Kentucky Derby winner Orb is all set to take on Preakness winner Oxbow in the Belmont Stakes on Saturday following a workout that had trainer Shug McGaughey declaring his colt ready for another race.

"If he has a good week, he's a go," McGaughey said Sunday morning at Belmont Park after Orb worked 4 furlongs in 48.30 seconds with exercise rider Jenn Patterson aboard. "He came off the track playing a little bit. He's been eating well all week and if he doesn't show any ill effects of anything I see no reason why (he won't run)."

Patterson guided Orb back into his barn saying she was "very happy" with the work.

"He did everything very easily," she said. "I didn't have to encourage him at all. He was very happy doing it."

Working in company with Hymn Book, Orb covered the ground as effortlessly as he had in previous works leading up to the Derby and the Preakness, galloping out 5 furlongs in 1:00.48.

McGaughey said racing circumstances may have played a role in Orb's fourth-place finish in the Preakness. He said breaking from the inside post at Pimlico, a slow pace, and the fact Orb was unable to get outside and find running room made it all the more difficult.

"And I'm sure when the other riders had him down on the inside they weren't going to let him out, especially as slow as they we going," McGaughey said. "It just wasn't our day."

A large field is expected for the 1 -mile Belmont, with as many as 14 horses possible.

Oxbow, trained by Hall of Famer D. Wayne Lukas, is expected to arrive at Belmont Park on Monday, along with stablemate Will Take Charge.

Trainer Todd Pletcher could enter as many as five horses. Already set are Revolutionary, Overanalyze and Palace Malice, with the filly Unlimited Budget and maiden winner Midnight Taboo also in the mix.

Other probables include Derby runner-up Golden Soul, Giant Finish, Vyjack, Always in a Tiz and Incognito. Frac Daddy is possible.

The rematch will be the 21st in Belmont history. The Derby winner has come out on top five times, the Preakness champ nine times. The last Derby-Belmont winner was Swale in 1985; the last Preakness-Belmont winner was Afleet Alex in 2005. The most recent rematch was two years ago long shot Rule on Ice won, with Preakness winner Shackleford fifth and Derby winner Animal Kingdom sixth.

CANBERRA, Australia (AP) -- Chinese hackers stole the blueprints of Australia's new spy agency headquarters years ago and the breach has been dealt with since then, an opposition lawmaker said Wednesday in the first confirmation of media reports.

"These events did take place some time ago," senior opposition lawmaker George Brandis told Sky News television after a confidential briefing with Australian Security Intelligence Organization officials.

"I can say this is a very serious matter; ASIO has dealt with it; beyond that I'm not sure that there's a lot I can say," he added.

The 630 million Australian dollar ($608 million) building housing the headquarters of Australia's main spy agency is near completion in the national capital.

Australian Broadcasting Corp. television had reported on Monday night that a cyberattack on a building contractor exposed plans such as communications cabling, server locations and security systems and was traced to a Chinese server.

The government has refused to discuss specifics on the matter. When Prime Minister Julia Gillard told Parliament the ABC report was "inaccurate" on Tuesday, she refused to go into any detail.

Brandis later demanded and got a confidential briefing with ASIO Director-General David Irvine. And while he wouldn't discuss what was said, he disputed Gillard's statement.

"She said the allegations are false; that claim is wrong," Brandis said.

The government responded by criticizing Brandis for discussing in the media a confidential security briefing.

The ABC reported that China could use the blueprints to bug the building.

Des Ball, an Australian National University cybersecurity expert, told the ABC that given the breach, ASIO would either have to operate with "utmost sensitivity" within its own building or simply "rip the whole insides out and ... start again."

But The Australian newspaper reported on Wednesday that the plans were stolen at least three years ago and the agency's operations were no longer at risk.

In an unsourced report, the newspaper said the breach occurred in 2009 or 2010. Although construction began in 2008, the discovery of the breach meant that ASIO had the opportunity to alter the designs of the building to reduce the risk of espionage.

The lakeside glass and concrete structure was to be completed in 2012, but has faced construction delays and cost blowouts since it was initially budgeted to cost AU$460 million.

