Well, let me start to explain my updated conclusion about how I see the "relationship between God and human beings" now. I wrote a similar article in last summer as well, and if I tell you the truth, my conclusion about this subject hasn't changed much from that previous one.
 

Regarding the relationship between God and human beings, for this specific point, what the God of Walsh explains about this subject in the book called "Conversations with God" is pretty close to my understanding about this subject. And actually, his explanation had helped me a lot to have much clearer outlines to my vague understanding about this subject. So, I have been influenced a lot by this God especially in this overview of the relationship between God and human beings. (But it is also true that I have many different opinions in many subjects with this God but....) So, let me start to explain what the God of Walsh says about this subject below. I hope my understanding is not wrong. I hope....
 

The God used to live in the world of light only. Everything was perfect and bright and great. But he expected to experience such his brightness and his greatness of God. To do so, he had to have something relative existence, something lack of his brightness and his greatness of God in order to perceive them. So, he decided to create anxiety (darkness) as the opposite of his brightness and he decided to create humans who were actually part of God but forgetting about such a very important fact. So that humans can respect and admire God as something outside of themselves even though we humans are connected with God as parts of himself. And God expected humans to remember about the fact that they are a part of God and the children of God in time. And also, he expected humans to reconstruct or recreate the reality around themselves with the understanding of such they are all part of God and children of God. And through such human activities, God expected to experience his brightness and his greatness of God through via human beings.
 

And God has split his light, and created many existences such as universe, or natures and animals and humans. Especially, to human beings only, as the bible explains, he gave his same talent to humans only, that was the power of creation. With this same power as God has, each human could shape his reality through his thoughts, his words, his actions, and his beliefs. With this power, actually, each individual has created his reality surrounding themselves.
And the God has set a rule of non-interference. So that, he must not interfere with the judgments and actions of each human. Therefore, God could only watch what humans are doing. 
 

On the other hand, unfortunately, humans could not remember the fact that they are all children of God or parts of God.  So, humans could not also remember the fact that all people around them are all parts of same God, so that they are all brothers and sisters in that sense.
 

So, humans had kept lived in the world with anxiety (darkness) with loneliness. So that humans just had kept seeking only for self-preservation, and they hurt each other repeatedly for long time. Such a sad history has been repeated for long time.
 

But to stop such a sad history, and to give us hints to remember that fact that we are all parts of God and children of God, The God has sent some spiritual leaders in time such as Jesus and Budha, etc. As a result, humans could recognize the God himself but their teachings were limited or revised by those who wants to make people more dependent to the religious organization. Due to those modifications, our understanding about the God was not enough and we could not reach the facts that we are all reincarnated beings and we are all parts of God and children of God. 

So, our understanding about God was limited and not enough. And such our lack of understanding about the God became our weakness. And those who wants to rule and control us used our weakness and they tried to make us believe that "humans are all sinful being"(having original sin) and "the life is only once"(no reincarnation), therefore the risk that we go to hell is very much high, and the hell we go is for forever, so, you need to be ask salvation to the church and you need to pay money to get indulgence to be saved. Such a tricky theory to make people keep scary of going to hell was set by those who wants to control us. And so, people became more dependent to the church. And also, those rulers taught people that "the right religion is only one", therefore those the believes in other gods are evil and they need to be killed and destroyed, such a monotheism caused the hundreds of wars between different God believers and between different countries. That was our sad history allowed to be happened by our limited understanding about God.
 

But fortunately, at the end, we came to the age that everyone can access to any knowledges via internet, so we are now in the timing that we can reach and remember the fact that we are all parts of God and children of God. And by those reawakening, we can recreate the environments around each of us based on such a truth(all humans are parts of God & children of God). And in the process of reconstructing reality based on our true understanding about God, the God may be able to experience and feel the brightness and the greatness of God in large scale finally. That was his original motivation for him to create this world. If so, now must be the great timing that the God can accomplish his original wish.
 

This is my rough understanding about the relationship between the God and us, and I think what I explained here is close to what the God of Walsh explained in the book, I hope. But again, there are many points that I disagree with God of Walsh, so, I may explain those differences in other occasions.
 

This idea that everyone is a child of God, a part of God, is essentially similar to the Shinto worldview of Yaoyorozu (eight million gods=Gods everywhere). Many shrines use mirrors as their sacred objects, and I think this is based on the idea that using a mirror as a sacred object means worshiping the divinity inside of us, the god inside of you is reflected in the mirror.
 

