湾仔と銅鑼湾の間にあるローカルの市場にあり、なかなか隠れ家的。
午後1時を超えると、かなり並びます。

背脂たっぷりの濃厚スープです。要するに香港で乱立している豚王系です。

この場所、この量で$89はなかなか高級。
その他、ほうれん草で作った緑のラーメンなんかもあり興味をそそられたのですが、昼は提供していないとのこと、残念。

お冷はとっても冷えてて美味しかったです。（ここ結構大事）

古き良き昭和の佇まいが売りなのですが、それなら昔ながらの中華そば風醤油ラーメンが欲しい所。

日本でもよく見かける三田製麺所が、ついに香港でもオープンしました。
場所は銅鑼湾最大のラーメン激戦区、登龍街！

後日、５時ぐらい通りましたがさすがに混んでいませんでした。

そして本日、ついに行ってみる。
５時４５分の時点で大盛況。

店内もオシャレで綺麗でした。

麺のサイズが大、中、小、と同じ値段なのですが、大は２８０ｇというビッグなボリュームです。

とってもきれいな盛り付けです！
魚介カツオ風濃厚豚骨スープ
濃厚なスープが太い麺と絡み合って絶妙です。
これぞつけ麺のスタンダードと言える王道的なつけ麺でした。

一号店は尖沙咀にありますが、ついに銅鑼湾に２号店がオープンしました。
こじんまりとしてお店で、銅鑼湾の端っこにあり、普段は結構空いています。

これから香港でもつけ麺屋さんが増えそうな予感です。
私つけ麺には目がないので歓喜。

さっぱり系豚骨つけ麺　スープはハムのような香りがありとても食欲をそそります。
キャベツの切れ端がさっぱりに、そして酢橘の上品な酸味が全体の味を〆ます。

そして、なんと２４時間営業だ。深夜でも早朝でもOKです。

香港のラーメン屋で２４時間営業しているところは他に知りませんね～。
素晴らしい。
行列ができないのが不思議なぐらいだとおもいます。
でも混んでほしくないのでオススメしません。

ちょっと珍し買ったので明太子ラーメンをたのむ。料理が来るのはやや遅め。
スープが濃厚なので、 明太子の香りと味はあまりしなかったです。奇をてらった香港人向けですね。

普通のラーメンはとんこつ味で、標準的クリーミー系のスープでした。

お向かいの豚王、そして２つ隣に三田製麺所も開店、そちらには大行列ができているのにもかかわらず、こちらは並ばずに入れるのは、いい事だと思います。

最近は銅鑼湾／湾仔区域が、まるで新宿／高田馬場のようなラーメン激戦区になりつつあります。
そんな中、最近湾仔にオープンした東京ラーメンAguraです。
ちょっとした路地にあり、やや見つけにくいので注意。

豚骨魚介塩レモンつけ麺

濃厚魚介系スープにレモンを添えることによって濃厚さを保ちつつ、
魚臭さが中和され、酸っぱさと相まって食欲が倍増。

香港で食べれる日本のつけ麺もここまで進化しましたか。
美味しかったのでスープも全部飲みましたっ。

もちろん普通のラーメンもあります。
油そばも有るようなので、次はそれを試してみます。

近所に新しいラーメン屋さんができていました
「麺楽」(Menraku)です



開店して3週間とのこと、やや薄暗い通りにあるので、全く気が付かなかったです

メインは豚骨のようですが、メニューをみると東京醤油拉麺というのがあるではないか！
香港では貴重な醤油ラーメンなので豚骨を差し置いて食す



うん、気合を感じます。
とっても正当で上品な見た目、グッドプレゼンテーションです。
これぞ醤油ラーメンですね、このレベルは香港ではなかなかお目にかかれないのでは。

背脂が乗っている割にはさっぱりとした味わいで、スープの透明度も高く
私にしては珍しくスープも全部飲んでしまいました。
日本人の店長もとっても気さくな方でした。
スープは甘めかもとのことでしたが、飲みやすかったです。
美味しかったです。
次は豚骨食べに行きます。

店内は思った以上に広いのでそんなに並ぶことはないと思います。
