In the past two years, the relevant state departments actively promoted the standardization of the pallet circulation sharing. However, at present, China's standardized pallet only occupies 23% market and the standardized pallet circulation share is of 2%. What hinders circulation pallet standardization promotion?

In the high logistic cost environment, logistics standardization is seen as a tool to reduce logistics costs especially pallet cage standardization and cycle sharing.

China's logistics costs remained at around 18% in GDP for a long-term. Why it is difficult to lower the cost? Low logistics standardization system has great relevance with the problem especially the lack of standardization of the pallet cage greatly reducing the logistics efficiency. Therefore, to promote the standardization and standardized pallet circulation share is the best way to immediately reduce logistics costs.

Development of the Ministry of Commerce circulation Wang Xuan Qing, said that China has 860 million various types of pallets, more than half are in corporate internal use. Standardizing pallet cycle applications, at least can reduce logistics costs by 2 percentage points.
