Baby Driver is the newest Edgar Wright film. Edgar Wright is my favorite movie director. Baby Driver is also one of my favorite movies. I love this movie a lot. The car chases in this film, was one of the best car chases I’ve ever seen put to screen. Especially the first one. The jokes are hilarious. The lead actor, Ansel Elgort who played Baby, really had the feel of the character, and the last 30 minutes of this film is insanely thrilling. Kevin Spacey was really good. He’s already a legend, but he was really good in this film. I felt like he wasn’t acting, but is acting. I actually felt his emotions, even though he had no expressions. Jamie Foxx is also really good. He gave this intimidating performance which gave unpredictability in the film, which I thought was really good. This film blew me away, and I’m gonna give Baby Driver, an A+.

Ready Player One is a new film directed by Steven Spielberg. I was really excited to see this film. Even though I didn’t like the trailers that much. I only liked the first trailer. It looked like Steven Spielberg was writing a love letter to other classic films and also his films. I didn’t like the other trailers that much. It felt like the movie was trying to sell it by showing bunch of cool classic movie stuff. I’m happy that this movie didn’t do that. I really enjoyed the film. My only issue, is the way the characters were written. I thought they were written poorly at times. Asides from that, Ready Player One is a fun time. I’m gonna give it a B+.

「ピッチ・パーフェクト3」はシリーズの中で最終作。この映画に全然期待してなかった。予告が全然良くなかった。だけど、そんなに悪くはなかった。ファット・エイミーの父のバックストーリーがあって1番いらないと思った。アクションシーンも出てきて、ゴミ過ぎて笑っちゃった。音楽もいいし、楽しめるけど、シリーズではワーストかな？「ピッチ・パーフェクト3」の評価はB-。

Maze Runner: The Death Cure is the final film in the Maze Runner Trilogy. I wasn’t that excited to see this film, but I enjoyed this film. Maze Runner movies are the best young adults books movies that made these for me. They all follow the same pattern of being directed very well, has great action, and has really good Dylan O’Brien performances, and this film does follow those patterns, and it also falls into this weakness of having a very very stretched out plot. This movie is supposed to be about finding a cure for buncha zombies, but it that’s more like a subplot, and the main plot is more like finding their friend that went missing. This film was a very decent film. Go see it, and you’ll enjoy it. I’m gonna give Maze Runner: The Death Cure, a C+.

「メイズ・ランナー: 最期の迷宮」は「メイズ・ランナー」シリーズ最後の作品。「メイズ・ランナー」映画はすべて同じパターンを繰り返してると思う。いいディレクション、めちゃめちゃいいアクション、ディラン・オブライエンの演技。この映画も同じパターンを繰り返す。だけど、この映画は内容がめちゃめちゃ伸ばされる弱点に落とされちゃう。この映画の原題は「デス・キュア」でキュアを探すより、それがただたんにちょっとした内容で最後らへんにちょっとだけでてくるだけ。映画の内容はいなくなった友達を探す物語。この映画は普通の映画だった。観て楽しめる映画。評価はC+。

With the release of Avengers: Infinity War, and the new trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp released, I decided to rank every Marvel Cinematic Universe movies. Starting off with No.19

19. Thor: The Dark World

This movie had nothing except for exciting action scenes, and it was really not memorable. 

18. The Incredible Hulk 

This movie is same with Thor: The Dark World. It was really not that memorable, but more fun than Thor: The Dark World

17. Thor

I only had fun with the action scenes. Especially the final battle. The story? I don’t remember. 

16. Iron-Man 2

This movie is really entertaining, but it was kind of a let down since the first Iron-Man movie. This movie kind of felt like Marvel killing time until The Avengers. 

15. Captain America: The First Avenger 

I didn’t like Red Skull that much, but I liked the action scenes. 

14. Iron-Man 3 

This movie was too weird to be better than the first one. 

13. Avengers: Age of Ultron

There’s no doubt that this movie is fantastic, but the last part really didn’t change anything from the first Avengers film. 

12. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2

I just love the fact that this film explored the human side of the Guardians in the emotional way. 

11. Ant-Man

I’m always mad about the Edgar Wright stuff with this movie, but this movie was ton of fun.

10. Doctor Strange

I absolutely hated the first act, because it really didn’t get me in the story, but the visuals were awesome. 

9. Spider-Man: Homecoming 

They finally got the character of Spider-Man right!

8. Iron-Man

This was the beginning of all MCU films, and this film really made Iron-Man cool. 