Attorney General Mark Dreyfus, the minister in charge of the spy agency, said ASIO will move in this year.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said China opposed hacking in any form and questioned what evidence the ABC report relied on.

"Since it is technically untraceable, it is very difficult to find the source and identify the hacker," Hong said. "Therefore we have no idea what is the evidence for their report in which they make the claim with such certainty."

He said countries needed to cooperate to fight hacking. "Groundless accusations won't solve the problem," Hong said.

ASIO has grown rapidly since the al-Qaida attacks on the United States on Sept. 11, 2001, and needs the new headquarters to house its growing staff that has trebled to almost 1,800 in a decade.

AP researcher Zhao Liang contributed to this report from Beijing.

Welcome to the world ofovershare. In her new book "STFU Parents," Blair Koenig expands on her4-year-old blog of the same name, which is dedicated to the"jaw-dropping, self-indulgent and occasionally rage-inducing world ofparent overshare."

There's the mother whodescribes her placenta smoothie - which "tastes like heaven," in caseyou were wondering. The woman who offers details on her paternity-test"open house." The mom who gives strict instructions to provide toys andsnacks for her kids at any social event she's invited to - becausethey're little but important citizens.

[See .]

Koenig,30, a Brooklyn-based writer, launched the blog in 2009 as a forum forventing about the bizarre, horrifying details parents share on socialnetworking sites. It revolves around readers' submissions, and attracts1.5 million visitors each month. "I think people who overshare areeither proud of it, or they like the shock value that comes from it,"Koenig says. "Sometimes people will say, 'I had to look at my baby'scrib covered in poop, and now you do too.' They're sort of trying to geta rise out of their friends."

In "STFUParents" - which stands for Shut the F--- Up Parents - Koenig classifiesoffensive behavior into an array of chapters, including MommyJacking,Sanctimommy, Spoiled Brats, Bathroom Behavior and Boy Parts TMI. Amommyjacker, for example, hijacks a friend's status update to talk aboutparenting - a self-involved, common habit "of injecting tidbits aboutone's children into conversations" in a way that wasn't possible priorto the Facebook era. "Having a bad day at work? Mommyjacked. Just gotengaged? Mommyjacked," Koenig says. "Family pet passed away? You guessedit. No status is safe."

Consider offendingmother Ginny. When Nichole alerts the Facebook community that she's hadthe worst day she can recall, Ginny comments, "Guess what went right?Ava is 6 today! We love you." And then there's Todd, who can't ignoreSabrina's update that she's getting married in one month. He jumps in topoint out that his daughter will be 3 next month, and his son turns 1year old three days later.

[See .]

Sanctimommiesand sanctidaddies, meanwhile, are perhaps the most noxious of thegroup. These folks believe there are two types of people in the world:"us" (parents) and "them" (everyone else). Expect these parents to poststatuses like, "Only when you are a parent you realize how life is worthmore with a child." Or: "I'm making a human being today. What did youdo?"

Koenig, who describes "STFU Parents" asthe quintessential "field guide to overshare," closes the book with aglossary. She includes terms readers may encounter as they navigate themodern parenting culture, such as "diaper blowout," which is the"cornerstone of parent overshare on social media." These incidents aredescribed in detail, with references to both color and texture. Othercommon terms include "dipe," which is momspeak for diaper, and"momarazzi," or mothers who post new albums of their kids every day.

[See .]

Koenigsays her intent is to entertain - and perhaps curb parental oversharesas she mocks them. Feedback speaks to her success. "I've heard frompeople who say, 'I plan on getting this for my co-worker, who drives meinsane," she says. "And I've gotten great pictures from people who giftit at a baby shower to someone who has a sense of humor. I also hearfrom people who realize that they used to do that too, but my site hasshown them the light. They realize that it's not as crucial as theythought it was to share every little detail."

[See .]

Andas for backlash that she's a baby- or parent-hater? Not true. Koenighopes to become a mom one day and likens "STFU Parents" to a crashcourse in parenting. "I've learned so much," she says. "I feel like Iget all perspectives coming in because sometimes the submissions areclearly written by attachment parents or people who practice a certainphilosophy, so it's shaped how I think about parenting. But most of all,it's just created a huge respect for what goes into being a parent."

