Calbee is the most improving profit company in past 6 or 7 years.

This key player is Akira Matsumoto who was transferred from the president of Johnson & Johnson Japan holding at June 2009.The sales of it has grown 1.8 time and its ordinary profit has grown 6.4 time.

During this time,He has treated company's improvement of business efficiency and productivity completely.Although previous company had top share in snack field, its profit rate was low.He was eager to draw out the potential power.

To draw out,he introduced the scheme of management to know the change of market environment and own company.

However,he didn't adopt a specific milestone such as ROE.Otherwise,he used a simple index such as sale and ordinary profit.

In particular, he classified some kind of data to 5 category (Growth,Innovation,Cost Reduction,Safety and Valuation)

For example,Growth is sales,ordinary profit and net income.Innovation is the ratio of new product sales and non potato sales.Cost Reduction is the ratio of cost of sales,manufacturing cost and general expense.He has always been understanding those change checking those category.

言葉にするとシンプルだけど、その意味するところはかなり深い。

意味するところは、規則、法令等の遵守。

要は、公的なルール、約束事を守っていますよね、ということ。

企業活動からプライベートの日常生活まで、すべての、そして一つ一つの行動には必ず、根拠となる法令があります。

車を運転するなら、道路交通法。

ビジネスやるなら、会社法などなど。

それを守りましょう、です。

IPOについてはいえば、会社法、金融商品取引法・・・・

ポイントは、妥協せずに根拠法を確認するということです。

ただでさえ、堅苦しい法令など、それに負けててはIPOできません。

とことん。。調べつくそう。


さらに、言えば、、今のコンプライアンス遵守は、法令等だけではなく、企業憲章・原則など会社のルールも含まれるということ。

いろいろ大変だけど、｢根拠法が存在する｣とういことを忘れずに。

これまで長らく、各地域の電力会社が牛耳っていた世界。民間というよりも公的機関。

そりゃ、いいサービスなんか生まれない。

自由化されて、いろいろな業者が参入してくる。それぞれの強みと電気を連携させて。

消費者もそのそれぞれのサービスを吟味し、理解し、選択していかないといけない。

選ぶからには選ばれないと。

お互いに、ウィンウィンの供給業者を選ばないとね。

電気に限らずなんでも。


相応の関係。ギャップなんてありえない。

分相応です。
