The present German number plate format has been in use since 1994. After reading this book I have to agree with its concept. Although borderline personality disorder is serious, it seems to be a collection of unhealthy behaviors that many people exhibit at some point in their lives (such as cutting, using sex as an outlet for anger or frustration and throwing tantrums).