Actor star as two future humans that crash-land on Earth 1,000 years after humans abandoned the planet for greener pastures. Jaden's character Kitai is forced to fight and run his way across the now alien Earth to save the life of his injured father who remains on the ship.

"" presents an incredibly bleak future for humans as a space-traveling species. Here are five strange aspects of humanity's future on and off our home planet as presented by the minds behind "After Earth." []

Warning: Spoilers ahead.

Humans don't live on Earth anymore

In the movie, humans have deserted Earth to live on the planet Alpha Prime, a world seemingly within our galaxy but outside of the solar system.

People have created advanced, manta ray-shaped spaceships that are able to traverse interstellar distances. When Kitai and his dad Cypher crash-landed on Earth, they were heading to a different planet, far from Alpha Prime and Earth. The propulsion system used in the movie is not explained, but it's definitely far beyond anything we have at our disposal today.

We can't breathe on Earth

At a certain point in the history presented by "After Earth," humans were forced to leave the planet because it basically kicked us out.for humans to live while still leaving all other oxygen-breathing animals unscathed.

As Kitai runs to find help on the now pristine surface of Earth, he has to take doses of an inhaler that allows him to breathe the air on the forbidden planet. At one point a parasite poisons the young man, and a group of angry baboon-like mammals chase him through a jungle.

Although humans have been off Earth for 1,000 years, it still doesn't seem to like us very much.

SYDNEY (AP) -- Microsoft founder and philanthropist Bill Gates is urging Australia to boost foreign aid following the country's announcement that it was delaying a pledge to increase overseas aid spending.

Gates made his plea during a speech in the capital Canberra on Tuesday. He said that although Australia has been relatively generous, more money is needed for vital medicine and agricultural developments.

Australia said this month it was postponing by two years a long-standing pledge to increase its foreign aid spending to 0.5 percent of gross national income by 2015-16. Australia's foreign aid budget will increase to 0.37 percent in the next fiscal year.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard said Tuesday the country will spend another 80 million Australian dollars ($77 million) on polio eradication efforts. Australia had committed AU$50 million through 2014.

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) -- The image was chilling: Snowmobile rider Caleb Moore, launched over his handlebars on a backflip gone wrong, rolled down the landing hill with his 450-pound machine somersaulting behind him.

Run over by his sled, Moore lay on the snow for several minutes before being helped off the course. As of Wednesday, he was hospitalized in critical condition because of bleeding around his heart and a complication involving his brain.

Moore's was the worst accident at the Winter X Games, which wrapped up Sunday night after four days of competition, but it wasn't the only harrowing moment. The wipeouts included a runaway snowmobile that sent spectators scrambling.

Even the highlights were hardly tame. Snowboarding star Shaun White soared a competition record 24 feet into the air during the superpipe competition, and fellow boarder Elena Hight showed off a difficult trick called a"double alley-oop backside rodeo" that involved a couple of backflips and a 180-degree rotation. It had never been seen in a competition.

All that, plus Moore's crash, has some wondering whether dialing up the difficulty each year improves action sports or has simply made them too dangerous.

"Should we be asking these questions? We absolutely should be," said Dan Lebowitz, the executive director of Sport in Society at Northeastern University, which examines the role of sports to promote healthy development and social responsibility.

The people performing these superhuman feats "really are just human," he said. "How do we maintain safety in that progression when that progression sometimes pushes every envelope to some amazingly extreme point?"

Moore's injuries underscore the dangers at Winter X, which was filled with numerous cover-your-eyes crashes.

Halldor Helgason of Iceland over-rotated on a flip in the snowboard big air competition and had to be taken off on a sled with a concussion. Rose Battersby of New Zealand sustained a lumbar spine fracture in a wipeout during practice before the skiing slopestyle competition, which will be an Olympic sport next winter at the Sochi Games.

Then there was this: Summer X Games motocross champion turned snowmobile newcomer Jackson Strong tumbled off his machine during the best trick competition, the throttle sticking and the sled swerving toward fans as they scurried away. The machine came to a rest when it got tangled in some netting and no one was seriously hurt.

