイズしました。タイヤをロード用に替えてクロスバイク仕様にしたので、バイク25キロ位やってから、ちょっと休憩してから、ランニングを1時間。
昼間は、日焼けもしました。