So, basically, it's close to the view of the God of Walsh. We may be able to say that each of us are one of the tens of billions of leaves of the giant tree that is God, or we may be able to say that the humans are one cell that makes up the giant body of the God. Especially, viewing humans as cells of God is comfortable for me to explain the diversity of humans.  Because if we are cell of God body, then each of us must be belong to all different kinds of organs of God body which requires different characters.  Some may be cells of bones or some may be skins and bloods. You could be a cell of bone, then you may be required to be hard, others may be a cell of God's skin which protects the body from external heat and cold, or other could be a cell of white blood who catch and removes virus. So, based on where you belongs, our expected functions and characters could be so various and different. Such a diversity can explain why we often think "people around me are different from me!". But if the organs you belong are different, it is understandable. So, considering God as human body is easier for me to understand the diversity of humans.
 

But there is one point that I feel we need to be cautious. That is how we should understand about being a part of God. Even though we say we are parts of God. But it does not mean we remember the moment of God's creation of this universe. We have no power to create this whole universe like he did. (we can do it in smaller scale but...)  So, if someone asks you, "Are you God?"  then I think we should say "we are a small small parts of God but I am not the God himself". To explain our position and relationship between God and us, I often imagine the difference and the relationship between myself and a cell of my left hand.  For example, if my whole body is God. And suppose me as a human is a single cell of the skin on the backside of my left hand. That tiny part is me. Even if it is a small small part of the whole body (God), me as a left-hand cell has God's blood flowing inside, and it has God's DNA inside. So, we can say the cell of left hand(me) is a cell(part) of God. But for that single cell on the back of my left hand, it has absolutely no idea about what God (whole body) is going to do or where God is going to go. That single cell on the backside of my left hand is certainly a part of God, but it has no ability or no function to understand what God himself (whole body) is going to do or going to go. That might be our position. For me as a cell on the backside of my left hand, all I do is, just being there as a single cell of my left-hand skin, I just protect the body parts under the skin or inside of body from the heat of outside or from the pain from outside. That is all I do. The cell does what he is supposed to do, but the cell does not know what the whole body (God) is going to do next. We humans must be something like this single cell on the backside of the left hand. So, we are such a small existence without knowing God's intentions or plans. But for God himself, each of us might be very important sensors to detect or to understand what is happening in the world (that is same as knowing himself). 

 Anyway, what I want to say here is, even though we are parts of God, it is nothing special, because we are limited and we are very very small, and all of us are same as parts of God, so, we should not say to others that "Obey me, I am special, I am God." Because all of us are in same position as small parts of God. But as parts of God each other, we should respect each other and care each other because we are all parts of the great God. 
 

Anyway, If how I see the world is true, then, we may need to change the way to see the world difference. We may need to see below things in different ways such as the meaning of laws, the meaning of ownerships, and the meaning of conflicts between nations and religions. 
 

Since every person is a part of God, then hurting others could be equivalent to hurting the God himself. Therefore, hurting others is actually synonymous with rebellion against the God. And in that sense, hurting others could be a sort of demonization. So, all actions to hurt others with words or violence, or hurting himself could be same as we are in the process of demonization. So, we should be more careful about how to treat others and yourself.  And we should avoid being demonized. Theft and lying would be the same demonization as well since it hurt others.  And we can apply this way of seeing in the conflicts between nations. However, when a country who does not understand such a way of thinking tries to attack other nations and trying to destroy or make the other nations disappear, those targeted nations to be attacked should protect his country and oppose to the attack. We should keep such a right of self-defense. From that perspective, the current attacks by the US and Israel to Iran who is keep claiming that "US and Israel should be destroyed" can be justified. But also, there are some voices saying that the action of US and Israel to Iran are too much as self-defense. So, it is not easy to judgment those cases. 
 

In any case, it is essential for each monotheistic religion to have an attitude of accepting coexistence with other religions as a member of humanity, and this should be recognized as a minimum requirement to be a member of mankind.
 

Essentially, since everyone is children of God, we can say all of us are all important beings and we are all same and we are all brothers and sisters who share the same body (same God), so, from that sense, there is no one who deserves to be attacked or treated bad with disrespect. It is for sure.  