Such a scenario had already crossed the mind of Levi LaVallee, a snowmobiler who captured two gold medals only to be sidelined for the final two competitions after tearing a muscle in his back.

"I've always thought about, 'What happens if the thing tips over and the throttle sticks?'" LaVallee said. "It was good, though, because it showed that X Games has a good setup with the fencing."

Whether action sports are too dangerous is an issue that's been raised before.

When freestyle skier Sarah Burke died in a training accident a little more than a year ago in Park City, Utah, there were questions about the halfpipe. Before that, the sport was examined when snowboarder Kevin Pearce suffered a severe brain injury in a fall in the same pipe as Burke two years earlier. Pearce has recovered and served as an analyst at Winter X.

But in general, the athletes accept the risks and defend their disciplines.

"To lose Sarah was such a blow to this entire industry," said snowboarder Gretchen Bleiler, who didn't compete this year as she recovers from a serious eye injury she suffered in training. "This sport brings so much joy, happiness and balance to my life and that far outweighs what could happen. You can't ever live your life with what could happen."

In a statement, X Games officials said they've paid close attention to safety issues over the event's 18-year history: "We've worked closely with athletes, risk management specialists, sport organizers and event managers to present the best possible experience for athletes and spectators. Further measures are constantly being evaluated."

Athletes say they prepare as best they can by trying out new tricks into foam pits and air bags set up at the bottom of courses. But even all the caution in the world can't prevent the fact that sometimes well-practiced maneuvers can go wrong in the air.

"You don't want to live your life in fear because of a situation," LaVallee said. "Look, I'm driving down the road right now and the worst-case scenario is a car could swerve over into my lane and run over me there it is, end of the road.

"That's kind of the same thing we think when we're competing. Hopefully, the preparation and countless hours of training and practicing will prevent the worst-case scenario from happening."

Tucker Hibbert the Shaun White of snowmobiling after winning his sixth straight SnoCross title just hopes casual fans understand that what they see on television is not true snowmobiling.

"You're seeing the most extreme side of what we do," Hibbert said. "That's a lot different than what the average person does on a snowmobile."

Hibbert doesn't participate in events such as best trick because, "I just wasn't born with those skills. I sit back and watch those guys, enjoy what they do."

He paused.

"You just hate to see anyone crash, anyone get hurt," Hibbert said.

Moore was in the middle of an impressive run in the freestyle event when he caught the top of the hill that was serving as a landing area. He initially walked away with help and went to a hospital with a concussion.

Moore later developed bleeding around his heart and had surgery. His family said that Moore, of Krum, Texas, also had a complication involving his brain.

Colten Moore, Caleb's younger brother and defending champion in the event, separated his pelvis in a crash later that same night.

LaVallee is no stranger to horrific wipeouts.

While training for the "Red Bull: New Year. No Limits" daredevil series two years ago in Southern California, LaVallee lost control of his snowmobile high in the air and landed violently on his side, bouncing down the landing ramp. He broke ribs, cracked his pelvis, collapsed one lung and punctured the other.

But he returned the next year and jumped a record 412 feet, 6 inches.

"We're passionate about the sport that we're in," LaVallee said.

"Anyone who competes has that drive to succeed, to go bigger than the next person or be the first one to do it."

The mentality is similar throughout action sports, even if the bar keeps getting raised.

"There are going to be benchmarks set and people trying to exceed that benchmark," Lebowitz said. "That's just the essence of our society and our social culture."

The Food and Drug Administration said Friday the problems involve seven patients who received steroid injections from Main Street Family Pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy in Newbern, Tenn.

Tennessee health officials said the pharmacy has agreed to recall all of its sterile products, which are generally injectable prescription drugs. Officials from the FDA and the Tennessee Department of Health have been inspecting the Newbern pharmacy since Wednesday.

Officials have not confirmed that the products are contaminated, but they are being treated as though they are, Tennessee Health Commissioner John Dreyzehner said in a Friday conference call.

