Due this belief, you;

-      Try to contain within yourselfsuch sensations as anger, frustration, angst, disgust, hatred, distaste, and soon which you deem to be negative.

-      Strive to be perfect inworkplace as well as at home to cover up your imperfection.

-      Fear to make mistakes.

-      Have fear of silence during smalltalks among friends, colleagues, and even family members.

-      Force yourself into an awkward smilein situations where no smile is appropriate.

-      Are too afraid to talk with highranking officers in a firm.

-      Pretend to know something youdo not know.

I believe that these behaviors or mentalstates in one way or another stem from the malfunctioning belief that you do notdeserve it. You assume those behaviors or mental states because you do not loveyourself well and properly enough, and so, you try to seek love or approval fromother people to fill in the lack thereof.

In order to be loved, you try your very bestto entertain, please, or flatter other people around you just to make themhappy, without knowing that what you really have to do is just love yourself,and love yourself so deeply that you do not have to be afraid to be true toyourself.

“You do not deserve it”, or ”you do notdeserve to be loved”. You have to start with yourself. Unless you learn to loveyourself, you do not learn to be loved by others. Unless you learn to loveyourself, you cannot love others, as you are unable to give what you do notpossess.

The belief that you do not deserve itdestructs your life. Although it is not perceivable on a conscious level, thisbelief is sure to remain deeply seated in your subconscious mind, and controlsyour whole life, just like the operating system in the computer.

This belief is malfunctioning in that itcauses you inferior complex, low self-esteem, unworthiness, despair, apathy, lackof self-confidence, or whatever destructs major parts of your life, be it professionalcarrier or family relationships.

Where did it ever come from anyway? Theexact origin is unknown, but the seeds of this belief should have been plantedon your psyche sometime early in the period of your growth to adulthood.

It could be due to abuse, neglect, molestation,or bullying that you might have experienced in your childhood, but there is no discussingits origin anymore, as you are unable to wind back the clock.

What is important is not to cry over your misfortunein despair of helplessness, but to perceive this malfunctioning belief which sleepsdeeply in your unconscious mind, and you then take on the endeavor to rewritethe program to suit the reality of your life.

The magnificent power of subconscious mindis that it never loses whatever is once stored in it and that thus stored informationis readily available to you. You have only to request your subconscious mind todeliver to you what you want to recall.

You should also be reminded that thecapacity of the subconscious mind is infinite and that it stores whatever information,be it positive or negative, that your conscious mind takes to be true. Then youshould be careful of what you believe in!

Today is my birthday. Despite ups and downsalong the way, I have managed by myself, and am full of dreams and aspirations.
