I knew the company had smart, intelligent people, so I was so happy.

I entered the firm. Yes. But I haven't had any job yet!

For a month! A month! Nothing I did.


Someone in human resource dep assigns me to some projects but they reject

because I'm not an English native speaker and don't have any experience to consult.


Why did you offer me to join?

You know I'm not a native speaker and have no experience.


Is that my responsibility? Or human resource dep's?