The injections contain methylprednisolone acetate, the same drug at the center of last year's deadly outbreak of fungal meningitis. More than 55 people have died and over 740 others have been sickened after receiving contaminated injections from a Massachusetts compounding pharmacy. The steroids are typically used to treat pain.

"Based on everything we know right now, this situation does not approach the severity of the fungal infections in 2012," Dreyzehner said. But he added that it is still "very early in a rapidly evolving investigation."

Main Street Family Pharmacy said that it supports the FDA's recommendation that patients not be injected with the medications until the investigation is finished. "In its more than 17 years of operation, patient safety has always been and will always be Main Street Family Pharmacy's top priority," it said in a statement.

Federal authorities have identified five cases in Illinois and two more in North Carolina. The Illinois patients received injections at the Logan Primary Care clinic in the town of Herrin between Jan. 3 and Feb. 21, according to Illinois health officials.

All five patients from Illinois had skin infections in the hips and buttocks while at least one patient in North Carolina appears to have a fungal infection, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

"There's no indication at this time of meningitis or other life threatening infection," said Joseph Perz, a health-care epidemiologist helping to lead the CDC's investigation.

Dreyzehner said the initial cluster of five cases involved injections into a muscular area and there were questions about whether they might have been done incorrectly.

"Until we discovered the additional two cases in a second state, there was no clear indication we might be dealing with a contaminated product," he said.

The FDA recommends doctors stop using any sterile drugs distributed by the pharmacy immediately.

Main Street Family Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy, which means it mixes custom formulations of drugs based on doctors' specifications. Compounding pharmacies have long operated in a legal gray area between state and federal regulations. Since last year's outbreak, the FDA has stepped up inspections of compounding pharmacies across the country, triggering several national recalls of potentially contaminated medications.

The Tennessee Department of Health said it's too early to tell how many people may have received the injections under scrutiny. According to pharmacy records the drug was shipped to medical facilities in 13 states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Kentucky, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas

The Main Street Family Pharmacy was licensed by the Tennessee board of Pharmacy in 1985, and later licensed as a manufacturer and distributor in 2010.

The pharmacy's licenses were placed on a 3-year probation on March 31 and it was assessed a $25,600 fine after a pair of inspections found various problems with the facility.

According to the consent order, the 2011 inspection found out-of-date medications on the pharmacy's shelves that were being used in drug manufacturing. It also found a technician who had been working without proper registration for more than four years.

When inspectors returned in November 2012 they found 109 out-of-date or deteriorated medications on the shelves, as well as other problems.

Compounding pharmacies have long been overseen by state pharmacy boards, with regulations varying widely from state to state. Over the last 20 years some compounding pharmacies have grown into larger business, operating more like manufacturers by shipping thousands of doses of drugs across state lines. The FDA has occasionally tried to assert its authority over these operations, though it has repeatedly been challenged in court by pharmacy owners.

Legislation moving through Congress would give the FDA direct oversight over these so-called compounding manufacturers, with the aim of preventing future national outbreaks tied to compounded medications. While Republicans and Democrats in the Senate have coalesced around a bill, the House has not reached any such agreement.

(Reuters) - A federal appeals court struck down an Arizona law on Tuesday that bans abortions from 20 weeks gestation, saying it violated "unalterably clear" U.S. Supreme Court rulings that women have a right to terminate pregnancies until a fetus is viable.

The decision by a three-member panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of appeals in San Francisco, which overturned the ruling of a federal district court judge, was hailed by abortion rights groups as a "huge victory" in a state they say has taken one of the nation's toughest stances on the issue.

"Last year, Arizona led the nation in the number of legislative attacks against women's health care," Nancy Northrup, president of the Center for Reproductive Rights, said in a statement.

"With today's defeat in federal court, we call on the governor and legislature to stop wasting Arizona taxpayers' time and money on these cruel and extremely harmful efforts to chip away at women's constitutionally protected rights," she said.

A spokesman for Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, a Republican who signed the abortion ban into law in April 2012, said Brewer was disappointed in the ruling.

"As a strong defender of life and the unborn, Governor Brewer stands behind the action she took by signing this legislation into law," Matthew Benson, Brewer's director of communications, said. "She is not a party to this case, but would be supportive of any efforts to appeal today's misguided ruling."

