<title>I Am On Week 4 Of Turbo Firee(2)</title>

<![CDATA[ <p>I am getting used to the rhythm of the workouts and the drills and am looking forward to the drills more and more. My son hears the drill bell and comes to run over and do the drills with mommy. Afterwards he is my water-boy and he tells me what he thinks of the drill and its intensity. It brings some comic relief to the high energy high concentration workouts.</p><p>I said earlier that the toning and sculpting and core classes were no joke and I meant it. Those classes are hardcore and I am hoping seriously effective. It was definitely my major challenge for this week!</p><p>I am seeing progress already with this workout. I am also putting in the work with the goal of seeing results. I don’t believe that there is some miracle pill or wrap that will make you skinny. I believe that with exercise and healthy eating habits I will feel better and look better. <![CDATA[ <p>Turbo Fire Week One Review(1)<br>Week one of <a href="http://blog.ameba.jp/"><strong>Turbo Fire</strong> </a>is complete! I had way too much fun. I literally look forward to my next workout. Just when I thought I wasn't going to be able to give Chalene anymore, a new burst of energy, from somewhere out in the universe, hit me and I would be amped all over again! That second wind gets me through and then before I know it, the workout is over with leaving me wanting more ::smh:: I would say I'm pretty much addicted to Turbo Fire! </p><p>They say TF is for intermediate to advanced individuals and those who have Turbo experience (like Chalene's other programs Turbo Kick and <a href="http://blog.ameba.jp/"><strong>Turbo Jam</strong></a>. But, neither my friend (who's been doing it with me and loving it) nor I have ever done a Turbo class and we are doing just fine. </p><p>There's a "New to Class" option on the title screen and this is where Chalene breaks down the combos first with no music and then you do it to the music. Having trouble keeping the cadence? You're going right when the rest of us are going left? No worries! As long as you are moving and sweating and breathing hard you're getting the workout your body needs. You'll catch on to the combos over time. </p><p>One thing I would stress if you were thinking about getting TF is make sure you have proper shoes!! You need to be able to pivot on the balls of your feet to be easy on the knees. Trust me, you'll feel it immediately after your workout if you weren't pivoting ::speaking from experience:: I'm typically barefoot since I'm doing it on carpet. Shopping this weekend for some shoes that I will be able to get my pivot on in!<br></p>

<title>Turbo Fire After Burn (1)</title>

<![CDATA[  <a href="http://www.turbo-fire-workout.com/turbo-jam_c2/"><strong>   Turbo Fire</strong> </a>AFTER BURN (1)<br>have now started my official schedule of <a href="http://www.turbo-fire-workout.com/turbo-jam_c2/"><strong>Turbo Fire</strong> </a>and ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid. Last week was a full week of the Burn Circuit of CLX, and this week is the transition into Turbo Fire. Well, I also got a Bodybugg this week. (For those of you that don't know what that is go here and read about it it's truly amazing . <p>So last night I got my Bodybugg all hooked up and loaded in my calories burned. I had the information and calories in the memory of the bodybugg from 2 Turbo Fire workouts (Monday – Fire 45 Class &amp; Stretch 10, Tuesday – HIIT 15 Class &amp; Stretch 10) I logged in strictly just that information, not even all day calories (which I’m not wearing it today either, though I should, I don’t think it really goes with my work outfit LOL) or my food log. </p><p>I burned 1,559 calories JUST in those 2 workouts. Didn’t wear it during the 30 min. walk with my kids both nights, didn’t wear it any other time, JUST for those 2 workouts, and it was 1,559 calories. Sounds crazy right? A total of 80 min. of working out and that many calories! Well, it’s not! IT’S TRUE! My husband even commented to me after doing the Fire 45 class, (and I quote) “WOW I have watched you do Turbo before, but never seen it like that!!!” </p><p><br>(PS I WILL get him to do it very soon!) THEN I put the Bodybugg BACK on my arm and did nothing. Sat on my couch with my laptop and literally did some biz on my computer. A half hour later (right before I went to sleep) </p>
