A Happy New Year from Brisbane!!
ブリスベンから明けましておめでとうございます！

Searing hot summer continues even it is on new year's day.
正月だけどブリスベンは真夏です。笑

2015 in Brisbane started with Coldplay and splendid fireworks.
僕の2015年はColdplayと花火で始まりました。

My ambition of this year is to tell about Australia as many people as I can through this blog.
今年はこのブログを通して色々な人にブリスベンを伝えたいなあなんて思っています。

This year's christmas

Why there's no air condition in my room?!
なんで冷房が寮の部屋についてないんですか・・・

It is searing hot outside.
I think I'm gonna (informal) die soon.
イヤ、普通に死ぬわ（室内30度）

By the way, today is the Christmas day. This is the first time I'm going to spend Christmas not during winter season because, you know, it's summer now in Australia.
ところでですね、今日は僕にとって初めて真夏に過ごすクリスマスでした。

Everything is different here.
もうすべて違うわけですよ。笑

Same time last year, I was having dinner with my girlfriend.
僕が知ってるクリスマスってこうなんか。。。

I enjoyed the cool breeze of December and the colorful illumination on the street of Tokyo.
切ない肌寒さを感じたりさ、イルミネーションみにいったりしてさ、恋人とちょっといいところでご飯食べたりさ

Hey...
イ、、、

This place is too hot!!
いや普通に暑いわ

and unlike Japan, there is no couples walking down the street.
そして日本と違って、恋人と一緒に歩いてる人ほとんどいない

Is there really a place in the world?
クリスマス恒例の大量のリア充がいない…だと…

The places where there would be many couples were filled with families.
日本だったら確実にデートスポットになってるところも完全に家族連れで埋まってるし。

ここではクリスマスは家族のための日なんですね。
It looks like Christmas is the day for family in Australia :)

I still love this place where literally everything is different from my country
でも、そんな僕の住んでた国とは全く違う、この国が僕は大好きです。

Setting aside the weather,
気候は置いとくとしても

One special day a year, where everyone spends time with their family.
１年に１度の特別な日に、家族が集まって家で過ごす。

Not having to think about working all day,
働くことばかりを考えるんじゃなくて

I wish there were more times like that in Japan.
そんなあったかい時間が日本にももっとあってもいいんじゃないかなって思うんですよ。

and so on and forth.
とか思ったクリスマスでした。

Hello, Japanese mates,
I am in Australia.
Although it is December, its HOT today

Having been 2 months since I came to Brisbane, there is alot that I have on my mind…
So I decided to start to write this blog

The last time I wrote my blog on Ameba was when I was a high school student.
I haven’t written a blog for the past 3 years...

The reason I decided to start this blog is one thing:
“There are many prodigious things in Australia which we never see in Japan”

You say;
What a common reason...huh?
We see the same things in other international student’s blogs.

But
I'm touched by this country in many ways.
and what I see, what I feel is the thing that Japan has to learn.

So i’d like to spread my views and experiences from Australia to Japanese people :)

And more than that :)
For my studying English,
I would like to write this material in English and Japanese!!
(don’t say “ your English is F##CKED”)

初めまして、日本のみなさまへ。
オーストラリアからこんにちは、
12月だけど今日もブリスベンは暑いです。笑

ブリスベンに来て２ヶ月、いろいろ思うことがあるので
ブログを始めることにしました。

とはいえ、アメブロを始めるのは
若くて元気だった高校生以来、、、

当時高校生のランキングばかりみてた僕には
留学というジャンルで始めるのはとても新鮮です。笑

さて、このブログを始めた理由からはじめましょうか。

一言でいうと、
「オーストラリアには日本にはない素晴らしいところがたくさんある」からです。

え？普通じゃん。
留学生はみんな同じこと書いてるよ。笑

と思うかもしれませんが、
僕はこの国に魅せられることがとても多いのです。

そして、もっというと
「日本はこの国から学ばなきゃいけないことがある」
と思ってます。

話すと長くなりそうですが、、笑

なので、若者ならではの価値観で
多くの日本人にオーストラリアの魅力、
ブリスベンの魅力を日本に発信し続けたいなと思います。

そして、ここからは自分ルール
日本語のアウトプット、英語力の強化のため、
記事は必ず２つセット（日本語と英語）で書きたいと思います！
（英語下手とか言わんといて・・・笑）

肩の力を抜きつつ、がんばって更新していきますので、
みなさんどうぞよろしくお願いします！！
