200 years ago,All sushi was piclkled type sushi.

Because,old japanese people ate it as preserve food.

Yesterday,I ate it after drinking party.

It was very good.

But,this sushi shop owner is going to retire his shop next month.

Because,we decided to go Chinese taiwan(near okinawa) with our some coworker as company trip,and We are going to try peking duck dish.

And,even though I called a customer again by telephone and bell again and again,he was in sleep.

I was very worry.It can't be helped.

A year passed,fruits is getting bigger and bigger.

So,he retired sales,he started painting work.

But,I remembered I forgot I put on cone.

It can't be helped.I will try again.

Katsudo is one of the famous japanese dish.

So,I'd never eaten for 3years.

Because,I have to lose weight for my healthy life.

But,I succeed loseing weight,

now,I think about it enough.

So,I tried it.

It costed $5.

Even though it's cheep,but it's very good.

I was so happy!

How to make is,

First,we grille a slice of beef.

Then,we scratched raw egg and special sweet soy sauce

Next,grilled beef drop in raw egg's sauce.

And we have to prepare a few rice.

We drop parmigiano cheese and a few truffle and special soy sauce on rice.

Then,we can eat this dish.