However, on the other hand, as a human who lives in this world, we can see there are some differences in ability in jobs of each profession. And we know that it is fairer if those differences in ability or talent of doing things are evaluated.  For example, the evaluation to the baseball performance of Shohei Ohtani should not be the same as the one for an armature baseball player in every small town. The difference should be dealt fairly and the difference should be evaluated right. I know you want to improve and I know you want to get closer to the level of super stars, and I know it is not easy to do, and you often fail, and often we disappoint about it, and often you feel it is unfair. But, as you know, we have reincarnation system (we have next lives in future), so, those who want to improve his abilities of doing things, they can practice it now and they can improve it in the rest of their lives in order to be in better position in their next life. Then the gap with super star could be less in the next life. May be. And I think it is possible.
 

That's my current rough view of how I see the relationship between the God and humans.
 

As I mentioned earlier, each person belongs to different parts(organs) of the body of the God. And each part(organs) has different required characteristics to function right (bone to be hard and skin to be soft). That is why we all has different characters and different abilities because organs you belons to is different. So, if your current job does not fit with your given characters, then, it must be really tough for you to be there. If your nature is bone, then you cannot be a part of skin which requires softness. It might be a disaster or hell for you to be a skin.  So, each person should belong to where they are supposed to be. 
Therefore, first thing you need to do is, you need to be honest to yourself, and you need to find out what you like and what you're good at. And if possible, please try to find out the job that fits to your given characters. If that is possible then it will be win win situation to both yourself and to the whole universe. 
But of course, I know that there are many people who might claim that "I am a generalist who can do everything average, but I have no significant talent". And I believe such people are actually majority. Those people might be skin cells which are major cells that covers entire body of the God. Those people may claim that I am not specialist and I do everything so so, but let me try to improve communication skills. To such a person, I would say "Great! That is also great way to be yourself! Another win win situation!".
 

In any case, it would be better and ideal if your job is what you like and what you are good at. (My case, bit question, but I am a sort of generalist, so, I am fine with what I am doing now, at least I'm happy!) 
 

But anyway, in any case, we are all children of the God and parts of God, so, we should respect and care each other because we share same body of God. And as a being who are given same "creative" capacity as God has, we need to carefully use the power, especially we need to care about what you believe, because your great power of creation is creation your reality. If you fear, what you fear will happen. So, we need to control what you think and what you believe. We need to trust the God is always with you and he is trying to support you to realize your belief.

いずれにせよ、一神教の各宗教も、他宗との共存を認める姿勢を持つことが人類の一員として必須の態度であり、人類の一員として最低限の守るべきルールとして認識されるべきです。
 

本質論としては、すべての人が神の子なので攻撃されたり軽んじられて良い人は一人もいませんね。ただ、この世における仕事上の実力差はれっきとして存在はするので、そこは正しく評価され、差が出ても致し方ありませんね。大谷君と草野球のおじさんが同じ扱いや評価を受けて良いはずもなく、その差は、各自認めて、可能なら、各人が努力をして、その差を少しでも埋めていくしかありませんね。転生もあるようなので、次の人生を見越して、今から色々努力して少しでも差を縮められるかもしれません。
と言うのが今の私のざっとした神と人の関係性に関する所感です。

先にも言いましたが、各自、色んな部位に属している訳で、個性も特性も違う訳です。なので、いるべき部位にいないとツライですよね。よって、まずは、自分に正直になり、自分が好きな事、自分が得意な事、そうした事柄を見つけて、できればそうした仕事に従事をし、自分の好きと得意を仕事として発揮できれば一番望ましいですね。可能であるならばね。もちろん、特に特徴なし、自分はゼネラリスト、何ていう人も多いでしょう。その場合、神と言う巨体の多くを占める皮膚細胞なのかもしれず、その場合、無個性で何が悪い、何でも満遍なく色々こなしてやるぜ、自分はコミュ力を磨いたるでー！と言うのも全然OKかと思います。

いずれにせよ、各人が各人の得意な事を仕事に出来ればそれはベターな状態かと思います。(そういう自分もかなり怪しいですが割り切ってやってます)　その中で、自分も他人も同じ神の子、神の一部として尊重し合う事。また、神から授かった創造力、思念や信念で現実を作れてしまう凄腕の創造者としての自分を認識いただき、悪い想像は止めて（凄い創造力で悪い現実を作ってしまうので）、神がよきに計らってくれると信じ切るのが大事かと思います。