Cathi Herrod, president of the anti-abortion Center for Arizona Policy said the appellate court had "put a pro-abortion ideology before the health and safety of women and preborn children."

"Ultimately, as we've anticipated from the beginning, this case should be decided by the United States Supreme Court. Sadly, until that time, women and preborn children will suffer the consequences of this disappointing decision," she said.

ARIZONA NOT ALONE IN RESTRICTING ABORTIONS

The U.S. Supreme Court legalized abortion nationwide in 1973, but lawmakers in more conservative states have enacted laws that seek to place restrictions on the procedure in recent years, especially on late-term abortions.

The Arizona law prohibits physicians from carrying out abortions starting at 20 weeks of pregnancy, except in medical emergencies, and could send doctors who perform them to jail. Late-term abortions remain relatively rare.

Abortion rights groups had said that the Arizona measure was more extreme than similar laws in other states because the way Arizona measures gestation means it would bar abortions two weeks earlier than in other states.

Those states also set the limit at 20 weeks but have different ways to calculate gestation time. Arizona already bans abortions at the point of viability, when a fetus might survive outside the womb, generally at 23 to 24 weeks.

Three abortion providers challenged the law in court. Last August, the 9th Circuit blocked the law from going into effect, pending a ruling on the appeal.

Several states have recently enacted restrictive bans on abortion, led by a bill in North Dakota that bans abortion once a fetal heartbeat can be detected, as early as six weeks. The state's governor, Jack Dalrymple, said when he signed the bill into law in March that it remained in question whether it would survive a court challenge.

Last week, a federal judge temporarily halted a new Arkansas law that bans most abortions after the 12th week of pregnancy.

Seventy-seven years ago, the Richard Rodgers-Lorenz Hart musical "On Your Toes" broke new ground by adding huge dollops of ballet performed by classically trained dancers. No less a figure than George Balanchine was coaxed to choreograph and he insisted that his credit should reflect that in the Broadway program, the first time "choreography by" would appear.

The show, with a slapdash book by Rodgers, Hart and George Abbott, opened in 1936 and was revived twice more, as well as being turned into a botched film. It now has been thrillingly revisited in the final Encores! concert series presentation of the season, opening Wednesday and running until Sunday.

Starring the always funny Christine Baranski and a great, steady Walter Bobbie, a director getting back to his acting roots, the show is terrifically performed by both Broadway hoofers and hard-core ballet pros, though the seams between the two worlds can sometimes be seen.

It is wittily and ingeniously directed and choreographed by Warren Carlyle, who has lovely touches throughout, as when someone falling in love sings about the ceiling "spinning" and is actually spinning in a chair.

The story is thin: A former vaudeville star who now teaches music (a fine Shonn Wiley) is falling for a student (Kelli Barrett, utterly winsome) when a classical Russian ballet troupe comes to town. The teacher soon falls for the troupe's narcissistic prima ballerina (Irina Dvorovenko, an American Ballet Theatre principal gamely making her musical theater debut). Her jealous boyfriend then tries to have him killed, leading to hijinks. (Don't think too hard about it).

The musical introduced two lovely songs "Glad to be Unhappy" and "There's a Small Hotel" and each act ends with two extended dance numbers "La Princesse Zenobia" comic ballet and the famous "Slaughter on Tenth Avenue," in which our hero must dance or die. (Balanchine's original choreography for "Slaughter" has been staged by Susan Pilarre, who served as a ballet mistress of the show's 1983 Broadway revival.)

As good as those ballets are, the highlight is when the musical theater dancers and the muscular ballet dancers face off in the title tune. As each group ratchets up the tricks the tapping hoofers smack boards for percussive effect, while the ballerinas do their steps while being held upside down one of the most thrilling dance numbers of the season is unveiled.

Though the musical continues it ends with a crazed, forced collision of elements, almost as if the book writers just gave up the visual of swanlike ballet dancers in white tutus and the musical theater veterans in colorful costumes each battling for the audience's respect lingers. Everyone wins.