7. Black Panther

This was such a beautifully shot film, and it had some fun quips in the film, and some fun action scenes, but I really thought the plot was well made.

6. Guardians of the Galaxy 

Finally. The MCU finally understood what kind of movie we want these days. Listen to music and just have fun. 

5. Thor: Ragnarok 

Easily the best Thor movie period.

4. Captain America: The Winter Soldier 

This film actually made Captain America cool. I love it, and this is one of my favorite Marvel films, and Captain America is now one of my most memorable and favorite superhero. 

3. Marvel’s The Avengers 

MCU decided to put everything they wanted in this film, and they did it right!!! I love everything about this movie, and this is one of my favorite superhero movies ever. 

2. Captain America: Civil War 

Every single Avenger in this film killed it. It was perfect. We also know why the villain is doing this bad stuff. I love this movie a lot!!!

1. Avengers: Infinity War

This is one of the most exciting, intense, and heartbreaking Marvel films ever. This is probably the most fun I’ve ever had in a theater. I need to see this movie again!!!

やっとマーベルがどんなマーベル映画を観たいかわかってくれた。音楽を聴いて楽しむ映画。

キャプテン・アメリカかっこよくなった。

Avengers: Infinity War was a movie I waited for 6 years to see. I waited ever since that post credit scene. Was the 6 years wait worth it? Yes! I’m still not over this movie yet. It’s really good. It’s more than really good. I gotta give a lot of credit to the Russo brothers for balancing this film really well. This film had 67 characters I think, and I was worried about the way they’re all balanced, and it’s really well done, and I just love that Thanos is an actual villian. He’s not some power hungry bad guy who just does bad stuff. This film did really well with Thanos. They showed more of his backstory, and his connection with Gamora, and we are about this character, and Infinity War is more like a film made for Thanos, and I just loved it a lot. My only flaw with the film, is that I just wanted a bit more, like one more scene. I’m gonna give Avengers: Infinity War, an A.

「アベンジャーズ: インフィニティ・ウォー」は観るに６年間待った。最初の「アベンジャーズ」のエンド・クレジットの後のシーン以来ずっと待ってた。その６年間は待って期待したのはめちゃめちゃよかった。この映画がよくバランスできるのがとても心配だった。なぜなら登場人物約67人。それでルッソ兄弟は登場人物のバランスがよくできてた。それでサノスは最高！サノスはただの悪もんじゃなくて、サノスにもガモーラとの衝撃的なバック・ストーリーとかがあって、サノスがこの映画の主人公のようになったのが非常に良かった。マイナス点は、もっとシーンが欲しかっただけ。後1シーンぐらいだけ欲しかった。「アベンジャーズ: インフィニティ・ウォー」の評価はA。

The Shape of Water is directed by Guillermo Del Toro. This film had the best cinematography of 2017. The acting was excellent in this film, and I was very impressed. I was also very excited to see this film. This is one of Sally Hawkins’ best acted films. Michael Shannon was also excellent in this film. I loved almost everything about this film. My biggest flaw with the film, is after the 2nd act, it feels like the movie ended, but the 3rd act didn’t happen yet, so the movie keeps on going, and towards the end of the 3rd act, it becomes very predictable. Asides from that, I loved The Shape of Water, and I’m gonna give it an A-.

「シェイプ・オブ・ウォーター」はギレルモ・デル・トロが監督で。この映画は2017で撮影が１番よかった映画。サリー・ホーキンズとマイケル・シャノンの演技も良かった。この映画はかなり良かった。この映画のマイナス点は最後の方が予想できるようになってきて、終わったと思ったのに、まだ終わってない場面とかあったのがマイナス点だった。「シェイプ・オブ・ウォーター」の評価はA-。

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri is directed by Martin McDonagh, the director of Seven Psycopaths. I was kinda excited to see this film. It heard a lot of good reviews, and this film was excellent. It was one of the best acted films of 2017. The main character, Mildred is played by Frances McDormand, and she was a very very powerful character. She will stop at nothing to get justice, because that’s what she wants, and Sam Rockwell. Sam Rockwell deserves an Oscar. He plays this racist type cop that you don’t want around, and he goes through a lot in this film, and you’ll begin to like him in the end. This film also has some balls. This film has some really dark comedy. They go overboard, and say bunch of insane inappropriate stuff, and this film isn’t afraid to say those stuff, and I gotta give a lot of credit to this film being like that. Three Billboards was incredible, and I have no issues with it, and I’m gonna give it an A+. My perfect grade.

「スリー・ビルボード」は「セブン・サイコパス」のマーティン・マクドナー監督の作品。この映画はたくさんいい評価があったので、期待してました。この映画は2017年でとても演技が良かった作品の１つです。フランシス・マクドーマンドは主人公のミルドレッドを演じ、とても強い演技を見せてくれました。それでサム・ロックウェル。サム・ロックウェルはもうオスカー賞とれるような演技を見せてくれました。彼は差別的ないて欲しくない警察官を演じていました。それでこの人物は、この映画で色々な出来事が起こり、最後にはこの人物が変わっていくのも見れます。この映画は勇気があるとも思った。普段人は言ってはいけないことなど言わないことなどをダークコメディしたのが賢いと思った。「スリー・ビルボード」の評価はA+。

Tomb Raider is the newest Tomb Raider film, and this one doesn’t star Angelina Jolie, and instead, it stars Alicia Vikander. I was kind of excited to see this film. I haven’t played any of the Tomb Raider games, but I have seen some let’s plays on the Internet. I can tell that the director of this film(Roar Uthaug) really respected the character and the games, and I can tell that some stuff that Lara Croft went through in this movie, were from the games. Also, I got to see this movie in IMAX, and the action scenes were intense. Alicia Vikander was pretty good as Lara Croft. One thing I liked about Angelina Jolie’s Lara Croft was that, she was always excited and having fun, and Alicia Vikander gives has some of that side of character, and also gives the human side of Lara Croft, and I thought that was don’t very well. As of flaws, is that some stuff in this film makes no logical sense, and even if it was in a superhero movie, it wouldn’t make sense, and I had my head tilted. Asides from that, Tomb Raider was a total blast and I enjoyed it a lot. A LOT. I’m gonna give it a B+.

「トゥームレイダー - ファースト・ミッション」は新しい「トゥームレイダー」の映画で、今回はアンジェリーナ・ジョリーが主演てはなく、アリシア・ビカンダー。この映画にかなりワクワクしてました。「トゥームレイダー」のゲームはやったことないけど、ネットで実況などは観たことあります。それでこの映画の監督さんはとても「トゥームレイダー」を映画でゲームの様にやろうと考えていたのがよかったと思いました。この映画でララ・クロフトがやることは、ほぼゲームに登場するようなことでした。それでこの映画をIMAXで観れたことをとても喜んでます！アクションシーンは最高でした！アリシア・ビカンダーもララ・クロフトとしてよくできていました。僕がアンジェリーナ・ジョリーの「トゥームレイダー」が好きだったことは、いつも楽しそうで、ワクワクしていたこと。今作のアリシア・ビカンダーはそれを見事にこなせ、ララ・クロフトをもっと人間のような感情もあげたのがよかったと思いました。マイナス点としては、アクションシーンでかなり馬鹿げたことが起きて、ちょっと線を超えちゃうことがありました。スーパーヒーローなどが登場する映画でもありえないという場面がこの映画に出てきたのがいけなかったと思いました。「トゥームレイダー - ファースト・ミッション」はかなり楽しめました。評価はB+。

The Boss Baby was a movie that I wasn’t anticipating at all. I heard terrible things about it, so I decided to check it out(I know. I’m weird). After I came out of the theater, my face looked like I just woke up. I didn’t like this movie at all. I had a chuckle only once and I didn’t like this movie that much. Almost all of the humor were unfunny. The main character of the film is Tim, and he likes to imagine stuff, and the film shows us what Tim is seeing, but they also do that during events that are not in his imagination, and at some parts, I couldn’t understand if it was in Tim’s brain, or not an imagination. There’s only one thing I liked about The Boss Baby, and that’s the chemistry between Tim and The Boss Baby. I was very disappointed by The Boss Baby, and I’m gonna give it a D.

「ボス・ベイビー」は全然期待していない映画でした。評価が最悪だったので観ることにしました(変でしょ)。映画館から出てきた時、顔が起きた時のような顔だった。この映画は全然好きじゃなかった。全然笑えなかった。１回くすってしたぐらいだった。主人公のティムの想像しているものの中を見ている時が多い。だけど想像じゃないものを現実で起こってる時が多くて、何が現実で何が想像かわかんなかった。「ボス・ベイビー」でよかったのは1つ。ティムとボス・ベイビーのつながり方だけだった。「ボス・ベイビー」には結構がっかりしました。評価はD。
